Check-in was a bit chaotic because a new persons was being trained and was left at the counter by himself for about 10 minutes. He struggled with the reservation ahead of me, but when the trainer came back things started to move more quickly. We had been driving for 7 hours, so my wife really wanted to enjoy the hot tub but when we went to take a look in the pool area the hot tub was empty, appeared to be out of service. Beds were ok, breakfast in the morning was great.

Room was very nice but the entire first floor ( lobby, dining area etc) was under construction. Large rollaway dumpsters in the parking lot. Veryy unpleasant conditions...

It was a great place to stay. The only negatives was the pool was ice cold and housekeeping knocking on our door first thing in the morning to see if we had checked out. Other than that great experience. Also getting udis muffins and bagels for people with gluten allergy would be a plus.

Hotel was nice considering it was under renovation. Customer service was attentive and super nice. Just wished we had known the washer/dryer facility was shut down and that the room I thought I purchased with a full kitchen was actually a room with a mini fridge and microwave.

The hotel staff at all hours were all so very nice and accommodating. Ready to help and answer any questions or just say hello as you passed through the lobby. The pool area and gym were both clean and safe. The room itself was clean, spacious and well kept. I will be sure to make this my hotel of choice next time I am in the Billings area. Thank you all for the warm welcome and hospitality.

The hotel is going through rennovations its extremely unattractive the walls of the hallway were ripprd out, everything is so old that makes it uncomfortable to stay there. They should close the hotel instead of having the public exposed tonsuch conditions. The lobby smells mold and dark and old. I would definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the hotel

Hotel was in poor condition! Pool and hot tub both out of order! The breakfast area was filthy. No one refilling the food nor wiping counters down, which were filthy from food. No syrup for waffles. No one around to ask for that. We ate fairly early so were surprised to see the lack of food and condition of food area. Trash was full to overflowing onto the floor.

We’ve stayed here before in a king suite and loved it. The staff and service is great, the lobby and dining are beautiful, breakfast is fresh and bountiful. The full breakfast included fresh strawberries! This time we had a regular king. We were a little disappointed with the age of the decor asks the poorly packed room that made things awkwardFor example, the rooms need better dresser or table spaces for your things. It needs a microwave. It needs lights on the wall with chargers. The lamp on the desk takes all the room and there is literally no where else to set things. Someone in courage should try starting a night with lots of luggage and problem solve s little. We love the service. They are so helpful. It’s in a good location on the west end with access to the interstate. Just needs a little TLC to make it a great value and wonderful experience.

When we arrived in the room, we turned on the heater. It blew cold air for quite some time we called service. They came up and determined that if you hit the heater, it will start working in the night it quit working till morning.

Stay was great, breakfast was, too. EXCEPT ask for a room not on the front of the building. The traffic noise was horrific and loud enough that even my white noise machine couldn't override it.

We were so impressed with the 3 people who worked the front desk at the hotel. They were so kind and helpful. These 3 people were Cara, Charles and Star. We were so disappointed that we booked our room through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel. Expedia charged us almost twice the going rate. Lesson complete. Live and learn.

We've stayed here twice in a month. Both times the staff was amazing and accommodating. It was clean and quiet. Coffee is great. Only challenge was neither time was there a breakfast meat selection and the lady was working really hard but struggling to keep up with the breakfast crowd.

The ladies at the front were so amazing. I can’t remember their names, but I know one was training. They turned an unfortunate day into a much better one. The room was extremely clean and the hotel overall was very welcoming. I knew it was going to be worth the price right when I walked in and saw those 3 smiling faces!

We selected Hampton Inn & Suites Billings West 1-90 because it is close to the shopping we like. As this was our first time at this location, we were pleasantly surprised with the room and the amenities. The hotel breakfast was much better than other hotels.

Family of five -Excellent hotel-recently renovated lobby and breakfast area. Large clean rooms. Breakfast is exceptional. Lobby with lots of seating to gather with others or to plug-in and work at your computer. Would definitely stay here again.
