Reception was unmanned at arrival. I had to dial a number to get someone to come out to reception. No bath towels in room. Property run Real rip off for 200$ - pictures on Expedia bear no resemblance to the actual property Very difficult to get a taxi to airport as it is only 5 minutes but too dangerous to walk Guy at reception on Sunday morning was extremely nice & offered lift to airport if taxi was a no show

There had been damage to the roof over entrance so customers were rerouted to a side door. direction signs to office clearly visible. Desk clerk was very helpful. Bathroom had no vanity space. Bolt lock on door didn't work well. But room was clean and comfortable.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and very very welcoming! The hotel is conveniently a 17 minute walk from the airport and a 4 minute drive. Definitely an ideal spot for a one night stay (what I did). The hotel definitely needs some renovating to do and cleaning. There is a small lobby lounge and on site parking. Wall are thin - Try and get a room as far away from entrance, you will hear all the noise from people coming in and out and it kept me up at night! Overall, a good place to shower and lay down for a night.

Exterior door (non-lobby) was not secured. Room door seemed to be painted shut so we had to pull very hard to open it. Bathroom floor had spots/stains in the corner. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 8:15pm. I reserved a king bed but all they had was a queen.

I did not realize that this was a two-story building with no elevator. My room was on the second floor and my luggage was very heavy and I have a very bad back. When I asked to see if there was a first-floor room, all I was told is you have a King and they are on the second floor. She looked again, but nothing. The checkin area did not leave a good impression. In addition to the person checking me in, there were two others there, possibly manager and executive housekeeper. They were yelling at each other so loudly I could not hear the person checking me in. When asked to be quieter, that lasted maybe two minutes and it was back again. I this the kind of impression you want to leave your guests with?

There was so much going on, a truck had run into the structure, roto rooter was there and there were appliances being delivered that blocked the entrance/exit. The surrounding neighborhood was also very unsafe feeling. I usually like the chain of red roof inn but will not stay at this one again.

This hotel was fairly cheap compared to the other local hotels and was a quick walk in late spring to the airport. Unfortunately the room was dirty, the shower had long hair all over the walls, with no soap or shampoo in the shower, the bed was pretty much a king sized cot, complete with thin sheets. The lights on outside made it so it looked like it was day time at 1am with the blinds closed. And the ac was load, clunky, and extremely dusty. There was also wear and tear throughout. Not the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at, especially for just an 8 hour stop over, and if I needed to have a quick stay for a super early flight again, I would probably even consider coming back, but definitely not for a longer stay than that.

The bed was full of crumbs and hair from the previous occupant; the sheets had clearly not been changed. There was wet brown slime on the floor. The window was broken and could not fully shut. There were only two pillows in the whole room and some lights did not work. Fixtures were rusty and gritty, walls were smudged with brown. Front desk staff argued with me claiming that the room was perfectly fine. He refused to refund me claiming I had "used the room" even though I only went up, saw that it was filthy, and immediately went back to the desk to check out again. I swear I'm not a fastidious customer, I'm a frequent traveler and this is the first time I've ever refused to stay in a hotel.

Room was very dirty. Curtains were gross and covered in dirt and dust. The AC vents had probably never been cleaned. No soap or shampoo in bathroom. Overall this place wasn't worth 100 even for a late night place to crash.

This is most likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is completely run down and worn out. The room was damp, no toilet paper, no soap, cigarette burned and dirty sheets!! Broken bathroom, bed that can best be described as a camping bed There’s NOTHING positive to say at all. Declined the first room for the above reasons and was then given a second room which was equally bad - as I arrived at 2am I had to sleep there (in my clothes as it was so nasty) and then I found another hotel and went there for the two remaining nights

It was honestly an awful experience. The sheets were stained, the room facilities were old and outdated. The water caused me to have hives. The bathroom was leaking. No one cleaned the room. There was a dog that kept barking. Not a good look for the hotel. Do not recommend.

The only clean things were the sheets. The bathroom was dirty. The floor was extremely dirty. A better housekeeping can go a long way. I was also greeted by a German shepherd. I love dogs but in a commercial Place they should not bark at everyone coming in. People were noisy. I could hear everyone walking and talking on the hallway and the loud cars at the parking lot. It was only one night… but at least the bed smelled like washed linens.

Clean but spartan accommodations. One towel and 2 wash cloths. Toilet seat barely attached. Linens (sheet and flimsy blanket) for king bed were queen sized and unable to be tucked in. Light bulbs missing. Hole in wall covered up by chicken joint sticker. Because a room is cheap shouldn’t mean it can’t be maintained.

The TV didn’t work, the place smelled bad, they shut off my power at 8:00am and someone came by to ask me if I was supposed to be there. When I told them I was they turned my power back on. Will never go back.

The gentleman at the desk was polite and responsive with fresh towels and a remote but... had to request a remote, original towels were stained and dirty, room floor felt sticky, beds were poorly made causing my mother to question if they had been changed, shower drain was not secured and filled with hair, bathroom door was illfitting and difficult, hallway smelled of strong deoderent over musty. The motel was clean, even though it was in need of some repairs. The bed was comfortable enough for a night's sleep, shower was hot. Front desk staff at check-in was blatantly rude, he was on his bluetooth headset talking on the phone the whole time and when he checked me in, gave me zero information on the location of my room or anything just handed me the card and walked away.
The motel was clean, even though it was in need of some repairs. The bed was comfortable enough for a night's sleep, shower was hot. Front desk staff at check-in was blatantly rude, he was on his bluetooth headset talking on the phone the whole time and when he checked me in, gave me zero information on the location of my room or anything just handed me the card and walked away.

We reserved 3 rooms for our wedding guests but upon arrival at 3am two of them were told their rooms have been rented out because they arrived too late. Not only that but we were billed for all three and had to host our guests on blow up mattresses across the house. I don't know what kind of bizarre logic the owners are using here but it is unacceptable what so ever for a hotel by the airport to be giving away rooms specifically booked for guests arriving late! And no, there is no cut off time for arrival mentioned anywhere. Absurd!

The frondesk staff was top notch. They were polite professional, and welcoming. I can not say enough about them. They are the glue keeping thatvplace together. The facility is what it is, it needs a remodeling and periodic maintenance.

This is probably the most disgusting motel I’ve ever stayed at. That said it’s the cheapest place around and walking distance to the airport. Amazingly, I didn’t see bed bugs…but wow. If you aren’t sensitive you’ll be fine, but if you are go somewhere else.

The gentleman at the front desk was kind and very very welcoming! The hotel is conveniently a 17 minute walk from the airport and a 4 minute drive. Definitely an ideal spot for a one night stay (what I did). The hotel definitely needs some renovating to do and cleaning. There is a small lobby lounge and on site parking. Wall are thin - Try and get a room as far away from entrance, you will hear all the noise from people coming in and out and it kept me up at night! Overall, a good place to shower and lay down for a night.

There was so much going on, a truck had run into the structure, roto rooter was there and there were appliances being delivered that blocked the entrance/exit. The surrounding neighborhood was also very unsafe feeling. I usually like the chain of red roof inn but will not stay at this one again.

I had read reviews on the website before I booked My stay some were not good reviews some gave praise on the facility. I find the bad reviews we not correct. I enjoyed my stay the staff was great kind free coffee in the morning everything I asked for was given with no problem. It was very quiet the room was clean extra toiletries were there I had no problem with my stay. It does need updates but for the price and convenience it was a great place to stay I would stay again.

My hand soap canister, body wash and shampoo where empty for my entire stay. I told reception about it and they never refilled it.Room was not cleaned and bed was never remade during entire stay. The free continental breakfast was a absolute joke. I will never stay at any red roof again.
