The agent who checked us in was super friendly and provided me with plenty of information which was very helpful. Our room was a pet friendly one and it was very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend it.

3 items FYI 1. German Shepherd on 4th floor tried to attack me morning of Jan 1. Owner had dog on leash but was barely able to hold dog back. Was Hotel aware of dog on premises? I don't stay where animals are allowed. 2. Dining - waffle batter was empty at 9:30am. Lady was informed, and she said no more till tomorrow, at 6:00 am there is plenty. Really! with still a half hour till breakfast ends. Poor customer service. 3. Jacuzzi - stairway down and seating is very rough surface! Women had to put towels under so it wouldn't scratch them. Have you tried using it? 3.

Great location walkable distance to Walmart (if you forgot any necessities) and also tons of eating and shopping. Breakfast was definitely elevated compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Very clean, stylish, and friendly staff. **CAT FRIENDLY. Stayed with our 2 cats and was able to get a late checkout. As of 5/2025, pet fee is non-refundable @ $75

When I walked into the lobby it did not feel super clean. It felt a little worn down and the floors were dirty. My room was OK - it was a King "study" and the TV was all the way across the room, basically not watchable, which is fine but for others to know. The carpet seemed old and worn and the air conditioning seemed humid. I was not impressed and will not go back. Front desk service was great, breakfast was also great.

Overall our stay and the property was nice, however, the comforter had a very obvious dried blood stain that was absolutely disgusting and my wife who is pregnant at the time did not feel safe or comfortable with sleeping anywhere near that. We asked if we can get a new comforter and they just gave me a thin topper blanket and not the fluffy comforter. Needless to say my pregnant wife was furious but she was just tired from the day and just wanted to sleep and couldn't wait to just leave the next day.

We got our room unpacked and found that the AC was not working. Maintenance came and told us they did not have the part to fix it. They moved us to another room. This time we did not unpack. We found that again the room did not cool off. Barb the manager on duty did come up and found us a room with working AC. We did try to ask for compensation due to the inconvenience, but, was told there was nothing they could do that only corporate could make those decision. There is another hotel in the area they we usually stay at that did compensate us for an issue. They did not have to call corporate which management at Hampton did not attempt to do.

Everything was great except for the noise. Any time anyone use the elevator, we could hear and feel it. I thought it was fireworks at first but quickly realized it was the elevator. No sleeping in since breakfast started at 6 am. We heard it every time it headed up and down to take people to breakfast. We were write across from it but I have never heard that before anywhere else. Other than this, it was a good stay. Friendly staff, clean, roomy, and the beds were comfortable.

It's a basic Hampton - clean room clean sheets great view of the desert hill. Easy online check in. Safe area. However it's extremely noisy with the freeway, the fan does not consistently stay on so it's impossible to drown out the noise, and the thermostat only goes to 65. I would not stay here again

Lack of good customer service. Called in the day of the reservation to let them know I’d be arriving early in the morning the next day. Did not dispute any charges. They said I’d be OK for us to have an early check in. When arrived, apparently my reservation was expired as they called it, without even asking for the name on the reservation. Also, employees(kids literally) walked in our room after half a knock on the door within the first 30 minutes of having checked in. Definitely won’t be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

My friend and I, both young women traveling alone, arrived around 3am after a 10-hour drive. We were exhausted and vulnerable, and specifically chose this hotel for its dog-friendly policy and the promise of a safe place to rest. Instead, we were met by a man in an unmarked Malibu, who we later found out was a security guard. His presence alone felt intimidating, and his immediate hostility only heightened our fear. Rather than calmly assisting us as we tried to gather our anxious dogs, he followed me, berating me about how I should “control my animals” and how he takes better care of his dogs. Inside the lobby, he continued to escalate the situation—going behind the front desk and arguing with me as I tried to explain how uncomfortable and unsafe I felt. The front desk staff dismissed our concerns and sided with the guard, despite me clearly expressing how threatened we felt as two young women alone at 3am. Knowing both men were aware of our room number made it extremely difficult to feel safe. We paid for a secure, welcoming environment and instead received judgment, hostility, and fear. When I went to the front desk seeking customer support the morning after my stay the woman, Angelina, defended “Don” and the security guard, “Charlie.” Rather than offering help, she stated something along the lines that she heard a different story and that she can’t imagine either of them to treating a guest like that although. Again I was met with invalidation and a lack of customer care.

Check in was easy and the room was clean, updated, and spacious. We had a late flight and decided to go straight to hotel and ordered Papa John’s pizza delivery. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, homemade flavored batter waffles & toppings, assorted muffins and drinks. The check out person was so friendly and helpful with suggestions for our trip to Sedona. We liked the updated bathroom also. On the way out, we stopped at the Brass Armadillo antiques mall which is so clean and organized.
