Knowing the brand I read some reviews here and Google that allowed me to lower my standard expectations. Having a mostly smooth check in greeted by Pleasant worker. There was police at the premises keeping things safe just checking a couple of things out that were quote unquote suspect but nothing bad that's not a problem. Did smell marijuana in the edge of the hallway. Did not smell cigarette smoke. The place has been in what seems like one long remodel from other comments reviews and my own personal observation. It is in need of that to be completed pretty quick. Overall for the stay for the place for the price I guess slightly disappointed even with Lowered Expectations.

Employees were great. Coffee was decent. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean. Hallway carpet is nasty. landscaping has 5 foot weeds growing. I got what I paid for... You asked.

The hotel is undergoing renovation. Unfortunately the night we stayed (prepaid non-refundable) moments before we arrived a water pipe burst in the ceiling of the lobby. Water was running out the front door and ceiling tiles floating! They told us not to worry that we would be on the 2nd floor we just wouldn't have any hot water. Half of the 2nd floor had no carpet and the wall paper removed. We were down the other half which didn't look as nice. Rooms were as clean as they could be for as worn as they were. To their credit, the lobby was clean and dry by 6am the next morning and they were serving breakfast.

Everything was so wore out the mattress was nearly flat there was mold in the shower that came off when I touched it the drain in the sink was broken the pillows were tiny and awkward the bed was so used it was flat. Carpet was stained throughout the entire place missing tiles and overall filthy.

Property was pleasant, and very close to I-40. This isn't a new facility, but presented itself well, clean and renovated. My room was very clean, and above expectations for a budget motel. I stayed 3 nights and each were pleasant, comfortable. I slept well. The beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. I didn't eat breakfast there, but the coffee was good. Front desk folks were very pleasant and efficient. This was a very good experience for me.

I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. It is extremely dirty (moldy showers, blood stains on the wall, dirty carpet, water leaking at ice-maker, non-draining bathtub, etc. Our room appeared to be mid-renovation with new paint but no pictures on the wall. We were told breakfast was until 9 am. We arrived at 8:40 and all breakfast items had been completely removed with NO food available at all. Not even coffee. I went to the front desk. There was nobody there. There was a bell to ring for service. I rang it. Nobody came. There was a list on the wall of all the drug-addict locals that apparently stayed at the hotel and weren't welcome there anymore. A red truck was parked right in the middle of the place where you park to check in and it was there from Saturday afternoon at 3 pm until we left at 10 am the next day. Obviously, someone who worked there thought their comfort was more important than their guests. If you decide to stay here, you've been warned.

Beds were very uncomfortable, woke with backache. Toilet loose at base, sink faucet loose. Lamp outlets didn’t work. Remote was dysfunctional. Bath towels were stained. Carpet in the hall was filthy. Ice machine was leaking with towels laying in the water. Breakfast was missing half of the essentials. Bedding was clean. Lady at the desk was lovely. Overall the facility needs major attention from management.

The hotel room was uncomfortably warm. The AC was set to as low as it could go (60 F) and it was still too warm. The curtain was also too long so it was catching all the air. My friend and I both got poor sleep because we would wake up hot.

The bed was comfortable and it was quiet which is great. It looks like it's currently under refurbishment so I forgive the mess at the moment. Either way, it was affordable, quiet, and the coffee was surprisingly good.

I did not enjoy this hotel. The noise level was very high, with no soundproofing at all—at night I could hear neighbors banging and shouting as if they were in my room. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so water went all over the floor, and the doors closed very loudly. Overall, it was uncomfortable and not a restful stay.

The checkin lady was very nice and efficient. Convenient to get to off the highway and close to restaurants and gas stations. The rooms weren't quite like pictured on the site. They were acceptable, just not quite as nice as pictures.

The hotel is super out dated. It was not clean. It was pretty gross. The bed was very uncomfortable. It did not show or mention it was next to a truck stop. It was noisy from the trucks and other patrons. I went down twice for coffee and they did not have any.

It’s next to a truck stop so there is some creepy crawlers roaming around, hanging out in the parking lot, but the room was clean and quiet. Simple but good enough. There’s a good Mexican Restaurant across the road. Front desk guy was nice.

One of the few places that if you call…you can actually talk to someone THERE. Breakfast was a 5 star restaurant compared to other places I’ve stayed! Everyone there, guests and staff were excellent.

We needed a place to sleep for the night while heading to the beach. This hotel met that need and more. Yes, they are remodeling, but there was no noise, the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Free continental breakfast, with waffles and breakfast sandwiches was a definite plus!

The breakfast was advertised as having a lot of options but it did not even have eggs. The bed were clean but very very stiff and our bathroom was clean except for the rusting bath and we would see underneath in the wall.
