a much better stay than the last time. got the room that i actually booked. lost a star because the door wouldn't close automatically, there was a weird odor when you walk into the room, there was a moth that came out of the curtains that were also stained and the tv had a purple tint that i couldn't fix. but i slept great and the heat works very well. breakfast was ok as usual but there were some jelly packets that were open so there was a mess. ice machine worked.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. every time i book the same style room: suite, multiple beds, king size (one king mattress, one king sofa bed). i always triple check before i book. i try to check in. at first was told i reserved for the following day but i corrected staff and showed them where it says i booked for the day i arrived. i go to check the room and immediately turned back around to head to the front desk. i explained that i booked the king sized bed. i was told they didn't have king sized beds and that all rooms were the exact same with two queen sized beds (they're actually two double/twin xl beds). i explained that every time I've booked, I've only slept in a king sized bed. after showing what i booked and explaining how the rooms looked, i guess they realized that i knew what i was talking about. i was then informed that the rooms weren't available because they were sold out two days before and hadn't been cleaned yet. if you don't have rooms available, simply take them off the website listing. i stayed because i was already exhausted but it was the worst sleep I've had here. also when i stripped the bed in the morning, i realized how dirty the bedding actually was. I've said before that the laundry needed work. please don't be cheap with cleanliness. rust (?) stains in the bathroom and faucet had cold water all morning. breakfasts imitation eggs are ok. waffle maker saves the day. parking is plenty.

this is my third stay at this location. last visit the TV had to be moved because it was facing a small wall which blocked the view from both rooms. there was also a large cut in the fabric of the couch which exposed the stuffing. there was also damage to the shelf that holds the refrigerator so it was tilting over, it will fall. breakfast was ok. this visit was better as far as the furniture and placement. curtains shouldn't be left open when switching customers for privacy reasons. rooms should be kept at a normal temperature, 65° is not ideal. i love the upgraded hardwood floors, my partner prefers the carpet. the shower water took over 10 minutes to get warm. the sinks never get warm in any of my stays. there is also a rust problem that should be worked on. invest in a better laundry detergent/bleach as there were yellow stains on the towels. the bed seemed a bit unstable but was still very comfortable. the ice machine in the hallways was finally working. the indoor pool still being closed with the curtains drawn worries me. breakfast was a bit disappointing. also multiple customers asked for eggs at 9am and were told no because they were closed. breakfast should be restocked until at least 915 if they close at 930, especially when the hotel is completely booked. parking is always fine.

i booked a room with double king bed. there was only one bed and a sofa, but we just shared the bed. the carpet was wet and the bathroom floor was a little slippery, but you can tell they were just cleaned. everything worked (water, lights, tv, ac). water pressure was perfect, and plenty of outlets. fresh towels and bedding. the bed was soft and comfy so we slept extremely well. only one elevator can fit about 5-6 people. less with luggage. the pool was closed with curtains drawn so that was concerning. none of the ice machines worked so we had to go to Wawa. there were plenty of restaurants nearby so we went there for dinner. gas stations and electric car chargers within minutes of location. breakfast has a variety. eggs, sausage, sliced bread and bagels with toaster, waffle maker plus syrup, hot and cold cereals, milks, yogurt, prepackaged muffins, butter, jelly and cream cheese, orange and apple juices and cold water. we sat on the patio and enjoyed the breeze. plenty of free parking. staff was friendly. check in was extremely easy. love the late check out time. will definitely book here again. maybe a longer stay next time.
