The hotel was under construction and it just wasnt as clean and nice as it has been in the past.

Great place, no problems. I did call the staff's attention to one thing: one of the side doors leading outside was propped open with a rock 24 hours a day. This is a big waste of energy and a security failure.

Staff was courteous. Renovations were being done, dusty... developed allergies from all the dust/debris. Just think I should have been forewarned so I could have made my own decision of whether to stay there or not.

Entry door to hotel broken cold lobby hot water not hot cold showers toilet in room was low to ground bed was worn out soft there were several things in three days that were disappointing there were a lot of choices when I researched I went with holiday inn because it was holiday inn expected more
