Room 105, bottom floor, very comfortable bed. Clean sheets and towels. Good tv reception. Free breakdast was nice. Guy maintaining the breakfasr area was friendly and attentive. My only issue was the pool seemed to have mold by the stairs, the edges and the floor. Didn't keep me feom going in. Pool temp was nice. Ample towels to use besides pool gate. Would stay here again. Staff was certainly pleasanr and helpful.

Honestly, I don't really stay at any of the Marriott's. This was maybe my second time. The pictures online are one thing up close not that nice. Staff was great, food not so good but it's free so you can't complain. The pool area so small. The room was nice and clean but there was a musty smell at first. It was ok I would stay again for a quick visit just not my first choice. The cost was perfect we were there for a few days only and it was down the street from my son's home. Again, not great bot not that bad.

The Breakfast at this place is sub-par. Broken elevator for a week and had long times waiting for the one elevator they had which is also used for cleaning staff. They didnt clean the room the 1st night until requested. Had a broken ironing board and asked to have it replaced - no one showed up to replace it. Would not stay there again.

The property staff were helpful, friendly and amazing. The room was clean and it was quiet. Highly recommend. The only thing is that the latch to the pool needed to be repaired.

First night there the bathroom sink was clogged. Decided to wait till morning to let the staff know because it was late. Was surprised that the cleaning lady did nothing about it if she cleaned the sink! Pool was so dirty we couldn’t get in. Wanted to sit by fire pit and asked if it would be lit and was given a key and lighter to do it ourselves. Girl on the first 3 nights at the desk, was talking on her phone to friends all night and wouldn’t acknowledge you. Girl that came in on Wednesday evening, Michelle, was very pleasant and very accommodating. Talked to others who were staying there and they to said it was one of the worst Residence Inn that they were ever at. Won’t be back!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and I must say that it has gone down hill. The room had roaches and the refrigerator was broken (freezer was forming icicles so bad it was dripping into to the fridge and the fridge was hot). Pool was closed and the doors to get in from other than the front entrance were constantly broken making you go in front. Then for some reason my gift card wasn’t applied and I had to go complain to the front desk. My card had been locked by someone and I had to fix my account to get it unlocked. Very disappointed and will be staying at a closer hotel next time. We stayed here because it was our favorite but unfortunately it has been severely neglected.

It was a nice place, but could have been a great place. There are a lot of repairs that need to be made: Grill, entry locks at pool and side door to hotel, cabinet doors in room, etc.. Pool was always dirty. Breakfast was good two days out of 11 and does not reflect the wonderful picture online. Door layout in corner suite is unacceptable - very difficult to enter and exit bathroom...Kitchen pots worn out, etc, etc... A little more attention to detail would help a lot!

Everything was fine with two exceptions. We were on the second floor and there is a gas heating pit down below our room. Other guests were very loud up until 11:00. We had to call. Also the phone in the room did not work and we had to call the front desk with our cell. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Hotel staff was nice. I came in late and super tired. Checked into our room and immediately smelled cigarettes, it was so terrible you couldn’t shut the bathroom door because it was overwhelming. They said it was fully booked so I knew I wouldn’t have another room. I called the front desk when I woke up after 4 hours of sleep and let them know how bad it was. Front desk personnel very helpful. Bathroom so dirty. Black mold all ever the bathroom. Freezer was dirty , They change my room bathroom still had black mold and the sofa bed had stain as you can see on the picture. I usually don’t like to complain but this was very bad.

The bathroom is not clean. I kept on smelling something like urine. When I looked around the bathroom on the floor, there was urine on the floor around the toilet. I called and asked them to clean it. I felt disgusted because I had already used the bathroom that’s just something you just don’t have to experience. At that point, I didn’t know if anything was clean anymore and I just didn’t feel comfortable. I would not stay at another Marriott.

this hotel feels like it has deteriorated. The pool had algae on the inner walls, the room was dusty, it had a bit of mildew smell when we arrived and the soap dispenser inside the bathroom was empty. I stayed here in December and from then until now, it wasn't the same.We we're not happy this time.

Location was great. Right off 95. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. We had a king suite for our stay. The overall stay was very good with the exception of the first night. Our sleeping was awful due to a very lumpy spring mattress. It was quickly resolved the next morning with a switch of rooms. Hopefully they are in the process of upgrading their mattresses in all rooms.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bad shower head since water flow is low. A strong water flow of the shower head is very important to have a satisfied and relaxing shower after a long day. Continental breakfast is lacking of the ordinary items such as fruits.

So much nicer than I expected. The room was amazing, even had a small kitchentte with an ice maker! They provided dishes even! My only complaint would be the bed was a little firm but thats a matter of taste and the shower is low pressure but that's eco friendly. Staff was friendly, lobby was bright and beautiful, breakfast was fresh and delicious and location always perfect for us!

Overall it was ok. The air conditioning was aimed directly at the bed and pretty much felt like a leaf blower blowingon me. I fixed it by blocking that particular vent with a pillow.There was no safe in the room which is something unusual in this day and age. And also no ice machines since the room had a refrigerator however there was no ice in the ice maker. The front desk clerk did get me a bag of ice from the kitchen. All in all a decent stay but I don't know that I race back

Room on the 2nd floor with a view of the roof and AC units. The room ac unit was loud and kept me up almost the entire night. Sounded like we were in an engine room. Not a good experience at all. No one should be given that room. Turn it into storage space. 😣

Room is clean need to be updated very nice and standard room. I wouldn’t mind going back but the only problem was the breakfast was terrible and the front desk the front the people that work there are really rude, like they don’t wanna be bothered. you say good morning. They don’t respond, front desk you pass by no one say anything to you. It’s like we was bothering them and we ask them a question, it takes them forever to answered. customer service is terrible but nice and clean property…. We waited for the elevator to open and we finally open one of the cleaner was in there and she literally closed the door on us so we won’t get in with her. That’s terrible poor customer service, bad customer service.

The staff, particularly Tim and Michelle, provided impeccable and friendly service. Everyone was so welcoming and the staff in the breakfast area were superb. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend this hotel.
