Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City-Bricktown

Everything was great except for the pool area. One of the main reasons we booked here was because of the splash pad area for my “littles” and it was out of order. Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

Pool had so much chlorine our eyes and nose burned. Weren’t able to swim due to how strong it was.

The property was within walking distance to most everything. Clean rooms, nice breakfast. The only negative was out of 3 elevators they had they only had 1 working which took forever..

The location was wonderful parking you have to pay for so be prepared for the extra cost. Hotel needs some upgrading bathtub would not drain ice maker did not work and pool was closed due to some odd reason with what a guest may have done in the pool area.

Breakfast options change daily so a nice variety. The kids loved the pool. Walkable to lots of Dining options. Super friendly vibe.

Staff was super nice. Advertised as having parking but didnt mention the high cost compared to other parkkng in the area. The pool was great except we had to get out after 20 minutes because it was over chlorinated. Was closed the next morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable but was woken by a barking and whining puppy at 5:30 am. I wont stay again.

Nice hotel, comfortable beds. Great pool area, especially for kids, but wish they would heat it more- it’s absolutely freezing! Also no hot tub which is a shame. Great location in Bricktown, close to canal and lots of nice restaurants. Breakfast is ok- could do with more hot food options. Parking is expensive.

Right by triple A baseball team stadium. Good pool for kids to play in. Slightly older hotel but still a good stay. May have missed it in the fine print, but be prepared to pay for parking if you have a vehicle. Its a paking garage but was $24 a day when i stayed there.

Check in was easy, the parking garage was right around the corner. The parking garage recognized the tag and was easy to go in and out. The hotel was ATTACHED to the parking garage for easy luggage in and out. You have to have key access to get in and out of the building of the parking garage. Only thing is. I didnt see anywhere that they would charge a fee to park. 58.00 but it well worth it. Hotel was nice, breakfast was delicious! Differnt options the next day. Pool was nice, cool and came woth kids toys and pool noodles. Shallow for adults. 4ft max. Kids really enjoyed it. Great staff at front desk! Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here as a family of four (2 kids and a dog), and really enjoyed our time! Bricktown was lovely and walkable, and as an added bonus the trolley stop was super close and we were there when the trolley was free! There was a mixup with our room (we booked two queens but were given a king); in order to remedy the situation with what was available they upgraded us to a suite for free, so that was awesome! Amazing customer service for sure. The hotel facilites were excellent, and the pool is incredibly kid-centric, which was a perk. Not great for grownups looking to swim laps, as the deepest part was only 4 feet, but with little ones that was actually great for us! Breakfast was delicious and varied, with different meals each day. It was filling and hearty with plenty of options for everyone. I really enjoyed the food! I gave four stars for three reasons: 1. The fees were high. 75 dollar pet fee per stay, and if you’re parking a car it is an additional 20 dollars per day. Eek. I wish they could find a way to include parking in their rate. 2. The bathroom was just okay; the shower was in desperate need of new grout and tile, and it was a little icky (not from lack of cleaning, just old and moldy). The toilet was also lackluster in terms of its ability to flush, and there was no vent or fan in the bathroom. 3. My goodness I think the pillows were made for giants. They were way too large and dense, and I had neck pain every morning. I wish they had softer/thinner options!

Nice spacious room and the hotel had most the amenities you look for at this price point. Unfortunately the entire floor we stayed on reeked of marijuana and even after notifying the front desk we were forced to shove a towel under our door to stop the odor.

Perfect for a stay near Bricktown which was a few minutes walk away. Lovely clean room which comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view from our front window of the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Staff were welcoming, and the room and hotel were clean and tidy. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. We liked that the check out time was 12pm so we slept in without worrying. Would stay here again.

I chose this hotel because it said, microwave and mini fridge. I got a mini fridge but, no microwave. I'm not happy. Why say in the description that the room has a microwave, when it does not??

Great view of the ball park. Got to watch a game and fireworks from our room. Carpet in our room was ripping up in the middle of the room. Elevators were creeky and beat up a little. With a little bit of updating, this hotel would be really nice.

The property overlooked the baseball stadium and we got to see a free baseball game in the best seats in the house!

Very nice hotel and a wonderful staff. Room could use some chairs other than just a broken desk/office chair to sit in. Bed was comfy but very noisy. Sounded like someone making balloon animals under it. NOISY! Great location for visiting the Bricktown area. There are great places to eat and plenty of activities including mini golf and movies.

Came here for work and stayed 9 nights. The good: excellent location in Bricktown. Walk to many bars, restaurants and it's feet from the baseball stadium, which I love. I highly recommend asking for a room on the stadium side and not the Sheridan Ave side, which is the side I stayed on. The reason is, everyday around FOUR A.M., a trash truck comes and emoties several dumpsters across the street at a restaurant and it sounds like cannon fire. Also, dumb tuner cars revved their engines at 1am or later. I think the stadium side would be quieter, as the baseball game should be over by 11 at the latest. The parking fee is also steep, but there's not much to be done about it. Overall, I am happy with this hotel and would stay here again.

A good place to stay in Bricktown. We had a view of the ballpark. Would be good to have a microwave with the fridge. Staff is great!

Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Floors felt a little damp, but at least they were clean. The lobby area, pool area and buffet area were all clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfy, HVAC was a little loud but I was so tired from walking to the museum that I was still able to fall asleep, great pillows too. Only real complain was the bathroom sinked gurgled for like an hour anytime you used the bathroom sink. Like a slow drip gurgle that could drive you up a wall. At least it did me... Second Hampton I visited on this roadtrip and this one beat the one in Rockwall Texas by 99%. Would def stay here again just for the location, bed and pillows.

Toilet problems first night, had to move to another room. But that room had drafty windows and was very cold without the heater going all night.

This hotel was fine overall. My biggest complaint was that at 10;45 pm. Management came across an intercom system in the room, asking someone to move a vehicle from the portico area or be towed. My husband and I were already asleep. This “alarm” was incredibly loud!! In my opinion it was not a good reason or time to wake the entire hotel. 🙁 there was also a lot of street noise well into the morning hours. I probably won’t stay here again.

Staff was amazing , and kind . Handle the crowd well and was pleasnet each time i had a question or concern. Definitely will be back.

I was very pleased with my stay at Hampton Inn and Suites, OKC. Shortly, after arriving, I learned that my room was overbooked, and there were no available two queen suites. The front desk staff was very courteous, and worked diligently to find me a solution. They were able to get us into a king suite with an adjoining room for my family. It was very busy that night, but I am happy with the outcome. Ty and colleague, thank you for working so hard to help us out.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. In a great location to all the restaurants. Check in was easy, but the desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful. There was no one else checking in, and I felt like a bother. I had to ask all the questions about parking and such bc she did not give me any info.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The staff were very professional and check-in was a breeze. The parking was affordable and easy access. We needed extra towels and they were delivered promptly. The room and bathroom were clean, sheets and bed super comfy. The heater worked great, it was under 20 degrees F during our stay. The shades were fantastic and the room was dark even after sunrise. Nice hotel. I would book again.

The front desk staff was awesome. So kind and helpful! The ladies in the breakfast area were also so pleasant and right on top of any mess or anyone's needs. Great STAFF!

Dre at the front desk was the absolute best. He was so helpful and always had a smile on his face. I'd go back just because of the front desk staff.

Booke here many times. As i work in this area a lot. But this time was so bad i cant justify staying here agian. Booked multiple rooms and on check-in the ran my p-card for the stay 5 times which ultimately maxed out my card. Thays was the worst part. I get that can happen its a computer. But the suppossed manage on duty was extremely combative straight from the second he saw me. I dont even believe he was the manager. I ended up canceling and going to the marriot. And for the price of 10 more dollars recieved a much nicer room and check-in literally took 5 minutes.

Good location to ballpark. Love that some of the rooms overlook the field. Neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night.

The property itself was good. The room was nice & the place was clean, as expected. It was spacious and quiet. The area itself is very active and has lots to do but when we left the next morning, we noticed that more than a handful of cars had had their window smashed in. The front desk woman parroted all the instructions in 20 seconds so it was hard to understand and keep up. But overall fine.

We always stay at the Hampton. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is hot and tasty!!

Overall, it was excellent. Great location, breakfast, facility, room, and value. The staff I interacted with were great, but they seemed stretched too thin when we checked in—overall understaffed.

The check in was fast easy all interactions with desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly. The biscuits and gravy were very good for breakfast.
