Frangista Encore-On Gulf- Frangista Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Frangista Encore is an amazing house! We enjoyed the beach front location, three amazing decks with great beach view, private beach access and included beach service. Master suite is truly amazing with huge bath, multiple sitting areas and a small private sitting / sleep space, plus an amazing balcony. All five bedrooms are en suite, plenty of privacy but also lots of great family space with the decks, great kitchen / dining and upper and lower level living areas. Small protected plunge pool was a nice treat, too. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and added beach towels. Service was great when we had questions. Plenty of parking with driveway and two car garage, which included lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. House included all the supplies we needed (trash bags, coffee filters, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. ). Location is great for restaurants, beach gear, shops! We enjoyed a week with our adult children and grandchild, truly an unforgettable experience. We hope to visit again!
