Very handy check in time (1200), friendly, helpful owners. Ten minute walk into busy town centre. Lovely cooked breakfast, really good all round guest house.

The owners are very friendly and helpful,room clean and bed very comfortable.been staying here for many years always try to book it when in plymouth.good selection for breakfast

The beds were very comfortable and the room clean but the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety. The owner was mos helpfull and friendly.

Booked because it had a 9.4 rating, and I must say it lived up to all the other reviews. Really clean and comfy room, lovely owners, Don't hesitate just book it you won't regret.
