This hotel does not meet five-star standards. The room was very cold even with the heater on. The front desk staff was unhelpful when the issue was reported. Although my room was eventually changed, the second room was also cold. Based on the room comfort and service received, this property felt more like a three-star hotel rather than a five-star one.
