Overall, this was a great hotel. The location was convenient. It is very close to the convention center, Reading Terminal Market, and City Hall. You can easily take the Septa from City Hall to the stadiums. The staff was friendly. My only issue is parking. The Expedia site indicates there is parking at the hotel at a cost of $42. This is incorrect. The hotel messaged me right after my booking to correct this information but I feel like the site should be updated to reflect the correct information. Additionally, there is a lot directly across from the hotel, but the rate is more expensive than the $42 or the message the hotel sent. It is $48/day. Overall, a convenient hotel if you want to explore Center City.

The hotel was very clean. Quiet and very easy to get around. Customer service was great. The only down side was that it cost $48 a day to park- so thats an extra $100 for a 2 day stay.

I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Four Points. A pay parking lot was conveniently located across the street. It was an additional fee but convenient. The hotel is very close to public transportation. The area felt safe. My room was sparse but clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was there were no drawers for my clothes. So I hung what I could but otherwise had to keep most of it in a suitcase.

It was an excellent experience. While there is no parking lot on-site, there is a large parking lot right in front, which is quite convenient to use. The price is $48 per day, but considering the cost of living in Philadelphia, it seems reasonable. Since I was staying with my family, we were assigned a corner room, which made our stay very comfortable. I would love to visit again.

It was a great stay, everyone was nice and welcoming. The only thing I did not like is the dust. I can see the dust floating around in the air and felt like i was inhaling it. Other than that, I had a perfect stay!

The parking rates are absolute robbery & should be disclosed upon booking—not after the fact. $45-48 for 24 hours? Absurd! I attempted to use the lobby bathroom in an emergency one evening & immediately turned around once I noticed tissues & towels on the floor as soon as it swung open. I didn’t wait to see anymore—I immediately headed upstairs to my room. The elevator doors (the right one in particular) opens & closes with a serious lag.

Overall stay was pleasant. I would stay again and will note a few oddities. The room smelled like bleach when we entered. The room was clean and promptly ready at check in time. The lighting the room is bad. The color temperature is offensive and it can’t be adjusted. The bedside sconces are too bright and had to put towels over them to be comfortable. Sheraton sends an unnecessary checkin email that does not make check in better. They still need your id and credit card and other information. Is the email an information grab? It’s not really an online check in.

The room had a musty smell, and felt damp. The air conditioning unit was so loud, we had to turn it off to sleep, and woke up in an 82 degree room. The staff was wonderful though! Very friendly and efficient.

A lot of noise at 4am. The bed made so much noise. The heater also made so much noise. The bathroom floor was dirty. Nobody at the front desk for a very long time when we went for the check-out. No parking on site which is so complicated.

The property is just outside of the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. It's also a reasonable walk to the historic district. My single room was a bit small, but comfortable. I appreciated that there was a small refrigerator, but was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave.

The rooms are too small. My room had a king size bed with a narrow desk and it’s chair opposite to it. All 3 items together are so tight that you can’t cross to the other side of the bed.

This is a mid-sized hotel in a renovated older building nextdoor to the convention center and proximate to the Reading Terminal Market. It's not the prettiest streets in downtown but plenty safe and quiet with a lot within a 10-15min walk. Bed and shower are great. Bed is really as good as they get.

Thin walls share your neighbors’ convos, TV watching and bass-heavy music. Was concerned I wouldn’t get to sleep but I cranked up the AC fan and my white nose app. That and the comfy pillow-topped bed facilitated a decent night’s sleep. Location is convenient to the convention center Reading Terminal Market.

Joe the front desk guy was amazing 5 stars to his hospitality. He really made a huge difference in my business trip. He was very accommodating and made me feel like he cared as a human being about my situation. Unlike the night shift auditor who is a very unprofessional and very authoritative. That person made me feel like I was being attacked. That person should be held accountable for their way of treating guests at night. I’m glad that person doesn’t have a job in the police department. Seriously for a company in hospitality your night auditor is the opposite.

I booked a last minute room and was told I could do early check in the night prior. After driving 8 hours I was told that was not accurate they were booked. The guy at the front desk did everything in his power to find me a room! I wish I remembered his name I owe him a tip.

My son and I arrived at the hotel at 930 pm only to be told sorry we don’t have any rooms to offer you even though I had paid completely through Expedia. After an hour on the phone Expedia placed me in a one star dive motel in Camden New Jersey. A complete and udder disaster.

Booked 2 rooms with King beds. Checked in the day before and got confirmation. When we arrived, they did not have any King bed rooms available and we got 2 double beds for each room. Then my travel mate was locked out of his room and they tried to move him to another 2 double bed room instead of just putting the other party into the new room. Not very accommodating.

Immaculate property!!! Everything within the boundry of this hotel was amazing (including courteous front desk staff) Couple of things to note around the property : 1) Parking is overly expensive about CAD135 for 2 nights across the street 2) Loud traffic pretty much all night.. cannot blame the hotel 3) You ll come across a lot of homeless people around hotel's vicinity.. not a pleasent area after certain time of the day.

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient, but there are a lot of people sitting in the alleys... The hotel doors are locked and there are people at the desk 24/7 so that's good. Just follow the buddy system.

Very convenient in city center. Just through the tunnel to Reading Terminal Market. Staff is incredibly helpful and nice!!! Helped us with many little things like leaving luggage, getting extra teabags, doing late v Checkout... each person we encountered was lovely. Little restaurant on site was so convenient for breakfast. Its also open for other meals and has a quiet bar at night.

I would rate my stay here a 10/10. It was in a convenient location and I enjoyed the fact that there was a restaurant right outside the lobby! The rooms were clean, no weird smells. Additional Towels were delivered upon request. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a smart tv available. I would book again for a future stay.

It was a perfect location for the Convention Center, Reading Market and Chinatown. Liked that there was a bar located in their restaurant. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful about things in the area. Will definitely book it again.

The Four Points by Sheraton is conveniently located across the street from the Penn Convention Ctr and across the street from (consequently expensive) surface parking. It has a restaurant/bar, however breakfast is not free. The hotel looks brand-new throughout, and the staff are very friendly. Our 4th floor two queen or double bed room looked just as new (and clean), was spacious and had a flat screen tv, microwave and mini-frig. The only draw back was that it took a very long time for the hot water to come on in both the lavatory sink and walk-in shower. We've never had that problem before, and mentioned it to the desk clerk. Neverthless, we would definitely consider returning to this hotel on our next visit to Philadelphia.
