No TV remote in room. Had to get another one from the front desk. When TV and microwave were run together a breaker popped. No maintenance staff available. Just one polite but clueless lady at the front desk. Had to pull the entire TV and desk console off the wall to get at a plug strip. Wiring for TV was a rats nest. Room was a 3 out of 10 for cleanliness and maintenance. Window shade broken. Floor was under construction. Very poor contractor control (I'm a GC). Temp controls not maintained. Elevator was a mess.

They sent us to our room and the room hasn't yet been cleaned. We had to go back down from the 5th floor to get another room assigned. The pool was very cloudy and had to skim the pool ourselves.

Hotel is going thru a needed update (which was NOT mentioned in the listing when we booked). Unfortunately, that means lots of noise and waiting for elevators during the day. Our updated room was pleasant and bedding was impressive. Towels not so much.

1. Two treadmills and a recumbent stashed in a closet-sized room DO NOT constitute a GYM. YOU LIED !! 2. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO MAKE EGGS? Seriously, the entire hotel was down in the dinning area waiting on eggs !!!! WHY ??? By the way, I didn't get any because I had things to do and couldn't wait. 3. NOBODY was at the desk when I tried to check in. There was no bell at the desk AND there was no phone number to call (BELIEVE ME, I LOOKED ONLINE EVEN). I waited at the desk for like 10 minutes. **sorry, but you guys failed on almost every level***

Convenient and close to the baseball park! 7 min drive! Near Walmart, Target and lots of eats! Bed wasn't super comfortable but it's always hit and miss at the hotels. Breakfast was great full hotel spread and optional large or mini waffles to make yourself ( the kids loved the minis) Pool was smaller but kids didn't care. Very strong chlorine did burn their eyes after swimming longer than an hour or not having goggles. All n all a good stay! Will stay again.

We only stayed one night and glad. Black mold in bathroom above shower was simply painted over with white paint. (See photos) The mold made me very congested. I’m glad we were only there to sleep a few hours and check out. I would’ve demanded a room switch had we needed to stay longer.

It was very obviously an older hotel with some renovations. We had two rooms. One room had an old bathroom door that had no hook and lots of paint chipping. The bathroom ceiling was suffering from water damage. Our second room was home to two cockroaches. We told the front desk and they came and sprayed immediately.

The room was not clean. The carpet was “sticky”, the bathroom had mold around the fixtures. The tub was stained and not clean. I have no confidence in the maintenance of the room or building. Duct tape was used in too many places.

Bathroom, especially dirty paint dirt grime on the floor. The corner is under the sink left over debris and dirt. Sink top needs caulking in the shower the shower rod where there are attached to the wall they broke the tiles and left it that way. The base of the tub dirt. The door handle doesn’t respond back to its resting position. When you close the door, you have to lift the handle back into position. The tile just to the right front of the toilet is high so you can feel the difference if you’re walking in socks or barefoot in the room, the shade is torn on the left side bottom and the metal rod that is stitched into. It is hanging out about four or 5 inches and doesn’t allow the shade to raise more than 2 feet off of the cell.

We booked a king room. We were put in a double queen. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets were ill fitting, the paint, trim, and ceiling were all hastily done. The a/c unit was very loud, as was the hallway. The lights from outside were very bright even with the shades drawn. The breakfast provided was average at best, and there was sediment in the tap water. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Location was good for what we needed it for (golf camp at Duran GC) pool and pool area very tiny and only open till dusk so no opportunity to swim after golf as it got dark and closed by 7pm. Hotel under construction so hard to rate cleanliness but room was clean. Very basic room only 3 tiny drawers and a tiny closet. Minimal staff at night so had to go down to front desk for towels etc if needed. Lots of loud people in the hallways at night ( baseball teams playing football/ throwing ice cubes till midnight) and no staff to deal with it as there was only one.

We stayed one night and were overall happy with our stay. Bed was too hard for us but that’s a personal preference. Light blocking shades were the best we have ever seen at any hotel! The only complaint we have is how incredibly loud the doors are. The slamming of the doors in the hall until midnight is extremely disruptive and loud in the other rooms.

I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 pm and waited for an hour for someone to be at the front desk. The reception area was empty for hours; no one came, and I couldn't access my room. I had to sleep in my car in the hotel parking lot. At 5:00 am, I went in to use the bathroom, and the reception area was still empty. The worst experience.

The staff was always at the front desk with a friendly smile on their faces!! They were very helpful when we needed help getting a ride to the airport. We were very pleased with the room and the cleanliness of the hotel and appreciated the welcoming faces of the front desk staff. Even the contractors working in the building were friendly!

Desk staff was very rude with exception to one person. They mostly acted like they didn't want to be there. Their attitudes sucked. For example my husband was getting a luggage cart when we were leaving and the front desk women from the night shift tole him you better bring it back in.

Great location, easy access from and to highway. NO hot water available at breakfast apparently the machine was broken and no backup… sounds crazy they couldn’t provide hot water. No lactose free milk. Waffles were good. Large room overall cleanliness okay. Tiles in bathroom need repaired, brought it to the front desk attendant on check out.
