Tv didn't work, pool was. Closed, juice station didn't work. This was all week

Everything was great except the work out area had nothing to clean the equipment, towels. The water dispenser was empty and the bathroom soap dispenser didn’t work

The staff was great, the room nice. Fitness center was great. Breakfast was okay for hotel food. They could use some extra staff to help keep the property clean

Over all was good. Clean room and sheets. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. Only negative was the pool was closed and that’s the one reason we went with this hotel. Pd a little more for it so grandkids could swim. But to our disappointment at check in. Nice if they would have had something about the closer on their website.

The bottom floor smells like animal urine and feces. That is one of the floors that allows animals. It just happens to be the same floor where they serve breakfast.

Disappointed the pool was closed hundred degrees outside and the pool was closed very disappointed

Was in town for a baseball tournament. Stayed for the pool. Pool was out of order. Would've been nice to know that before hand. Breakfast - the juice machine was broken. The pancake maker broken as well. These things didn't just break down...

The outdoor pool is great, however, it is located down a long steep stairway which presented a problem for us older folks as well as our youngest granddaughter in her stroller.

Pool was not open, missed that part

The stay was nice except washer was broke photos are old and front parking was filled up with commercial vehicles

The room was clean. But the patio was filthy beer cans. Trash left out there. So I had to clean up before I could even relax in the room. I just checked in

Room 204 was clean, comfortable and well equipped. However the bathroom shower area had a very musty odor. The ceiling above the shower looked to have a very sloppy repair job of some kind of ceiling damage. I couldn't tell if the odor was coming from the ceiling area or perhaps a musty old shower curtain. Either way, it was unpleasant and felt unclean. The light switch and warming light dial were both sticky. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast lady on staff both Saturday and Sunday mornings was so sweet, welcoming and ready to serve. She deserves several gold stars for her warmth and effort and kindness. You don't usually see such happy workers, so kudos! Give her a little raise!

It was a nice hotel but I had to re clean the bathroom. It was still hair on the sink.

From out of town and booked this hotel due to convenience. Upon arrival toilet was filthy . Thankful I bring cleaning abs sanitizing products upon arrival so I took care of it . Told front desk when and she responded “thanks for letting me know” .. all I could think was wow . She didn’t even know I took care of it before she stated that . Big whole in the wall and it was covered poorly . Balcony was dirty and full of bird poop . Never again . I’ll stay at the Hampton inn up the street

Not clean

There was dirty towels in room. Trash in room. Ac heater was leaking on carpet. Made my socks all dirty and wet. Could have shocked me. But I was careful.

The price was low which was good. The hotel needs some major upkeep. Wallpaper in hallways was gone or falling off and in our bathroom there were water stains on the roof and it’s was falling down. There was poop TP all over the hallway by public restroom area and I watched an employee walk by and just shake there head!

This hotel is in a great area. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice complimentary breakfast, spacious rooms. Overall the property needs a good deep cleaning and some upgrading especially with plumbing.

Everything was great. I gave cleanliness a 4 because when i was there I had to search for something I dropped and that’s when I saw beneath the couch was not clean.

I enjoyed my stay I just wish it was cleaner in the bathroom even after I asked them to clean the bathroom bc there were hair all over the walls and tub they and after they said they would they still didn’t but that’s my only complaint

Toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, noisy refrigerator, no way to open curtains. Sign in hallway lists bathroom on lobby floor, but it was no longer in service.

This hotel was a nice stop between home and Tennessee. The only complaint we had was the hot water. It would be warm than cold it was not consistent. The breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

Very convenient to the expressway. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Room right by the elevator was super noisy. Request a different room if you get any that end in 09

Overall the hotel is very clean and my stay was good. The only issues I had was no matter what you set the temp to if it was on hest is was very hot innthe room and the same with the ac. There was no comfort temp level. Also I had my PS5 with me and no matter what I tried or the person there at the hotel tried I could not connect it to wifi

The room itself has some problems, nothing too serious. Broken wall thermostat and window unit control had bad led display. A lamp had a broken switch plate (i do not know for sure it was not dangerous). I believe the hotel was full, so maybe I got the last room? Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and confirtable.

TV made a high pitch sound for 5 min after it was turned on for 15min or so. Reported the from desk in the morning. Upstairs kids were running around and were noisy which is not the hotel’s fault.

The afternoon we arrived, there was a large motorcycle group all hunkered down under the awning because it was raining. So I was unable to drop off my handicapped mother and our bags at the lobby. That group was in that area, outside until early hours of the next day. Our room was in the front so we could hear them throughout. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room, #423 ? I believe. The room was clean however the window blind was not functioning so we had to prop it up with the ironing board to keep it open. The front desk agent brought the maintenence man up who explained that the part they needed to fix the issue was on back order and that then issue only affected handicapped accessible rooms. Yay! We were there 3 nights so we were a bit inconvenienced. Oh and the liquor bottles overflowing the trash bins by the pool. Needless to say we're not sure we'd stay here again. Oh yeah, the front desk lady offered us a snack from the "marketplace", to make up for the window debacle. It didnt.....

It was noisy at night, people talking on the hall way and peole above us were loud with footstep and furniture falling down. A piece on the handle door looks broken. Heater too loud going on and off.

Room was fine but you have to run the water for 5 minutes to get hot water. Plus the mattress was noisy. Seems weird but it was.

They were having trouble with their key card programmer when I arrived, but the situation was handled with a high level of care. Guests were escorted to their rooms and the key cards were hand delivered once the issue was resolved about 30 minutes later. They were very apologetic. That was only hiccup during the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good hot and cold options with ample dining space. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel was located near the interstate with plenty of shopping and dining options near by. Would stay again.

The woman who checked us in, I cant re call her name but she was extremely rude to me and my partner. Her tone was not friendly. Not to mention she would be at the desk on her phone talking to people very loudly which I found very unprofessional! My partner and I checked in around 8pm Friday Feb 17th.

Super friendly staff. Very happy with my stay here. Instead of staying downtown Cincinnati, we stayed here and took an Uber into town which worked out great and got to save a little $. Sandra was great. We had initially only booked one night but wanted to stay an extra night which she was able to help with even though new online bookings required a two night stay.

Anthony greeted us and was very helpful. The kind and helpful experience left us to thoroughly enjoy our experience. Thank you Anthony for going above and beyond to offer a truly pleasant check in.

Enjoyed talking to lady who set up breakfast every morning. She was kind and hard working.Front desk workers were also nice.We stayed for two nights and if we ever come thru again ,we would absolutely stay again.

This was the 3rd time i stayed at this property but its definitely going to be the last time. I had booked an overnight stay through hotels.com and paid for it earlier in the day. Upon arrival at the hotel there were about 10 people in the lobby waiting to check in. Apparently the rooms were not ready yet and i wasn't able to check in till about 320p. Check in is 3p. After getting upstairs and getting comfortable, to my utter shock as well as my girlfriend's. Someone tried to get access to the room. They actually opened the door but the latch prevented them from getting access to the room. I yelled at the person that some else was already in here. The front desk person tried to blame me by saying that i probably disnt shut the door all the way. This was disproved by us not being able to get back into the room after we went to dinner. We had to go back downstairs to the lobby to have the keycard reactivated for the room. So they essential assigned the room to the other person who tried to get in after they had initially assigned it to me. This experience was truly scary and made me feel unsafe. Add to that my credit card was charged twice for 2 incidental charges 1 for $50 & a 2nd for $78.12. Worst experience ever in a hotel and i wont be going back. The lady i spoke to when checking out just kept apologizing and refused to do anything else. No offer of a credit, voucher, bag of chips. Nothing. Customer Service was pathetic.

Rooms seem updated. Bathrooms are clean. Was quiet. Close to shopping and right across the street from a grocery store. Convenient location. Definitely worth the price

Excellent location and visit! Friendly, clean, great location from downtown Cincy (a quick 20 minute jog, all interstate), friendly staff and very nice well-kept facility. (And those cinnamon rolls!). Highly recommended.

Area has businesses, restaurants, etc all around. Right off the interstate. Easy check in.

Quiet and convenient location. Close to restaurants and shopping if needed. Good hotel. The building is a little tired but it was clean and convenient which is what we needed.

Vety nice area, easy on and off highway

This hotel was quiet. Close to a lot of eating places. It was super close to the zoo and aquarium. It only took about 10 minutes to get to both places. Only thing that was bad was exiting and entering was difficult bc of a hill & you couldn’t really see.

Great over night location just outside of the city.

The property is in great shape and looks quite new. Very comfortable and an easy drive to downtown Cincinnati. Restaurants and shopping are very close.

My husband and I were in a bowling tournament in Cincinnati and the hotel was close by. The room was clean, the bed comfy and I was pleased with the hot breakfast choices including cheese omelets and breakfast meat.
