Went to stay the nigbmht being my girls had to be @ the airport by 5 a.m., we were about 10 min drive, ac worked good was well stocked comfy beds Only complain is we stayed for the pool for my kids to swim pool was closed they said had just been fixed that day that we could get in which i would of let them in but it was so dirty i was willing to clean it myself for my kids use, the net was so dirty i didnt even want to put in the pool, no swimming and didn't get up for breakfast, comfy bed & pillows was about it

We checked in and were given room keys for the 2nd floor then told the elevator was out of order and we'd have to lug all of our luggage to the 2nd floor via the stairs. When we told the clerk that wasnt going to work she said she would have to call a manager to give us a refund but the manager was conveniently not there or answering the phone. We asked about a discount and was told no. The clerk should have told us about the elevator before check in and ask if we wanted a room on the 1st floor. But indtead we had to suggest it to her. We ended up in a crappy room on the first floor...lights in the bathroom are out....lamp next to the bed doesnt work...the shower panel is horribly cracked snd fixed with a shoddy repair and the window was unlocked and partially open when we walked in. This property obviously needs alot of tlc..thank goodness we are only here for one night. Comfort inn...you need to get this hotel up to par...we stayed in comfort inns for our entire spring break with great experience up until now.

When you first come in the lobby, it had a bad odor and when I got to my room, it was real filthy and nasty. I used a black light and saw all kinds of stains on the bed on the side of the bed on the carpet and the couch And it also had blood stains on the sheets. I immediately left the hotel and booked another one the same night I went to super eight by Wyndham

I had been in my room about an hour and had a bed bug crawling on my shoulder. I jumped up and found several others. I picked up one in a tissue and gave it to the front desk attendant as I was leaving. Stripped down and shook my clothes out in the parking lot and found 2 more. Room 105

The room was nothing like the pictures or previous reviews. The lobby was kind of clean with stained furniture. The room was terrible……thankfully though, there were no bed bugs (I did check). The floors are carpet and looked to have about 20 different stains at least in our small room. The walls nor doors were clean. The breakfast area was bare minimum and for someone who doesn’t eat pork or red meat, I had to resort to a biscuit that tasted like the freezer. And the smell, smelled like sewage in the dining area. 10/10 would not recommend.

Staff was nice at check in. Room was a suite with a sofa bed. Queen beds were ok, but sofa bed cushions were filthy and the sofa bed had a thin mattress. It was unusuable. Hallway trash not emptied. Trash everywhere.

Our room shower didn’t work, no upper light on mirror section. Blow dryer burn out. We not all this things in the morning when we were going to take a shower. They did offer another room but it was our only day there. It was clean and good area.

The sofa bed was paper thin. I asked for linens. Said they do not have a fitted sheet so gave us 2 top sheets. When we lifted up the mattress to put sheet on..it was full of Cheetos and crayons and candy and the mattress was very nasty. We closed it back up and it get slept on not made up. The fan in the bathroom did not work. I told them at the desk that the employee was sitting on and she just said ok thanks.

Apathetic Clerk checked us in. Seemed annoyed. Room was dirty and smelled rank, and this is Odessa where everything stinks so for it to smell worse, oof. Food debris and crumbs in the vouch cushions. Clerk was annoyed when we asked for more pillows /sheets for the sofa bed. Rude to my wife and told her we already had 8, we only had six. Breakfast selection was lame, ran out of bacon, never replaced. Coffee machine was broken so the had a single pot brewed which was terrible. Basically this is the last place you want to stay in Odessa.

The lobby smells like a goat farm. Stinky and very hot. I work nights and the staff would knock 3-4 on the door every ‘morning. I even placed the do not disturb sign on the handle. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel.

Had a quick stay for two nights and always put up my do not disturb so my room isn’t messed with while I am gone and frankly the room doesn’t need it. Returned from my meetings and noticed the do not disturb signs under my door and my bathroom gone through. Would have considered it a mistake but they have two signs one on the door handle and the other on the key slot. The front desk then tells me it was a mistake and won’t happen again, however if something was missing it would be all in me. Don’t trust this place and just stay someplace else. Loads of options in the area.

At our stay when we arrived around 10:00 in the evening there was no one at the desk nor was there any sign at the desk telling how long they would be gone or how to contact the manager to let them know someone was needing help. We had to wait over 15 min. until someone finely showed up at the desk. Then in the room my son had to sleep on pullout bed on the couch. We have done this many times before but this was the worst pull out mattress I have ever seen. It may have been at the most 2 inches thick. And there was no bedding for pull out in the room. So I had to go down and wait 15 min for the manager again in order to get bedding. We did not get to bed until around 11:30 at night. This is unacceptable service.

I was a very good stay. The provided breakfast was excellent, The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a couple of minor ticks with the room. The desk lamp switch was very stiff and took enough pressure that some people might give up. The desk chair had both a tilt control and a height control for the seat. I could not get the height control to work. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was low at the time I was using it. They had a sign saying they used well water so maybe during high demand the well pump doesn't keep up.

Great place to rest for a long days drive. Had to wait at the counter as a walk in needed a room for a couple of hours. He would not pay for it until she came in...so I had to wait. She was rude to the employee, vaping and exhaling in his face. He immediately rebuked her. the she went to the fridge and removed 2 waters and told the john to pay for them. After he paid, the desk clerk noticed she stole a candy bar. He let them go on about their business. The staff should not have to put up with this nonsense. After that, the was polite and helpful. The hotel looks new but there are signs of its age here and there. The breakfast was the usually stuff...but they had whole milk! That was a plus..Dad likes whole milk on his cereal! Bed was comfortable. Location is near a brand new QT and also I-20.

We booked 2 rooms with two beds, but was charged more for that same style room! we arrive and they want to charge more for double bed rooms. Booked on Expedia for one price but when we got to hotel we were charged more that what was booked on Expedia. Minimum breakfast items available one hour after breakfast started. Will not book again.

The room was clean, comfortable, and up to date. The bathroom was clean, but the area around the tub needed some attention. There was water damage on the walls and baseboards and the tub surround needed to be recalked. Other than that it was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.
