Breakfast to simple no much to offer Pool was closed gym was closed Rooms are good size All the towels had spots Hotel needs some upgrade

Bugs in room. Not a very clean room for a presidential suite. Also it felt very "old" with the furniture that was in the room. Suite was big but it felt small with the placement of items in the room. The kitchen area is also small, should have been bigger. Felt like they put the room together the night before with the worst rush job. It wasn't clean. Hot tub was alright.

Our shower didn’t hold hot water it smelled so bad in room. Breakfast was awful while employees using bare hands putting out food that had no seal around it. Had 2 other rooms for friends and there rooms were awful.

The room was clean and nice. The clerk was very welcoming at check in. However, I don't believe they had a laundry facility. The breakfast was not as good as I have had at orher hotels. But everything worked out.

Well I try not to be a negative person. You requested my rating. I should get a refund for the 2 nights I stayed there. Check-in: No info on pool hours or breakfast hours. The pool was freezing. Both nights I stayed there the fire alarm went off around 1 a.m. Young children running wild and extremely load and obviously no supervision and staff did nothing. This hotel is cheap in price for a reason it is horrible.
