We booked a one night stay and had plans so didn’t spend much time in the guesthouse but we were welcomed when we arrived and were shown around the facilities. Our family room was just the right size, decoration was lovely, very clean and the beds were comfortable. We parked in the Charlotte Street carpark which was very close using the path that runs from opposite the pay machine and toilets, down to the street. Very convenient for walking to shops and restaurants, it took us around 10 minutes. We would happily stay again and for longer.

Staff were lovely and location for bath city centre was great. Unfortunately would not stay again as our room was freezing when we got back at 11pm and heating did not come back on till the morning.

Lovely stay in Brooks Guesthouse. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and most accommodating. Brooks Guesthouse is a short walk from Bath City so the location was perfect.
