The hotel is so much better after the room remodels. Unfortunately the remodel was still underway in the casino entrance and other areas so it was pretty chaotic in places. The room was clean, the shower worked really well and I really appreciate being able to store my things in the in-room fridge during an extended stay.

Very disappointed with the construction. Two days only one elevator in our tower was operational, long waits for the elevator. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed happy hour at Hell’s kitche

Our first room was not clean at all there was hair everywhere on the carpet along with food crumbs. Had the GM meet with me so that he could see for himself. We were moved to a different room which was nice and clean. Found out that the phone was not working ugh!!
