We wanted to stay 2 nights but the elevator was broken so we couldn’t do the things we wanted! The gentleman acted like they were repairing it! I have bad legs and back problems and a really hard time using the stairs!

We own an electric car. We are traveling from the East Coast to the West Coast. We found this hotel and chose to stay there based on the fact that it had four charging stations. We make all of our hotel decisions based on if they have a charger or not. we pulled up and charge the vehicle without any problem. Although it did take a little to figure out and the unit was somewhat broken. That being said when we got our bill the next morning we were charged a fee to stay in the parking spot all night, which at a hotel you really shouldn’t, since you charge your car and go to sleep. The real issue was the price that BLINK, the company that supports the electric car chargers charged three times what a normal electric car supercharger would. Avoid BLINK at all costs and avoid this hotel if you have an electric car if u need to charge up. I really would ask this hotel to consider getting off the BLINK network. This hurts your brand.

The exterior of the hotel was clean, parking easy. Reception was friendly. The room was decent, but the carpet had several “sticky” areas and the bed was as hard as a rock. A good night’s sleep was difficult due to hearing everything from the elevator to every other room opening and closing their doors. Two housekeepers were, I believe putting laundry down a chute and complaining about someone using STRONG profanity right next to the elevator where I was standing with my 8 year old child. The breakfast served in the morning was decent, if you could get to it. Not enough tables to sit at. There wasn’t one for us. So, we went back to our room. The pool area reeked of chlorine and the water was cloudy. The pool area itself was nothing exciting. I wouldn’t go back.

The employee who checked me in talked about how she never gets days off and then when I got into the actual room, it smelled like smoke. The bathroom had some mold and it just overall felt dingy. Not sure where all the good reviews are coming from.

The property was clean but showed signs of wear. The odor in the room, probably from the cleaning materials was unpleasant. The person to check us in was somewhat harsh yet the person to check us out was very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast needs to be upgraded to be on par with other hotels.

Bathroom flush was not working so had to change the to new room. In new room bathroom tub was clogging. We stayed 2 nights but room was not clean after 1st night. I did not see anything mentioned about not cleaning the room while booking it.

I’ve stayed here many times before and always had zero complaints but this time there was so much noise in the early mornings, including a dog barking extremely loudly either right outside our door or window at 6 AM. We could hear the people next-door showering I don’t know whether it was just the location of this particular room, but there was no peace And quiet.

The rooms are super huge!! I originally reserved my room for just 2 nights. The room was so comfortable and huge that I extended my stay, TWICE! I love that place and will be reserving there again when I make my way back to Rochester NY.

The rooms are huge. This is my number one spot whenever I’m visiting Rochester. The only thing that I don’t like, is how thin the walls are. You can hear your neighbor whispering. Very annoying

The stay was great but check-in not so good. I stood in front of the sensor to alert them of someone at the counter for almost 20 minutes before deciding to call the hotel ( 4:30am). The guy working the counter had to be asleep in the back room. When he finally came out to answer the phone after the 6th ring, with a big red mark on his forehead where it had been resting on something (I hung up). He asked my name grabbed my reservation sheet then almost fell sideways before catching himself. Handed me our key card and told us how to get to our room. Not once did he look at or ask for my ID.

The staff members were alright. The person who checked us in was extremely rude and harsh overall towards myself and then towards guests standing behind me who were complaining about a smoke smell in their room. We had a room with one king bed which was actually pretty comfortable for me (I have back problems so I prefer a more firm mattress.) The soap they provide smells alright in the bottle but it made my hair smell TERRIBLE. It's also citrus based so be mindful of that if you have allergies. Breakfast was trash - you're better off stopping by a fast food chain or local eatery up the road. Everything that should be hot was ICE cold. Pre cooked plain egg omelettes, sausage and hash brown patties. Also a make your own waffle station as well as cereal and yogurt. Good enough for what it was I guess. You're better off spending a little more money and staying elsewhere.

Had a great stay. Staff esp. Thomas was wonderful. Gym was neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Two things though, washroom sink was blocked and it took some time to have it fixed. 2nd , the shampoo and soap is nauseatingly citrus like a de odourizer. Hope they change it.

We had a wonderful stay at the best western plus in Victor! The rooms are incredibly spacious and clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is hidden away from the main road which was very nice and made it very quiet and serene. About 5 minute drive to a big mall, Walmart and Target! Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

Check in was quick and great. Staff was super friendly. The pool was surprisingly warm. Breakfast was fantastic. The man that was running breakfast was exceptionally nice. He even offered to run the juice machine for my kids after breakfast was over. Everyone was so kind. The hotel was very clean. I would be happy to stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, well kept room. Breakfast included more than I expected - eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, assorted breads, juices, coffee, tea. The man who was overseeing the breakfast area was friendly and kept the serving area well stocked and clean!

This is by far the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. So much that I have decided to sign up for their rewards program, even though I am heavily invested in another hotel chain's program. Highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is phenomenal. Hot and cold foods, breakfast "make your own" wraps, delicious waffles, eggs, sausage and potatoes, muffins, toast, etc. I highly recommend this property.
