Cigarettes everywhere...parking lot, pool deck, and sidewalk. Excessive charges if you check in/out a few minutes early or late. The hotel was long over due for deep cleaning and general repairs. Furniture was beaten up and door was damaged. You have to punch in a code to exit the property.

Clean lobby, room, and breakfast area. Our AC wasn’t adjustable but honestly I’d take a cold room over a hot one. Linens and towels clean and in great condition. Overall our stay was great. Only down fall was the elevator not working for almost two days.

Nothing was unique about the property. I had a terrible experience during my stay. The elevator broke down, and it wasn't repaired until the next day in the evening. We have to make use of a stairway for more than 24 hours.

My concern was that the elevator, the one elevator they had was down. Have lots of luggage that should not be hauled ups and down stairs. Elevators are essential to hotels. Also they only had one working ice machine. Which was on the second floor. Besides the elevator being down, everything else was fine.

This hotel has a roach problem. There were 3 in my room and others in the hallways and stairways. Getting into the parking lot was an issue, as there is a gate. Attendant was rarely at the desk. Doors and walls are thin and noise from highway and guests. Rooms need paint and a remodel. Elevator was out of service.

Was there for 4 nights. Property was great. Nice and quiet. The property is gated so you have to get access code to get off property not entering the property. There is only one pool (outdoor) kind of small. Breakfast was good, different breakfast choices. My only complaint would be front desk who are the first point of contact for a business that should making a great impression. However this was not the case here. The women staff were great but the 2 gentlemen at front desk I encounter was not so pleasant at all. It seems as If they did not want to be bothered with any questions/issues I had. When I visit Houston next time I will try a different location.

They have the whole parking lot fenced in, it helps to make safer as do the super bright lights as the area is not safe, the rooms were clean but can hear everything due to wood floors and thin walls.The pool and gym were nice. The staff was ok, not overly nice. the Ac unit was very dirty. Having to code your way out of the fence is weird but does help with keeping the guests safe.

Stains on everything. Holes in the walls. All the furniture was chipped and stained. Cigarette burns on the bedding. I have never even seen a hotel that dirty before

The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were friendly although didn’t speak much English. The breakfast was not up to other La Quinta standards. The pool area was filthy, we were there for a week and no one cleaned up the pool area. There was garbage everywhere, the never emptied the garbage so there were flies all over. The outside bathroom was filthy and not cleaned at all. We always try to stay at a La Quinta while travelling this visit will make me think twice about staying there again.

My room stunk of smoke and I saw cockroaches, I didn’t ask to move because they them in that unit I’m sure it’s infested all over. I just won’t stay there again. I’m on business for 3 weeks and I checked out of that hotel to go somewhere more clean and healthier on the lungs

We stayed 4 days for a family weekend wedding event. The staff was wonderful and on top of the busy weekend they had. Shay was wonderful keeping an eye on our dog that we had to leave at there hotel while attending wedding events. The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was friendly and great. An electrical storm hit on Saturday night and took out the cable, elevator and other random things like our AC but everything was going by Monday morning. We were gone mostly with the events so it really didn't effect us much. The hotel is only 2 stories and we take the stairs mostly anyway. A fabulous stay with a great breakfast as well. We'll done La Quinta!!!

The rooms need big updates, replace the dirty carpet, broken lamps, and redo the rusted restrooms. The elevator is really slow and needs some type of work. The tv is outdated or not working properly. The pillows are really small like decorate pillows with a sweaty smell.

There is a gate to go through to get in and another to get out, the area seemed kind of rough and unsafe. There were kids in the hall yelling and knocking on doors.

When we arrived, they told us the elevators were not working and gave us a room on the 3rd floor. We took our luggage up to our room and once we got in, we realized that it was dirty. The sheets clearly had stains on them, and we tried to call down to the front desk, but the phone calls didn’t go through. I called the reservation line and talked to someone from La Quinta And they told me to go down and talk to the front desk. Once I came down to let them know that we were actually going to be leaving because of the conditions of the room you could tell the guy at the front desk was a little bit rude and asked “if we just now had realized that?” .. Well, after Going up three flights of stairs with all of our luggage we wanted to secure another hotel room before bringing everything down. They never answered the phone to let them know what was going on so it has been around 30 mins before we came back down … They stated that their phone lines were down, which is why they weren’t able to receive any calls. The guy gave me a receipt to return my $50 deposit, but said that I would need to contact Expedia for my refund. I contacted Expedia and they said they needed to get a Hold of the hotel to see about the refund. I did advise them about the phone lines being down. Expedia has stated that they are unable to process a refund because the hotel has not approved the refund well their phone lines are down which is pretty convenient for them. Don’t waste your time/money with Expedia.

The area that this hotel was located was not a nice area at all. Everything was run down and just didn’t seem safe. The pillows were all run down as well. I asked for another pillow, hoping for something more comfortable because I could not sleep on those pillows. They said they do not have extra pillows…….like seriously???? We ended up leaving a day early and never got a refund

Very quiet considering the location. Conveniently located beside a major highway. Pool on the quiet side of the property. The staff were all friendly and helpful except for one front desk man, who was rather rude and short with me when I asked where the gym was. I was also a little disappointed there was no fresh fruit for breakfast, but I attribute that to inflation. All in all exactly what you would want and expect at a La Quinta.

The entrance gate will only open if you stay closer to the right side. If you pull up in the middle, the gate won't open. Other than that stay was great.

It was easy to book this last minute one night stay. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile. The customer service was good. I liked the gated entry and exit. Breakfast was good but I had to ask the server to refill items. She needs to make sure you don't run our of coffee and food. I will still recommend the La Quinta Inn
