Service great. But the elevator wasn't work properly. More than 3 times have to use the stairs. Pool was closed and with almos 100 F will be good to have it in service.

Key property equipment needs maintenance. The hotel has two elevators and one of them was permanently not available for 6 days. We were informed that it has been down for weeks. Only one slow elevator was left to share between cleaning staff and hotel guests. Really not acceptable. All other items were reasonably provided.

Pool was closed, specifically restved there because of indoor pool. When told person at desk the said they could cancel my reservation if i wanted. I drove 4 hours where would I stay. To where she had no response.

Customer service was excellent. Loved the visit to my sisters. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Enjoyed the breakfast the ladies there were amazing i enjoyed my breakfast thanks to them… I plan to book a room next time I visit Austin again..

Room was lovely, smelt nice, and air temp was cold when arriving inside. TV had HBO, Netflix, and Bluetooth from phone options along with guide. Our king sized bed was comfy and shower had nice water pressure. Loved that breakfast was all you can eat and open till 10am, had very good and healthy choices. Coffee was delicious! Indoor pool was nice and heated and loved that it was open till 10pm. Also, that the fitness room was nice and open 24 hrs. Loved that it was free parking and security was also there. Loved the the surrounding restaurants around the area and that an H.E.B. grocery store was nearby. Overall, our stay was excellent and would stay here again when visiting Austin.

The TV didn't work properly. I'd have to turn it on severa ltiems before it would stay on. There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in. My room wasn't visited by house keeping Wednesday.

I paid a LOT of money to stay at this hotel the night before the total eclipse. I get that I paid more because of the situation. However, they could have at least vacuumed the floor. No one likes to find someone else's half-eaten Oreo by the bed. There were other things on the floor in the room as well and the conditioner was laying on the floor in the tub. If/when the room was cleaned, someone was in a rush - but there was time. I didn't even check in until 8PM.

While our stay at check in we went to our room and immediately we saw a few huge cockroaches also our floors in our room where filthy. Looks like they partied at this room and didn’t clean very well. We where disappointed in our stay at this location.

As soon as we walked in another guest was compaining about the baby bed rail being broken and nothing had been done for 2 days. We still checked in .3 rooms.after we check in we come to find out the pool was closed. The reason we picked the hotel was because it had the indoor pool. There are bed bugs in our room. And room 205 had no hot water... ALL out rooms were hot. The ac is super loud and doesn't cool the room. We all slept with no blankets on thats how hot it was in our rooms. The front desk gentleman Jose Is very hars to hear even at 3 feet away. He literally whispers to guest.i will say beds are soft. If you use their shampoo and conditioner expect to have everything watered down.

The property felt secure and was overall very clean. It does get very cool inside, but I know a lot of people like that. The only thing I did not like were the curtains. They only have sheer curtains that cover the entire window and you can pretty much see straight out, which bothered me since we were 1st floor and cars parked right outside the windows. Also, the TV and wifi were painfully slow, but not that big of a deal for a one night stay!

Walls are super thin. It was very loud. Rooms were clean but need so small fixes—toilet seat was too small for toilet, broken tile, air conditioner didn’t work very well, internet was not good. However, the beds were comfortable and plenty of linens.

We booked two nights and left after one. The walls are paper thin, and our neighbors chose to watch TV late into the night. I don’t think the TV was turned up all that loud, as I could hear the people just talking. They absolutely need to install some additional soundproofing in what is a relatively new property.

Hotel room door was really hard to open. Netflix/ TV ran super slow. you could occasionally hear traffic from our room but it wasn't too bad. There is a good selection of coffee shops not too far away. That area wasn't my favorite, but Im not much for a city person. Hotel was convenient for the airport though

The staff was very accommodating because in my first room, the door wouldn't close all the way and I was immediately given another room. The rooms were very clean and I love their walk-in showers. I was a little irritated that the ice machine on my floor was out of order and that I couldn't set the temperature in my room below 67. There was also just so much car noise which isn't the hotel's fault. There are a lot of restaurants nearby but not that you can necessarily walk to unless you want to cross busy roads. I don't think I would stay there again. It wasn't horrible but it also wasn't great.

Upon arrival there was a pile of trash by the Lobby entrance. The guy behind the counter could not be bothered with trying to help me in any form of way. I drove 6 plus hours from Louisiana and accidentally left my wallet behind. It was IMPOSSIBLE to show a physical ID which I had my LA Wallet (Digital ID) but once I mentioned not having my ID he just said I can’t help you. So I was on my own after that.

The stay was good overall. The staff was attentive and professional. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The room was clean and well stocked. The only concern I have is the water pressure at about 10:30pm, was very weak and was not adjustable by me using the shower head.

We arrived but was turned away because the desk employee said they did not accept Chime as payment. There was nothing anywhere posted online to give this warning. We’ve never had issues with this before and had to search last minute on a busy weekend and pay a much higher rate because we were turned away

Neal was amazing. He helped arranged all our rooms to be next to each others. He make our check in and our stay amazing. Free included breakfast and free parking and very clean comfortable beds. We have large family and they all love the stay.

We noticed the clean lot and outside areas immediately when we pulled in. Inside was just as clean, room was immaculate. Every employee we encountered were pilite, friendly, smiled and informative. Location was very nice, several restaurants, a walmart & shopping center within a mile of the hotel. As we left we decided thats where we will stay when in Austin.

Check-in and out was quick and easy. Entering the room, everything smelled fresh and looked clean. Pulled out sofa bed and there was food spilled in the cushions. The shower was cracked all the way across the bottom. The counter in the bathroom was clean, but didn't look like it was due to discoloration. Breakfast was NOT good. Should definitely look into a waffle maker and different type of eggs. Sausage biscuits were hard as a rock. Overall tho, it was not bad for the price for a quick trip to take my son to the doctor.

Breakfast was pretty good for being the free option. Sometimes it’s pretty basic, this one was good. The staff was attentive and nice. I was really dehydrated and need rest, there was a jr high school band group there and we ended up by an aspiring violinist. After several hours of heavily mediocre serenades, the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for another room. Went to the 5th floor within 10 mins. Will stay at a Fairfield again. And again… this one’s staff was particularly nice and attentive.
