First whom they put us in, had mold all on the side of the bed and was not really cleaned. Went down to the desk and they gave us a different room. This one was better. We went down to the pool and could not stay for more than five minutes due to the amount of chlorine that was in the water. The hot tub had stuff all floating on the top so we did not use it.

We booked this hotel after reading mixed reviews so we knew going in it may be hot or miss. The price was average for the area. The elevator was out of order but our room was on the first floor. It's worth noting though because many of the reviews mentioned it broke down a few weeks before we were there but those guests were told it would be fixed in the next few days. The halls smelled like they doused them in air freshener to cover the smells. The hall way by the stairs and exit reeked. Our sheets were stained - clean but stained. The TV was a 32" TV which isn't ideal for a larger room. The fridge didn't get cold and the A/C only ran with the fan on high. The fan on high was extremely noisy and all night it would run for 20 minutes then shut off for 5. It kept me up all night because of it. The hot tub had a cigar and hair floating and scum formed when the jets turned on. The chlorine was so strong that no one stayed long - 2 groups left as we got there and mentioned The chlorine and we only lasted 10 minutes. The key card for the end door didn't work so we had to go into the front from around the side of the building in the rain. The vending machine took my $5 and then said sold out or all the drinks but only gave me $0.75 back. I was told I had to contact the vending company for a refund. The breakfast selection was cereal, individually packaged muffins, bagels, toast and juice. The location was the only okay thing about it. I would not recommend staying here!

Decent pool and hot tub. Many things were not operating. Ice & vending machines were absent from their room on my floor. Lamps & phone were unplugged in the rm. Parking lot doors with key card readers were not working.Tv was poor quality with many service lags & limited functioning remote. Breakfast options were very limited & cooked items were not restocked.

The only reason I did not give this stars is because the pool should be warmer. When I purposely reserve a room that has pool and hot tub, I want the pool to be warm enough to swim in. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel if that is not an issue for you.

shuttle runs until midnight and that's not convenient. I had to pay for a cab. other hotels have 24 hr shuttle. gotta factor taxi cost to compare stays from now on

Super clean room and quiet atmosphere. All of the staff were very welcoming! Upon leaving early morning for the airport was offered a to-go breakfast bag by super friendly lady at front desk. Short trip to airport!

The bed next to the wall needs to be replaced. I rolled to ine spot due to the bed was badly worn. The bathrooms had mold in the shower. The 3rd floor was loud. No ice machine on the second floor. Liked that the lobby door was locked at night

Room was visibly dirty on outlets, back of bathroom door, walls, bathroom floor and counter. Mattress pad had large yellow stain that smelled of urine. Was late they did change bedding promptly. Clean sheets over it, pool sides dark above water line and floor drains grimy.

We had dogs so had stay at designated floor/room for those with dogs. The room had a really STRONG wet dog smell. I don’t think they clean the carpets or bother to wipe down surfaces between clients because the Lysol wipes I used were yellow after wiping off tables and smudges on lamps and phone. There was even a dried cherry seed by the phone receiver.

Beds were lumpy. Sheets were stained and had small holes in them. First room smelled like dead fish. Second room smelled better, but counter in bathroom did not seem very clean. I will never stay there again.

I give this stay a honest 2.5 stars out of 5. I made this trip to spend time with my daughter. The room was tidy, although it had a weird musty smell the first night. I was in room 319, right by elevator. If you want good rest I’d suggest to not get this room. The rooms at the front of hotel gave a warehouse. The switch yard runs thru the night and will keep you up if you don’t have ear plugs, this was very disturbing and irritating. Also noticed what looked like blood spatter on window shams??The pool was nice to swim in. Really should let folks know that the hot tub is broken on the web. The breakfast was mediocre. Same ole stale waffles. Instant eggs and gross sausage. If you need a place to stay I would recommend the holiday inn across the way from Wendy’s. Funny thing is the address took me to Holiday inn, obviously that wasn’t my hotel. So that was a bit frustrating as well. Price point is good. But stay was so-so.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Bed was comfy (nice selection of pillows and sheets were soft), towels were soft and absorbent. We had a light bulb out over our lav but it was replaced right away. Check in was easy and friendly even though we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Area was quiet and convenient to several good restaurants. Would stay again.

TV needed an adjustment to the contrast/brightness. Front desk tried to help but TV was not adjustable. It would've been nice to have a different TV brought in or moved to a different room neither was suggested.

I was pleased with the appearance of the room. You never know what you're going to get with a value hotel room. Everything wslas great until we turned on the heat when were going to go to sleep around 9pm...and the ac/hear unit made terrible noises and cycled on/off every 4 minutes. It made sleeping miserable.

I have stayed at this hotel before while catching flights at the airport. Always clean and comfortable. This time, however, I was given a room that faces 6th Street and it was noisy most of the night. There is a distribution center located across the street and there was on going truck noise...beeping from trucks backing up, loud bangong noises from dumping and unloading. Not an easy place to get some sleep.

Upon arrival to this hotel, there was a line of customers waiting to check in and no visible staff anywhere. We were there at 9pm so not super late, but no one could find anyone. Several of us walked in different directions to try and find someone but there was no one there. I had already paid online or we probably would have left. Apparently the one staff member working there had to leave the whole place unattended to take someone to the airport via shuttle services they provide. I thought this was very bizarre for a hotel like this. Once we got checked in, things were ok.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. The shuttle drivers and front desk staff are very nice and totally accommodating. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Good coffee always available in the lobby and the breakfast buffet is nice.

Ive stayed in some other cheaper options around the airport area and this was well worth paying a few more bucks. Location is great as the hotel is very close to restaurants on Layton Ave but sits far enough away on 6th st that its not real busy or congested by hotel

The front desk staff and shuttle driver were fabulous. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest but it was close to the airport. It was VERY noisy with the traffic, but that's not the hotel's fault. Room was clean except for the stray sock laying on the floor. Breakfast was the usual, nothing great, but it was free. Didn't like that you had to eat it in the dining area.

The hotel was clean and our beds were comfortable, but we chose this hotel for the hot tub, the continental breakfast, and because the reviews were good. The hot tub was out of order our whole stay. Info in the rooms said breakfast was served until 10 on weekends. The first day we learned it was only open until 9. The second day we came down at 8:45 to find many of the offerings were out and the attendant was nowhere around. She came out at 9:00 and when we asked for milk for the cereal, bagels, bread... she said no, we're closing and proceeded to turn out the lights. She then told us we needed to leave because she needed to clean our table because she was "on the clock". So rude. We're in Milwaukee on a regular basis but will NEVER stay there again.
