TownePlace Suites by Marriott Sacramento Roseville

Overall a nice place. Full amenities. The TV was surprisingly old for the rest of the room but worked fine. Probably just stood out more because the rest of the room was so nice. One thing to note about this hotel and the one literally next door is they charge a $10 parking fee above your stay. The parking lot is big and really there is no reason for this. It's probably a way to artificially increase the cost $10 rather than baking it in.

The elevator was not working. My sister and I both have health issues. We were planning on staying 2 nights, but we had to end our plans because we had to climb 3 flights of stairs which caused both of us heart afib and extreme weakness. The staff was outstanding. We will plan on staying there again, hopefully the elevators will be fixed.

The Hotel was very nice but I can't believe that we had to pay a $10 a day fee for parking. That is ridiculous. How did they think we got there? I've never been charged for parking before and we will consider not staying in your hotel because of that fact. We'd have to stay on the street somewhere. Rethink your fee.

Excellent location. The room had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen. Nice gym although many of the weights were missing. Was just there for cardio anyway. Dog friendly is a plus! Would stay here again

Elevator is small and hidden out of the way. Great in every other way. Wonderful staff.

I took my two granddaughters to this property just for a one night getaway. I called first to ask if they had a hot tub or a pool, they said yes, they have a heated pool, not a hot tub. So we chose to go there, however, I was disappointed in that when we got ready, and went down to the swimming pool, it was not heated, we could not even get in the water, it was too cold. Had I known that I would have chosen a different hotel. That was a disappointment to the girls.

They charge xtra 10.00 for parking that is non existent. The doors to access hotel with pass key close at 10:00 pm. Very inconvenient

All in all, it was a decent place to stay. Conveniently located, staff were super friendly and helpful. The elevator was difficult to find and not close to the lobby. Luggage cart worked, but definitely could use repair. Interior was recently painted and smelled pretty strongly. I was concerned because my lungs are not great, but this did not turn into a problem. Bathtub very much needs refinishing. Vanity and toilet were kind of cramped. Nice kitchen area. One screw on door jam was missing which could pose as a security risk, but we reported it to staff.

I had to travel to the area for an early morning eye surgery, so we chose to stay the night before in the Roseville area. I highly recommend TownePlace Suites by Marriott. We were greeted warmly by Tyler at the front desk. He asked me if we had a preference of which floor we preferred. We asked for the ground floor and he made it happen. He also gave us recommendations of nearby restaurants. Our king bed suite was well appointed with a full kitchen, a desk, a couch and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The free breakfast had eggs, potatoes, waffles, cereals, fruit, fresh baked muffins, a variety of juices and fresh brewed coffee a few steps away in the lobby. My husband really loved the breakfast, but unfortunately I was fasting for my surgery. However, he surprised me with a delicious apple cinnamon muffin and a perfectly fresh banana after my surgery. The property itself was very clean, inside and out. There is a small indoor pool which would be nice for children, but it isn’t really big enough to actually swim. I do wish that there had been a hot tub as well. There was also a well equipped gym near the pool. In conclusion, my husband and I highly recommend staying here and if we find ourselves in the Roseville area in the future we will definitely stay here again! Joanne S.

Overall a nice convenient location with the usual amenities. The room could have been cleaner - why was there someome elses sock in the closet? and the bathroom fan didn't work which made the room foggy. Not terrible but a little more detail would be nice.

It was nice and clean.

The breakfast selection was good and simple, and the area was kept very clean. The room was not as clean upon arrival, the toilet needed a better job done, otherwise we thought it was fine.

The rooms were dirty and in need of some updates. There was dirt/grime in the bathrooms as well as in the kitchen. The room overall just didn't feel clean. Staff was friendly, but just average. Nothing above or beyond to report.

Everything very clean and convenient

I booked a room with a King bed and paid to have a King bed, but once we arrived and entered the room, we had a queen bed. Spoke with Front Desk and they did not have anything else available. Disappointing!! Bath tub was not clean! We won't go back to this Hotel!

Staff was friendly and professional. Property was in good condition. The rooms feel a little tight but comfortable. The only issue we have was with the AC. It's loud and the room temperature is not consistent.

Room was REALLY small and they don’t clean the room unless you are there for 4-5 nights. We were there for 3 and only got the towels that were given to us on day one. Very disappointed in that service.

Great hotel, very compact rooms.

The property was a little odd, especially the entrance and lobby. The elevator was slow. Room configuration did not allow us to use the sofa bed because when extended, it actually touched the end of the queen bed. The property was clean and breakfast was adequate. We were expecting something else. We have stayed at the other property next door.

TV must be twenty years old. Screen has dark areas and faces looked terrible. Replace it please. Room 108

Couldn't adjust air conditioning and the machine was very noisy. Other than that a nice place

The king size bed we reserved was a double at best. The pull out sofa was a futon. We did not get what we expected. It was only one night so we just put up with it. The staff was very good, the room and the hotel was clean and kept up, and the breakfast was very good.

Abby was excellent. Her customer service and friendliness went above and beyond, helped us and when I needed to go home early due to severe headache from my brain tumor. Thank you Abby

My stay was excellent. All of the staff was very nice and helpful.

We paid a for a room and found out it was with out a working toilet. When we called the front desk we were told to come down to the front desk, pick up a plunger and clear the toilet our selves. The Assistant General Manager was completely was as useless as the toilet. Truthfully a crappy hotel with even worse service. No pun intended. First time and last time staying here. Hopefully you don’t make our mistake… be sure to avoid booking you room here.

Fantastic service

Great choice! Friendly and helpful staff!

Check in process was great thanks to a hospitable young man. Check out was weirdly invasive and harrassing. We had not one not two but three knocks on our door at 11:30am asking if we were checking out at noon. Each time we answered yes, but the knocks continued. Won’t have to worry about us returning since you wanted us out that bad, and we were very neat quiet and clean guests. So not sure why that happened to us.

Check in was very pleasant.

Great location for going to the Venue at Thunder Valley with easy access and a lot of good restaurants nearby.

Close to Walmart, Costco, Tesla Charging Stations, etc. very convenient.

The location is right off the freeway. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within walking and a short driving distance. Hotel allowed early check in for our stay. Check out is 12!! Weekend breakfast was until 10 a.m.!! Hotel is clean and plenty of free parking. Will stay here again when in need.

I like the cleanliness of the propriety. I especially like the design of the units, with sitting area and kitchenettes. The location was convenient, being close to dining, shop The staff was friendly and professional. the convenient location

Property is sort of in this remote and windy area of Rocklin. Felt a little isolated. Room was small. Other than that it was a nice stay for our family.

Great place to stay. Within walking/driving distance of many things. Breakfast was great, we stayed 4 days and each day was perfect.

Good clean room but when I went down for breakfasr at 8am they had ran out of alot of food and ran out of coffee ....we were very disappointed.

Beautiful room looked very clean. Room has stove, fridge ,microwave and dishwasher. Staff was pleasant Pool was warm. Place was quiet and safe. Great place to stay at I recommend. Oh and breakfast was delicious

great location. breakfast was not up to par, food was not hot, and was redundant each day. Bed were never made after first day (stayed five nights). Pillows were horrible lacking stuffing/firmness.
