Property is close the Haulover Beach and Park, (15 minute by walking) and Surfside Beach 2-3 minutes away by walking. Property 20 minute (by car) distance from the South Beach, Calm, clean, quiet, big rooms, living room, balcony and comfortable. There aren't restaurants, bar, lobby inside, but so close BAL HARBOUR SHOPS that famoust and most luxurious in Miami Dade. I would definitely recommend this business and for owner advice - Visible security - and a small lobby area for a cup of tea

It was wonderful. The staff was kind and communicated well with me the entire time. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We needed more towels and they brought them right away. The only thing is that there is no restaurants near by but we went to Publix and got what we needed and wanted. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the chairs and towels were provided. Will definitely stay there again!

The Beach Haus is a hidden gem! The room was perfect for two of us with lots of space. We had the pool all to ourselves. Parking was convenient and it was a five minute walk to the beach (with daily chair service!) The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Rooms good size. Self parking which is a plus One kiddie pool one adult pool but very small and the area around adult pool very small just for few chairs which is very disappointing . very short walking distance to the beach and hotel provides beach chairs and umbrella .

I liked my Deluxe studio apartment a lot. It was clean modern and confutable bed. The person on the front desk was nice and friendly. I didn't like the fact that they neglect the pool. it was not clean, big leaves on the bottom if the pool. I didn't go in. None else used it. It's a shame since everyone who go to vacation would love to use the pool.

The staff wasn’t very helpful, the pool was not clean and seems run down basically the property was outdated. Hard to get extra towels, soaps etc and filtered water wasn’t in a common area accessible at all times.

Wonderful location, walking distance to beach. Two pools to choose from, the smaller one perfect for children. The apartments are specious and generally well equipped for a family stay. We did have some initial technical issues ( low water pressure in the bathroom). Property management quickly and efficiently addressed our issue without impacting our vacation.

The condo hotel was very spacious and clean. Fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, washer, dryer, two large tvs. It is a short Uber ride to CVS, Bal Harbour Mall, Pizza and other restaurants. Walkable, but it is a distance especially in Florida heat. Beach access is beside tge Ritz Carlton Residence, across the street. Free towels, umbrellas and beach chairs.

It was a quick two night stay, the property was easily accessible, quick and seamless check in, parking was easy and the room was very clean! The beach was just a short walk and they had chairs, umbrellas and towels available! The young men at the beach set everything up they were courteous and very helpful! Other than the windows in the unit being very dirty everything else was great!

The room was extremely spacious and much larger than I needed but I booked it because of the balcony and supposed partial water view. I ended up with a ground level terrace looking over the pool. Overall very very clean except the bathroom was dimly lit, toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and the wall beside the shower covered in mold. The biggest issue for me was my security. My door didn’t have dead bolt and the door into the property seemed easily accessible 24 hours a day with no staff/security on the property after 5. I’ll definitely stay there again if travelling with my family but not if I’m by myself

Check in and parking was easy, room was very clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice. We spent a day at inlet park watching the beautiful boats. Walked to dinner (about a mile) each evening, the area is very clean and safe. Couple items to note, I thought we had a balcony, but we did not, also this time of year the beach has a lot of seaweed. Overall very nice place.

The major issue was the terrible quality of the mattress. It was very, very uncomfortable, and for this reason we will not be returning to this facility. Other more minor issues were the small amounts of pillows and towels provided and the lack of even a small freezer in the mini-fridge.

This was a great choice for our family escapade with two young adult kids. Beach Haus gave us just the right combination of togetherness and space in a beautiful location. The nearby beach is gorgeous. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The staff is helpful and unobtrusive. Made me want to come back and check out the other locations. I was a little worried about noise from the freeway, but the windows are top notch and our apartment was very silent.

Location and proximity was great, the unit was lacking many items - the kitchen has old pots and pans that needs to be replaced, the bed is CHEAP from Walmart, the mirror on the side of the bathroom doesnt stay in place, the floors need updating, the unit has plenty of space but they didnt add in any cozy, or comfortable sofa for seating. The Bike APP is horrible and doesnt work. The management is there from 9-5 but when i went there 2 times there was no one there. I will NOT be staying here again.

Recently came back from a short trip to Florida and was very satisfied with our choice to stay at Beach Haus Bal Harbour. Location was perfect, being that we rented a car, to be able to go to neighboring towns, different beaches and Miami when wanting a night out. It is also nice to walk into the town or to do some nice shopping at the Bal Harbour shops. All the staff were lovely and professional. Emily at reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Clean rooms and great price. Would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful. The staff was kind and communicated well with me the entire time. The 1 bedroom apartment was clean and had everything you needed. We needed more towels and they brought them right away. The only thing is that there is no restaurants near by but we went to Publix and got what we needed and wanted. The beach was a 5 minute walk and the chairs and towels were provided. Will definitely stay there again!

I have a dispute active with property. Booked during a mandatory evacuation of hurricane Milton. Owner stated saw service dog during check in inside the car and that dog had to stay in the car when taking dog outside following morning. Tried to present papers to him he refused said his attorney gave him questions to ask and that didn’t look like service dog have it perform tasks in front of him? When I asked to record the conversation involving an ada violation he refused said no then proceeded to walk up into my face as I backed away. I did take a pic and my daughter was filming part of the conversation we had a 7 month old, 18 mo old and 6 yr old with us. Police were called due to the extreme hostility from this man. pokice informed us we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to but stayed to witness refund. Those refunds have been delayed deliberately to the point hotels.com intervened. Now a duplicate charge of parking is charged to my credit card and a hold of 500 on credit card for deposit. The amount of room was altered from check in to the refund receipts by aprox 70 a night on all I can determine is an attempt to get more money for the 1 night I was there. This man who said he is owner had very unscrupulous business practices, is aggressive toward women especially being a disabled retired gvt employee who knows the law. seeing similar experiences noted on reviews it is disturbing and never have experienced such a horrible encounter in my life

The Beach Haus is a hidden gem! The room was perfect for two of us with lots of space. We had the pool all to ourselves. Parking was convenient and it was a five minute walk to the beach (with daily chair service!) The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful location, walking distance to beach. Two pools to choose from, the smaller one perfect for children. The apartments are specious and generally well equipped for a family stay. We did have some initial technical issues ( low water pressure in the bathroom). Property management quickly and efficiently addressed our issue without impacting our vacation.

They are the worst hotel ever. We were locked out of our room for more than 3 hours and we called the hotel’s emergency number but no one answered. We had a very disappointing experience at this property. It was not clearly stated during booking that there is no reception or on-site staff, and we received no instructions in advance on how to self-check-in. This caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival. The worst part of our stay happened at check-out. Due to an unexpected issue with lost car keys, we were slightly delayed in leaving. Instead of understanding the situation, a man claiming to be the owner aggressively banged on the door and demanded that we leave immediately. His behavior was threatening and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. A more professional and hospitable approach would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this place.

Walked to dinner (about a mile) each evening, the area is very clean and safe. Couple items to note, I thought we had a balcony, but we did not, also this time of year the beach has a lot of seaweed. Property is close the Haulover Beach and Park, (15 minute by walking) and Surfside Beach 2-3 minutes away by walking. Property 20 minute (by car) distance from the South Beach, Calm, clean, quiet, big rooms, living room, balcony and comfortable. There aren't restaurants, bar, lobby inside, but so close BAL HARBOUR SHOPS that famoust and most luxurious in Miami Dade. I would definitely recommend this business and for owner advice - Visible security - and a small lobby area for a cup of tea

The quiet and calmness what I expected happily. watching some of the most beautiful yachts entering into the Atlantic Ocean at an inlet like nothing I’ve seen. The ocean was warm and Caribbean green. You could see your toes under the water! You are accommodated on the beach immediately chairs, tales umbrellas, and if you want, you can either order food from the neighboring hotel so my opinion, it was exactly what I wanted and what I needed it and price you can’t compare in that area literally!

The Beach Haus is the perfect place to stay in Bal Harbour if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the area. The rooms are large and modern with a kitchenette that tops most kitchens in homes. The Beach is right across the street and you get free chaises, umbrellas and towels.
