No issues. Inside was clean and simple. Parking was $15 and worth it.

Street noise and hotel guests are both loud. Parking is $15 per night, homeless people all over. Stair case and exterior walls dirty

The rooms look newly remodeled and they look great. The Family room is spacious and comfortable. The only problem is that the access door to the parking garage is broken. Thus, the public can get it which really defeats the purpose of having the garage gated. That should definitely be fixed as soon as possible, especially considering the hotel charges $15 per day for parking.

Maids were great. New linens it kind of everyday if needed. Underground parking.

We had the suite and it was perfect for a night with the family. This was the lowest price in the area so expectations have to align with what you are paying. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They have underground parking with a gate so pretty safe. Neighbourhood isnt great, there was a homeless man sleeping outside the front entrance when we left in the morning. I am pretty certain he tried to get in the communal hallways to the rooms during the night but the door only opens with the key cards. The rooms are not very sound proof, we could hear people above and any noise in the hallway. I wouldnt mind staying a night or two again for the price

Our 1 night at the Lincoln Inn was fine and as expected. Parking on site was expensive There was no elevator There was no way to make tea / coffee in the room.

Staff was awesome. No coffee maker, ice machine not accessible, nosy outside.

We had an accesible room but the.hotel is not handi-cap accessible. This is not a motel to consider if you have mobility issues or need aids such as a wheelchair, walker, scooter, cane. There were pull up bars in the bathroom. There are no elevators, including from the underground parking garage. You have to be able to take the stairs. This was a challenge for us. The surface parking is very limited and nearly always full, including the handicap spaces. There are no luggage carts to help with luggage and no people to help with luggage. There is no closet, just a wall rack with about 4 or 5 hooks, but no hangers. You might be able to get some hangers from the office but we didnt ask. You have to get a small plastic bag of ice from the office, if you need ice because there is no ice machine. The windows are frosted so no one can look in, but you also can't look out. The upside is the room was clean and came with a refrigerator and microwave, and the staff was friendly.

The pics online did not match what the hotel actually looks like. My hubby spilled some water on the floor, used a white hand towel to wipe it up & it was black! Our floors were absolutely disgusting!! Do not walk barefoot there!! So gross! What else are they not cleaning?!

The hotel is in an okayish part of town. However the lot is very secure. The building looks a little sketchy on the outside but the inside has been renovated and very clean. I would recommend for the price it was very good.

It was an ok stay. Upon arrival I found several strand of hair on the bed, then when I went to take a shower there were hairs on the towels & tub looks like it could use some repairs. I went to go get ice from the entrance area and it looked as if the ice machine was missing. Other than all of that the stay was ok.

Great little motel. Good sized rooms and comfy bed. Helpful staff. Parking on premises. The car park was small but there is also street parking. Fridge and TV in room. Ice machine available too.

This is a great spot to stay, we had the mini suite with the small living area. Fridge and microwave are great and there's even a second TV facing the couch on the opposite side. Spacious and good value. Cons were that our room was near the exit door from the hallway and we could hear every person going in and out, pretty obnoxious. The shower pressure was poor and the heater vibrates loudly. Real squeaky bathroom door also. Pillows are pancakes. Other than that it's good for the cost.

The Lincoln Inn is much better than you might expect. Located on California 1 (aka, Pacific Coast Highway) you'd expect a lot of traffic noise, and the less-than-inviting surrounding neighborhood further lowers your expectations. However, a good job was done of insulating the rooms from the outside noise, and the room itself was actually quite nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable; the bathroom fixtures were new and worked well; the electrical system was modernized, so there are plenty of outlets; the A/C was effective and very quiet; and, at 25 - 30 MB/sec, the wi-fi outperforms most hotels at this price point. Throw in a super-nice and helpful staff, and my stay there far exceeded my expectations.

Lincoln Inn internet signal was only 1 bar to nothing in the signal scale on my iPhone 16 ( 2nd floor on the west side ). I had to walk down the hallway near the vending machine to get internet access. I complained about the signal strength and no internet access in my room, at the front desk/ lobby, and was not accommodated. The solution for Lincoln Inn is to get an internet signal booster installed at the vending machine area for less than $100. Easily a plug and play installation. I hope the management takes my advice. Other than that, the room was clean, quiet and facility offered secured parking.

Good property, all we needed. Quick check in, friendly staff, easy and safe parking (for $15 a night). Room was recently renovated and looked great. No closet, hangers or ironing board. Borrowed an iron from the front desk. I would stay again.

It was simple and nice place but didn't have anything in the room, not even a hairdryer. The closed garage was a plus

Lincoln Inn in Venice, CA is a great place to stay. The staff is polite, helpful and accommodating. They are quick to listen to any request, and offer a reasonable solution in a cordial and friendly manner. The accommodations in the rooms have been recently updated, well maintained and commensurate with the reasonable rate for your stay. If you are considering a visit to Venice, recommend staying at Lincoln Inn.

The service I received at the Lincoln inn was the worst I’ve ever had while visiting LA. The concierge was EXTREMELY rude not only to me, but to two other guests waiting in line to check in as well. Yes we know check in is not until 3pm but most hotels will let you store your luggage there until your room is ready. When asked if any of us could he responded with “show me where on the website does it say we store luggage” in an extremely rude tone. Then he argued with me when I said I never said that was on the website I just said most hotels offer that option that was the only reason we asked. The two other guests left to find a hotel and so did I. Also the photos on the website were completely misleading and the motel looked NOTHING like the photos. I am a single woman travelling with a small child and because he simply didn’t want to deal with us he locked the doors to the building and said “don’t bug me until 3pm”. I’m not sure what all the great reviews on this hotel were talking about?? The only reason I selected this hotel was because it had great reviews. Never ever will I be booking at the Lincoln inn and I will make sure to let other people know never to book here as well :)

Horrible front desk employees. Got met with menacing behavior upon checkout as a result of my check in review. This would have been an opportunity to redeem themselves. Instead they just amplified the hostility. I tried to notify them of people smoking and spitting from the upstairs corridor, making passing from the parking an ordeal. It fell on deaf ears. These people should not be working in hospitality. And I’m sure this review will be met with the same aggressive and defensive response as I was at the front desk. Avoid! LA and Venice unworthy!

Best place I have stayed in Los Angeles and I've stayed at 7 places. Staff was outstanding and the room was clean and safe. Highly recommend.

Only complaint was the reception area was closed in the morning and I didn’t know what to do for checkout. Had an early flight so I was panicking. Everything else was very good

Amazing all around! My plane landed early & my room was all ready to go before I was able to check in! I was iffy about this place cause the reviews & neighborhood but honestly the service, front desk & housekeeping was PHENOMENAL! 1. The front desk staff were super nice & helpful. I’m not sure why our room key stop working 2 times but the both times we had issues the front staff was super nice & helpful with getting our key to work. 2. The rooms definitely had an upgrade to them! We stayed on 2nd floor in room 211. New carpet upstairs & the room was nice & clean. The beds were comfortable! 3. Housekeeping, I give my most respect to! They came in each day to clean & make our beds, gave us new towels each day. They respected our stuff. One of the beds had our suitcase left on it open & they respected that & did not move anything & made the 1 bed that had nothing on it! Thank you for giving us the best stay during our trip! Will definitely return when in the area again! 😊

Excellent customer service

The room itself was very clean for what we paid! We enjoyed our stay here, we felt safe because not only do you have to scan your card key to get in the room, you also scan it to get in the hallway. The area around the hotel however has a lot of homeless people hanging out. We still walked around fine and had no trouble.

The place itself was super clean outside was atrocious. Homeless and it felt unsafe. There was a homeless camp outside of our window.

Affordable hotel just a few miles from Venice Beach.

It's a normal, quite pleasant hotel, and you have a good location in Venice and Santa Monica. Good staff

The location of the property is adequate for a last night in the LA area, before flying out from the airport. Venice beach is an interesting venue to visit during the stay. One however needs a car to get around, and traffic in the area is usually quite heavy.

I had a pleasant stay. Everything was fine. The staff was friendly, caring and accomodating - nothing to complain about. I knew the place would be at a busy street, I did not mind the noise. The public bus takes you to and from the airport during the day for $1.25 (no bus during late hours) the stop is just half a block away. You can walk to the beach in 20-25 min. I would stay there again.

The place was fine for a quick night stay close to a meeting place early the next morning. It was very clean and spacious, but obviously an older place that was updated. It was great to have a McDonalds right across the street on the same side as the hotel. The front desk lady was informative and gave good info about parking and places nearby to eat. Overall, a good stay.

Even though the property does not offer any options itself, you will be surrounded by different options such as Mcdonald's or Domino's

The remodel job on the rooms was well done. The tub needs a mat or treatment to prevent being slippery but thats an easy fix. Front desk staff were wonderful. For families the convenience of the McDonalds right next door and the 24 hour mini mart at the chevron gas station across the street, which has reasonable prices for coffee, hot chocolate and snacks is super helpful.

At night a girl from reception said there is no tea or coffee at all, they never provide such services I must buy in 7 eleven shop about 15 minutes away. In the morning another girl from reception said coffee and tea is included.

Great location close to Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey, we were able to walk. Nice big room for our family of six. Lady at front desk friendly and helpful. Food available very close by.

Very convenient to the beach Costco Domino Pizza Panda Express and Ralph’s supermarket. McDonald is right next door. I was pleasantly surprised. Great deal for the price

Was clean and secure. Gated underground parking. Room was great for the one night pit stop. Close to the pier and attractions. Perfect spot for us on our bike trip. Laundry mat half block away. Easy to get up and head out. McDonald’s next door to grab a small snack for breakfast. Staff at check in was friendly and polite.

This property is PERFECT for getting from the airport by public transportation, and for getting to Venice Beach by public transportation. Ideal location for a car free vacation with affordable lodging. No coffee maker in the room, which is GREAT because the whole point is to get down to the beach and enjoy coffee and waves! Despite the location on a busy thoroughfare, the room was quiet.

The building is on the main road and no dining within walking distance.

This hotel is in a bad Neighborhood to many homeless around and they don’t serve breakfast.
