The staff was fantastic - helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The lobby and breakfast area was great. The room was okay, but the mattress was not the most comfortable and there was some stubborn mold in the tub. The air conditioning was great! The caulking may need to be replaced. The location was terrific too.

Last min booking turned into our fav hotel on the trip! We needed a place to stay on our way back to AR from FL and was blown away by the cleanliness, comfortable & sleek accommodations & professionalism of staff! The large balcony was 👌 and the views were spectacular!

Hotel was fine. Staff was great. Wasn’t really impressed with the breakfast choices. Eggs were watery and the bacon was really cheap and thin. The room was fine as far as cleanliness but the temperature was very comfortable even though I had turned the AC down. It was just very warm. Finally the mattress and pillows were awful. The mattress was like a brick and the pillows were like throw pillows.

We stayed in this hotel along with two other couples the night before our cruise. The couch pulls out for a bed so there was plenty of room for all of us. (Extra linens in the closet even.) The front desk gentleman was super helpful at checkin and even upgraded us to a wrap around balcony suite at no additional charge! There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance and when we woke the following morning we even had a nice view of the cruise ship! The port is just a few blocks away. Worked out great for us!

Room was great nice sized. Had a balcony not a great view but not bad. Had 2 tv's one you had to jiggle the cord to get the Direct tv to work. But it worked after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great selection. The area was very walkable. That made it nice we walked to Restaurants and to the Maritime Museum. Would stay again for sure!!!

Great place to stay. Location was A+++. The breakfast was OK. I didn’t care for the sausage and eggs, but there were several other options including waffle maker and cereal for the kids. There is also a Dunkin Donuts right inside the hotel. Over all, great service, clean room and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our extended weekend here and will stay again if in the downtown Mobile area. Great location for walking to see parks, historical sites, art and murals as well as quick access for driving to sites like Dauphin Island, Bellingrath and Mobile Museum of Art. Our room was clean, spacious and well appointed with any amenities you would expect. Breakfast was good with a couple of hot offerings each day and the staff worked to keep all filled and cleaned. Great gym area my husband used and smaller courtyard pool we didn't use but seemed to be active with summer travelers. We thought the on-site parking to be affordable for a downtown location. Overall, a very positive experience for both of us.
