Nice staff especially Nikki in housekeeping. Decent breakfast, need more fruit, small but ok pool. Beach is very accessible with good boardwalk. Outside area clean. Elevators are slow. Enjoyed this Fairfield Inn very much

Very clean, right next to beach in a quieter part of Fort Walton. Hotel had covered parking for some vehicles, great, friendly staff, great coffee 24/7. We had a relaxing weekend and are very glad to have stayed here! Our room had a view of beach! Pool fountain was a good place for hydro massage for tired muscles after a day in waves.

Our stay was comdortable and the hotel was literally steps to the beach. Breakfast was good. Staff/housekeeping very attemtive Coin laundry was a definite plus! Ask about Beach Service. Would stay again!

Beautiful hotel! Clean and recently built/updated. Very close to the beach. Good breakfast. Only problem was the one working elevator. We used the stairs most of the time because the wait for the elevator was too long. That was the only minor inconvenience.

We are very happy with our stay. The hotel was right on the beach, parking was great and the staff were very friendly, efficient and polite. The only downside was the pool, which is small and closes at 8 pm.

Every single person we came into contact with on this property whether it was Cleaning personnel, kitchen personnel front desk everybody was so accommodating and so polite. I am a huge neat freak, and I usually will find something to freak me out at every hotel I go to, however, that was not the case. Our room was spotless. We were here a week with the beach and baseball tournament and every day that we got home from baseballthe room was cleaned. Fresh towels were in there. I never felt like it was dirty. Everything was tiptop shape absolutely would come back.

Excellent location right on Fort Walton beach. East beach access, only a short stroll over the sand dunes. The hotel is pristine, very clean. No view of the beach from the rooms unless you strain your neck. The staff was professional, the parking is great. I couldn’t be more pleased with our time there.

The one thing that I did not like is in regards to the cleaning. We were there for a week, I had to ask them to vacuum when I noticed they did not vacuum after we had left crumbs on the floor from eating and the bathroom floor only was wiped off the time they vacuumed. The rest of the time the bathroom floor was not swept. The reason I knew is because the same hairs were on the floor the whole time. The rooms felt clean I can't complain about that. The rest of the hotel was pleasant breakfast was decent and the workers kept the area wiped up and stocked very well. It was a short walk to the beach behind hotel which was very nice and convenient. Overall I would still recommend this. The staff all were very nice

We love Fairfield Inn, one of our top choice. Never had a problem with this place. We have stayed a couple time in the past years and will continue to stay more in the future due to great location, friendly staff, clean room, and easy access to places. Thank you for making our stay the best.

I booked two rooms under one reservation because I was traveling with family. One would expect that the rooms would be adjoining or next to each other. I even emailed the hotel a week before to request this. Upon arrival I was told that was not possible and we were put on two different floors.I was not happy but the front desk clerk didn't seem to care that I was upset about this. The rooms do not have a personal safe so we had to take anything valuable, wallet and cash with us wherever we went because we didn't want to just leave it in the room. First place I have ever stayed that didn't have a safe in the room. For these two reasons, I would not stay at this hotel again considering how expensive it was. Hotel was clean and most of the staff was friendly. I like having the pool close to the beach access. Free breakfast was also nice.

I enjoyed everything about this property except for the pillows on the beds. The pillows were overused and extremely flat which made for a terrible night of sleep. I even tried to request better pillows from the front desk but the 2 new ones that were brought to me were just as bad as the ones already in the room. This property was great and I had no other complaints, but the bad night of sleep due to horrible pillows is enough to keep me from coming back, unfortnately.

The front desk staff was top notch from the check in to check out. I wish I had names but the gentleman at check in had a hard time getting the computer up to check us in around 2am on May 23rd. He was calm and kept me informed through the wait. Great customer service! During the day time, on the 23rd and 24th, the times I went to talk to the front desk the two ladies very so helpful and well above and beyond with customer service and information. Even made calls to see where the closest place to get a cheap sun cover shirt for my son would be. And helped me game plan going to the beach with kids after check out and how to get everyone cleaned up and ready to head home. While grabbing breakfast for the kids at the buffet, I was juggling several item, and one of the buffet staff even offered and got me a grocery bag to help. That’s the kind of intuitive customer service that keeps people returning to your establishment. I work in hospitality, so from an experienced customer, your staff was top notch!

Friendly staff, clean room. Close to beach. Wasnt told not to enter your room info for guest wifi and was charged for wifi. Otherwise it’s free to guest if you don’t enter your info. Front desk should make this known at check in. Would defiantly stay again!

I enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was a HOT breakfast, not just some cereal in small boxes and a little milk and some donuts. The front desk had TWO people aways waiting on you. You did NOT have to wait on anyone.

The rooms were clean and the stall was amazing. I can’t stress enough how amazing the stay was. The only negative was one manger that was a man was just rude and must not like his job. Dress sloppy and wasn’t friendly or helpful.

everything about this hotel is great. Good price, easy to get to, good parking and right on the beach so you can come and go from your room to the beach quickly. I have stayed here 3 years in a row and will be back again next year. quick to drive to everything around the area too.

We always stay here when we come visit family, it is a quiet area. Everything is great at hotel. The breakfast hasn't been that great during any of our stays but this last time was really bad. The eggs tasted rubbery, and looked like crayon shavings. After one bite we were all done. That was the worst its ever been. Enjoy staying here but breakfast has never been worth it and have always had to go somewhere else for it. But otherwise nice enjoyable quiet stay.

This hotel was great value for the price. Clean, comfortable rooms that were serviced every day we were there. Has 24/7 beach access, and the breakfast that was included was better than I expected. They switch up the options day to day, the ladies that work during breakfast are great, they restock as soon as something is out which means you have fresh options throughout the breakfast hours. The parking was easy and always available. We felt safe and comfortable with the location and overall area where the hotel is located. I really loved this Fairfield, and plan on returning and recommending to others that visit Fort Walton.
