Pool needs repair and cleaning at the top rim of the pool. Breakfast lady on my last day was very rude. Ran out of eggs two mornings at breakfast which I thought was unacceptable. Cleaning staff ladies are very nice and helpful. This is my fourth time to stay here and I will have to think real hard if I’m gonna stay there again.

The first room I had the door looked like it had been kicked in, it would not latch and lock properly unless pulled shut with extreme force. when I went down to the lobby counter I was told there was nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms available. After raising a stink over the door another room conveniently opened up because the "guest" just happened to call and cancel. The other issue I had was in the workout room, it was a constant 78+ degree room no matter what the thermostat was set to, made for a very uncomfortable workout, if I wanted a hot yoga scission I would of booked one at a more reputable place.

I wish the pool would have been heated to enjoy however the view of the beautiful trees laying in the lounge chaire relaxing by the pool was a blessing.

The 1st room we got smelled terrible, so we requested a new room...the new room was a little bit better, so we spent the night....got up and notice mold in the restroom ceiling and moldy curtain over the air condition.

From the front desk staff to the breakfast cafe worker, the staff was cordial and helpful. Room was clean and roomy with sitting area and refrigerator which we appreciated. The free breakfast offered many options and was good. We know we get our money's worth at Holiday Inn.

Booked room 6 months in advance but we were put next to the noisy laundry. Cleaning carts blocking our way in hall and front desk told us 'go ahead and move them'. Loud machinery noise every 21 seconds all night (couldnt sleep so i timed them). Apart from all the slamming doors and noise through thin walls we managed some sleep until cleaning crew started banging things around at 6-7 am. After a terrible breakfast selection we checked out and had about 18" to get our luggage through cleaning carts while the staff just looked at us. Front desk clerk never looked up as we dropped keys and we left. By far worst HI Express stay ever! For the record it was 1 of 8 hotels on our journey and all others got 5 stars!

Only disappointment was all usb ports in the room were damaged and the plug by the bed didn’t work so charging all our phones next to the bed was not possible. Not a terrible thing but just not convenient. Everything was great from check in to check out. Room even had a ceiling fan. First hotel I have been in that had a ceiling fan…that was a nice bonus to help circulate air!

I had no trouble locating the property. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. The only complaint that I had was that the door had an obvious space when you closed it. That should really be fixed. I almost requested another room because of it. We were on our way to a college tour the next day so since it was only one night I let it pass. The room was extremely cold and we had to completely turn off the wall thermostat to let the room warm up (tried to readjust but the thermostat kept going back to 68 degrees. This took several hours! Overall the stay was ok.

The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, which was an added bonus. The property looked clean and new with the exception of our white window shades that had dark brown water stains as if there had been a previous leak and they hadn't replaced the shades yet. It didn’t impact our stay, but it is a maintenance item to be addressed.

This is a great hotel overall. The staff is friendly, and it is modern and clean. My only problem is the door to the rooms are not sealed by any means, and you can hear every single sound in the hallway. I literally heard a person open a soda can down the hall from my bed.

The staff was very friendly and professional upon check in and check out. They were very attentive as we needed bedding for the pull out sofa and within minutes they brought our linens. The property was very clean as when you stay in an older hotel you never know what your going to get but I was very impressed.

The receptionist was unfriendly, borderline rude. She needs to learn that it is not what you say, but how you say it! My partner said, “wow, she is mad at the world”! The internet was very inconsistent.

I would not recommend this hotel as the staff was not welcoming especially during breakfast. Also housekeeping was not done daily till I had to request it. Even after spending so much money, I felt I didn't get the value for money.

Breakfast was alright. Coffee is great. The selection in the pictures are different than what was there but it was fine. I booked a standard room and they gave me a handicap accessible room. Not terrible but not having a bathtub was a bummer.
