Staff and property itself was great. The pool is smaller than expected, the "hot" tub was tiny and more of a cool tub. But overall a great stay. There was not much in walking distance as far as dining but we were only a 5-15 drive from lots of great options.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and we had a 5 AM flight to Costa Rica! We booked on Expedia and the room was only $105 It was beautiful, and the bar was awesome!!! We ate dinner at Charleston‘s, which is a wonderful restaurant right next-door I would definitely stay there again!!!!

Property sits back off the main road so it’s quite. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance, also a bar and restaurant in the hotel with dinner available 5-10pm. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing, with an exercise room next to it. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Short drive or Uber from the airport and downtown district.

Shuttle for airport doesn’t start until 6 am. But doesn’t say that at booking. Main reason we stayed was shuttle. But couldn’t use it since we left at 5:45. All they said was sorry, take an Uber.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Our flight is scheduled to leave at 6 am and we found out when we checked in ithat the shuttle doesn’t’ start until 6 am. There is no reference of time on the hotel description. We would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known that.

The bathroom sink was clogged in the first room I tried. The room also had a bad odor. The second room was better than the first, but the air conditioner in the room leaked water on the carpet. The staff were friendly and responsive, but the property needs some TLC.

This is one of many times we have stayed at this property. The most disappointing stay. Water bottles in the floor upon arrival. The couch had torn cushions and bleach stains, lamp shade was broken and burnt, ironing board was bent and extremely difficult to open and close. Then the shower had a broken seal between the wall and shower head leading to decreased water pressure. This room needs a make over. Front desk staff was very apologetic, and made notes for maintenance.

Clesn, clean clean! Thank heavens for a CLEAN hotel. That seems hard to find these days. Wendy was very helpful. accommodating and pleasant. Comfy bed, clean sheets. No issues whatsoever.

Elevator didn’t work so we had to switch rooms. Our new room was hot and the lobby was hot ac couldn’t keep up. The property is just old needs a renovation. The sleeper sofa my daughter had to sleep on was awful lumpy and thin. The room had trash from the previous guest it. A plastic bottle and food in the fridge. The bathroom sink was not clean. Just not what you pay for.

Had a fantastic stay at this location. Bed was comfortable and cozy, it was very convenient to have a separate sitting area with a couch and desk. Most importantly, it was quiet during, which was very welcome since I was in OKC for working purposes. Would stay here again!

The room was a good, however you could hear the people above you walk around. We stayed in a suite that had a bedroom and living room, thinking is would be a fantastic experience.....it was not becuase of the noise. The people above us were up running and walking around their room until 1:45am. Then, at 2am there was SUPER LOUD vehicle who sat in the parking lot with their music on BLARING for over a minute or two. When I say blaring....I mean it was as if the sub-wolfers were in my second floor room! I was so pissed that it woke me up I couldn't fall abck to sleep for a little while. We checked in with 3 people, yet only had 2 towels in the room to take showers with in the morning. One last annoying thing was there was only one remote for the two tv's. If you wanted to change channels you had to get up and go in the other room to borrow the remote from the other person. When I checked out, i told them about my concerns and the lady just said, "Yeah, someone else said something about that. Sorry. Have a good day." Seriously? It was not a four star experience!!!

Staff was friendly, check in was easy. I did not know about putting the extra card down for incidentals but I had it with no issues. The room was clean and spacious and the beds of course were soooo comfortable. The breakfast was good and just $5. I usually stay at places that have somewhat continental without the extra charge (so much so that I look at pictures to see if I can tell what they have lol). There was a good choice of things to eat. Room service was available but we didn't use that service. Wifi was free but honestly a pain to sign into I had to use my hotspot. It made you sign into a the hilton honors to use it and the devices wouldn't auto sign in because of that the first few times. Very frustrating for a toddler to wait. If its offered free it should be free without strings. The TV had direct TV and was ok if you wanted to watch something on it. It was not a smart TV so no access to any apps you could sign into or listening to music at night. I have stayed at other placed that were not hilton that had larger than a 32 inch TV that was a smart TV so I think that is something that needs to be upgraded. My grand daughter liked the pool access and the hours were appropriate. It was not overly noisy in the hallways and the elevators worked timely. I would stay there again.

Booked and paid for online. When we arrived late we provided a physical card for the deposit. Card was declined, we found out from the bank in the morning the CVV code was entered wrong by the hotel staff. Since we were unable to stay that night we requested the reservation be cancelled and refunded. Hotel said they did not receive 24 hours notice and would not refund the room. Staff needs to verify they are entering the correct information at 1am before kicking customers out!

A gentleman that runs the Hotel Bus to the Airport saw my mom and I struggling with luggage and he went inside and brought us a cart and wheeled it to our room for us! So kind!!

What i truly love is how convenient it is to get to and from the airport. The facility, even during busy times, is well maintained. There are other hotels in the area that remind me of trap houses that i responded tonin my days as a paramedic. This is not one of them. I will continue to do bisiness here until im given areason not to.

We stayed for one night only. Checked in at 3 pm and room was ready. They provided warm chocolate chip cookies at check in. The rom was a comfortable and convenient to eating establishments. They offered food at an extra rate. Breakfast was an extra charge not included. They had a bartender available in the evening. We checked out around 10 am. The room had a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The shower was good and there was warm water with good water pressure. Toiletries were available in the room. All in all a very nice property.
