There was no full length mirror, nor coffee pit or microwave. Renovations were still being done- which made the place look tacky 8n places. The pool was closed. Not enough parking. Key fab broken to enter property after a certain time. Just not the feeling of cleanliness. Staff hesitant to provide trash bags, and extra linen.

The place is undergoing some renovation so maybe things will be upgraded soon. Just felt a little dumpy and damp. The breakfast was fine, but lacked some if the extras I've seen at other properties.

Our visit coincided with a transition from one management company to another. Amenties were not available and we had to guess where it was because the new sign was not installed.

We were not informed we had to requested the night before if the room needed to be cleaned. So we stayed for 3 nights, no one told us about that during check-in. The next night when we were back and then asked, the front desk told us so, we immediately requested the room to be cleaned the next day. When we returned the second night, the room wasn’t cleaned even we requested it. The same thing happened when we returned on the third night. Question is why there is no notice nor verbal information about this? Another question is we made our request but it didn’t happen. Breakfast choice is limited. Building decoration is old, carpet looks dirty. Would not consider to come back
