Tom at the front desk was very rude, and not friendly at all, I booked a smoking room button said that none were available and that I shouldn’t have booked it online, the outside security device was broken allowing anyone to come in as they wanted, the room was okay just very outdated, I took the warmer about 10 minutes to get warm enough for a shower and never did get hot, if you need a place for one night I guess $80 isn’t too bad but don’t expect to greeted with open arms

Hardly saw any staff members, There was party’s in the back parking lot, lots of families just hanging out like that is where they live. there was no place to do laundry even though it’s says it had a laundry room. Will not stay there on our next visit

I booked because of the pool I'm local and it's disappointing that they didn't even say the pool was closed so we didn't enjoy ourselves we would've just stayed home if that was the case.

When we got there, it took 20 minutes for the employee to show up to check me in. Even though I pushed the page button she didn’t bother to take the phone. That night our air conditioner didn’t work and we called the front desk. He came up, turned it down to 50, & said it should now. It didn’t. The next morning the elevator didn’t work- we were on the 3rd floor and there were firemen everywhere. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!

Pool nasty and closed. Tub was filthy, had to buy comet and brush to clean it. Towel, and pillow cases nasty looking. Maintenance replacing door locks left wood dust all down the hall. No breakfast or coffee in any way.

I checked in quite late. probably around 11:30 pm. Had been driving all day and I was exhausted and didn't even undress before crawling in bed and going to sleep. I awoke at 2:30 to use the bathroom. no less than two dozen cockroaches of varying sizes scattered in all directions. the whole room, bedroom and bathroom included, were heavily infested with roaches. The roaches were even ON THE BED with me. yeah...NOPE! I gathered my things and checked out, leaving a written note with the night auditor to please have the manager call me regarding a refund. I then drove the remaining two hours to get to my home. I was never contacted by the hotel. It was a very negative experience.

Checked in, front desk was friendly, but hallway and room smelled like cat pee, room was dirty, boogers and God knows what else on the wall, hole in the tub covered with tape, mold on ceiling in bathroom, tv remote didn’t work, went to get a new one 3 times, none worked, bath mats, towels and sheets had stains and blankets smelled. Huge disappointment and I feel we deserve a refund.

only half the lights in my room worked, the silicone mat in the bathroom was COVERED in black mold, seen roaches here and there crawling around on the floor by elevators, floor was only partially completed and then finished with an entire corner of the room in a totally different flooring, outlets only worked sometimes.

Stayed one night, never again. Towels had what looked like blood stains, bed sheets had entire holes burned through them from cigarettes, and the door handle to the bathroom just wasn’t attached. Even in the non smoking room, everything smelled like smoke.

not clean, cat litter in room, black mold on ceiling, sinks that don't drain, dirty bathroom, cat pee odor on beds. Needless to say they did not question a full refund, apologized about the condition, also mentioned a pest problem... would not recommend to anyone

Let me syart by saying that this was the most filthy room that I have ever stayed. Mold on the shower cieling. Old stained bed sheets, Roaches,waterbugs and a vent return that looked like it had not been clean since the place opened. I will be calling Motel 6 Corporate and file a complaint. Room 103, a true dump!

I’m not big into bad reviews but I value the honest opinion of others so here are my observations. 1-You get what you pay for. A cheap hotel with extremely limited perks which include Wifi that sometimes works, a pool that has water in it, a single bar of soap, a refrigerator (that actually works-but no microwave or coffee maker) two towels and hot water in the showers. 2- Decent guest services. But NO room service. If you need towels or…anything, you have to ask front desk. There isn’t even a blow dryer in The room. 3- The walls are made of paper. Could hear everything from the front desk people talking as they pass the day, to the dogs barking and the couple having a heated argument in the main lobby. 4- The homeless guy apparently is a regular. So just step over him. 5- Marijana smells also goes through the paper thin walls. 6- Cleanish sheets and floors. But don’t expect much more. Also, Don’t look look too closely at the air vents or wonder about the scratched paint above the bed frame. 7- The best part was the genuine spring loaded beds.

Needed a place for the night to chop up a long drive. Was the most cost effective hotel at this exit and had decent reviews. Exit has plenty of dining options and a few walkable ones. Easy to get to and easy parking in a safe spot. Desk clerk was on point. The facility and room are definitely "you get what you pay for" and I am ok with that. Was disappointed that the TV literally only had 2 channels...also someone was smoking in the stairwell next to my room and so my room got all of it but thats not the hotels fault. Overall it served its purpose and I got my good night sleep before hitting the road. If thats all you need and want to keep the price down then this place should do fine for you.

Room appeared rather run down. Countertop in bathroom was dirty, had sticky rings on it. AC was very cool. Bed was comfortable, check in was easy. I have stayed at this location a few times. Convenient location for my travels to visit parents in SC.

The property was so-so. The room itself was terrible. The lights weren't working properly upon entering the room. Additionally, the queen-sized mattress was like a waterbed and I got rolled to the side - actually almost fell off the bed. Finally, the water wasn't draining properly in the bathtub. By the way, the bathtub/shower was quite small

My experience at this hotel was frustrating from the start. The overnight desk attendant checked me in under someone else’s name and attempted to charge their card for my room. Then, at 5 AM, I was called back down to pay for the room myself. During our stay, we were only given two towels, and when we asked for fresh ones, I was told I needed to bring the used ones down first. I also tried to extend my stay and was quoted $95 for the extra night, even though I had previously been paying $65 per night. When I asked about the price difference, I was told there was a balance on my account from earlier nights — which I had already paid. It took speaking with the manager to finally get that sorted out before I could book the additional night. The room itself was okay — not terrible — but there were visible patch jobs on the walls that looked sloppy. The back parking lot also felt uncomfortable at times due to some sketchy activity and people loitering and staring down guests.
