Check in was a breeze. The carpets have seen a better day. The fitness room was too warm, the equipment was sticky and there were no wipes for cleaning. But the room is ok.

My husband and I had an overnight date. We were meeting friends for dinner. I booked the hotel bc it had a pool and a hot tub. When we arrived and got our room key we were told the pool and hot tub were down. Very disappointed!! That was the main reason we stayed there. No compensation or apologies were given.

Hot tub was not in working order. Everything else was wonderful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were friendly snd helpful. Would definitely come back again.

The staff when checking in were nice. The room is definitely outdated, especially the TVs. The lack of streaming options is an interesting choice. The pullout sofa wasn’t very clean so I ended up just sleeping on top of the couch. Parking was easy but clearly in a seedy area, questioning safety of the car. The gym looked very rundown.

So I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub. Upon check in we were told the pump was broken and had been for quite a while. The booking website did not reflect this status. We were on a long road trip and really wanted the soak! I could have booked a room for 70 dollars less! I spoke with the hotel manager Lisa, and she agreed to a refund. Expedia needs to reach out to her.

Very nice hotel. Restaurant right on the property and gas station nearby. The only bad thing is that the hot tub wasn't working after a 9 hour driving day

Everything was clean staff was very presentable and friendly. The pool area was great it had fresh towels in the pool area plus when I went there was no one in there that was awesome. For my birthday weekend it was great breakfast was from 6:30 in the morning to 10:00 a.m. even the staff in the breakfast area was great will be using this hotel again thank you so much for a great weekend

Very dirty. The floor of the elevator had multiple spills of different kinds of liquids that were left there for our entire stay. The walls of our room were grimy and sticky. We stayed 4 nights / 5 days and room service did not visit our room once. Will not be going back.

The room had bedbugs. I always check for bedbugs and roaches in all hotels and this time one was crawling on the pillow. I caught it and then Google it because I have never actually seen one before. It was definitely a bedbug. I put it in a bag and packed out stuff up and went to the front dest to tell them. The lady was nice but she didn't think it was a bedbug. She asked someone else and then came back and told me to call the manager for a full refund. I called today and she said I was not charged for the room but I need to contact Expedia so they can call her and confirm and then refund me. I don't see a number to call so I messaged someone and they shut off the comments so I can't say anything else. This hotel needs updating as well. The lobby looks really nice but the rooms are not nice. Paint is peeling in the bathroom and the rooms are old and need updating

There were bugs crawling on the walls and on the bed. Then upon leaving the next day that I killed 4 stink bugs in my room, they explained that they are an invasive species and probably came in on another guests luggage. The carpet was dingy and dark, the manual space heater on the wall was really loud and the room was so dry I couldn’t breathe the next day. Will never stay at a Fairfield again!

The room was very clean and quiet. It was a little dated and the heat in the room (the fan) ran all night - wished it was a little quieter. But there was no traffic noise. The staff who checked me in asked for my cell phone (which I completely understand) but I had to speak that info loud enough for the three other people checking to hear. She then announced that they had me on the 2nd floor and handed me my room keys with the room number showing my room to,again, everyone standing around me. It would have been nice to have a device to enter my information into so other people couldn’t hear that personal info. I traveled with my husband on this trip but frequently travel solo and I would have been very upset with people knowing my room number if I was alone.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns—it’s my favorite chain. This one was pretty dumpy once you got past the lobby. The room had stained furniture, a wonky fire extinguisher system hanging from the ceiling, too-soft beds, poor shower pressure, an overly pressured sink faucet (so you couldn’t help but spray yourself when you turned it on). I drive through this way a lot and will probably never stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Fairfield Inns for decades, but this stay was a little disappointing. The internet Wi-Fi didn’t work all evening, and when I called the front desk, the clerk said, “Yeah, sometimes that happens when the weather is bad. (It was raining.). Just keep trying.” I kept trying and it didn’t work until the next morning. I was on a casual trip, but if I had had to work that evening, the outage would have been very frustrating.

Nice room. Variety at breakfast. When i first checked in, the staff gave me a bit of trouble. I have an id that is within 50 miles. They said renting to me was against their policy and would need to contact expedia for a refund. After discussing my situation and not being aware of this policy they allowed me to stay.

No one at front desk when I checked in had to knock on office door to get help. Girl who came out seemed annoyed that I interrupted whatever she had been doing. She never apologized or even said welcome to the Fairfield just mechanically went through the check in process. I will never stay at this property again.

Check-in was horrible. My room key didn’t work had to carry 3 bags back and fourth to front desk to get new key and key didn’t work. Then front desk women said I can’t get the room I paid for I had to say may I speak to a manger to get my room I paid for.

Thought the location was strange being you entered the hotel by driving through TGIFriday's lot ending up in the back of TGIFriday. The hotel sits on a plot in back of Fridays and is encompassed within the VA Hospital property. The lobby was laid out nicely and the front desk person was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

Main entrance is not easy to find if you're not familiar. When entering the parking lot, stay to the right and drive all the way around to the back. If you go to the left, it's a long way around and it can be crowded with cars and people from the other place.

One night stay. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't the usual piece of fruit and muffin which were available along with bacon, scrambled eggs, a variety of cold cereals, oatmeal, pancakes and waffles. Will definitely stay again

At 8:30 am, breakfast items were, in some cases, exhausted. Bananas were mostly brown/black…a real turn-off but, unfortunately, a common occurrence with some hotels. A very poorly run hotel in this regard. The reception/registration clerk was great…very welcoming and intent on providing a good experience.
