We stopped in on our way to NC. Hotel was nice and cleaner than I expected. Pool was ice cold and I think the heater was broken. I let the guy at the front desk know and he said he would have maintenance check it out. We drove 6-1/2 hrs to get there and my kids were really disappointed how cold the pool was. At least the beds were comfy. Breakfast and coffee were solid for hotel food.

The property is recently updated. It is clean and fresh. The only problem is 5hat it is in a hole. The internet was spotty. I had no cell phone service. The tv service was through Spectrum and was also hit or miss.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Pool area was well kept. Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our breakfast. Overall would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Clean room. Breakfast is good. Staff was friendly. Only complaint is the inside pool need to be clean. Bottom of pool was dirty and could feel loose particles or dirty on bottom of pool. Actually had so much chemicals in the pool that it turn my girlfriend blonde hair green around the bottom of her hair. She definitely wasn’t happy with that and front deck made like it was no big deal. Other then that no complaints with a two night stay

Check in was good and quick. There were no coffee makers in the room, but there was a coffee machine in the lobby which you could access 24 hours. Low water pressure in the shower, but overall the room was good

Pool out of order. This is the 3rd or 4th time i have got a holiday inn express with a indoor pool for my kids and it has been out of order. They need to do better about keeping the pool open or letting people booking know that it is down. My kids were very upset.

Our room was so damp my book I was reading was curled & pages were rippled by morning. I had spots of moisture all over my purse, our clothes/bags were damp. The towels, sheets/comforter on the bed were also very damp-had a hard time sleeping due to this. Room was FILTHY!! No way it had been cleaned. Made the front desk aware of the issues-wanted compensation but said since we paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do & to contact Expedia. Moisture & Filth have nothing to do with how we paid…

The hotel is very clean and relatively new/updayed. The decor while minimalistic is very comfortable, clean and modern. The bathroom was spotless and all in great working order.

The floor in the bathroom was nasty. We actually had to clean it with disinfectant wipes. The king size bed was absolutely wonderful though and I had the best sleep I’ve had on our trip so far.

Could not use the pool was dirty and the fumes where overwhelming. The shower Curtin was dirty and was told they do not give you new towel unless you ask for them .But the food was good. I have photo of the pool and no way to leave them here.

Paid for a king room. They gave me a double queen and said they didn’t have anymore. They wouldn’t refund the extra I paid without talking to the manager in the morning and I didn’t have time. However I received a generic voicemail from him the next day that was basically “sorry bout your luck.” Not great representation of the IHG brand. Would not stay here again.

Most everyone was friendly, free breakfast was good and a nice perk. Room was clean and updated. Our only issue was that a man walked into our room one morning while we were there without knocking. Fortunately we were not just coming out of the shower and were fully clothed. This was the first morning of a 3 day stay. I would think housekeeping would know who was checking out and since they no longer clean or freshen up the room each day, there was no reason for anyone to go in there. We felt uneasy leaving the room after that.

Their business center was disappointing. I stayed at a similar place (price, amenities, etc) in a neighboring state a few weeks ago, and their one-computer business ran lot a race car. At your location, the 1-computer business sputtered like a jalopy. Needed to extend for a day. Granted, it was the morning of the Microsoft worldwide software glitch, but your front desk manager copped an attitude with me for no reason. Not called for, and not appreciated. I booked a room at another hotel for that night, so it cost you a guest. I'd say that based on her attitude, she's unfazed. Maybe corporate should have a word with her. Beyond that, the breakfast was enjoyable, but the room was only a 4/5 in terms of overall cleanliness. Mostly due to the bathroom.

This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. It’s always very clean and quiet and the breakfast is always good. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday this time and did have an issue with housekeeping not doing our room while we were there. I had to go to the front desk Saturday night for towels. But I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel property itself was nice and convenient right off the interstate. However, we came in late and expected our room to be ready. We booked a suite with a pull-out couch, but had to go back down to front desk to ask for the bedding. The breakfast was very disappointing. The staff did not keep the food stocked. At one point in the middle of the breakfast hours, there was no hot food.
