Property was wonderful, had a pool and basketball court. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room and bed was comfortable and had a lot of room. Only complaint and a reason we will never stay again is we travel with our small dog and always look for a hotel that’s pet friendly which this one says it is until you get there and find out if you have a pet they charge you an extra $200 dollars for any pets. Would be nice to know that before booking.

Hotel and staff were great! The only thing I would recommend is more than one lounge chair by the pool (several regular chairs). As a couple, only one of us had a lounge chair. Not a big deal just something you might want to look into and add a few more lounge type chairs

Very nice facility with big rooms. Check I and out process was easy and fast. Breakfast had good variety. The only thing that bothered us was that there was a large party (wedding?) that completely took over the outside patio/pool and sitting area inside. We were forced to stay in our room or leave the property in order to spend time with our family.

Absolutely fantastic stay. They made me feel so welcome. Pet friendly (including cats!!!). Phenomenal breakfast offered every morning complimentary. Outside grill, firepit, basketball, and swimming .... & im sure i missed more. Highly recommend

Tops notch for being clean. This place is better than holiday inn IHG in the following way. Cleaner if you can believe that since IHG is clean too. A working outdoor pool. IHG was out of service. Larger room with a full refrigerator and full freezer. IHG had a very small frig and freezer was tiny. They had more carts for luggage. IHG had only 3 for the whole building. We had to wait till one was available. Both had very quite location away from highway. Lastly they had a really good free breakfast. IHG you had to pay an extra $20

Upon late arrival the check in processing was quick and friendly. Went to room as soon as door was open it smelled like a smokers room. The bed white bed linen had stains. Front desk was notified twice sheets were never changed. You must have your own transportation because hotel is not conveniently located close to airport and transportation is hard to find if you have an early morning flight to catch.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms. The ice maker in the freezer was very nice. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Food was wonderful, fresh and tasty. The only downfall was the fact that the furniture, table and desk were badly scratched. The chairs to the table, the couch and the run were very stained. The couch was very uncomfortable, like sitting in a hole you couldn't get out of. We would definately stay again, just a few blocks from family, restaurants, stores and more.

Not a good experience at all! AC unit sounded like a 737 was taking off every 20 minutes. It only stayed running for 2 minutes and turned off. I found blood droplets in the shower! Silverware wasn’t cleaned properly. Pet deposit is a bait and switch. Hotels.com said pet friendly. I’d be pet friendly too if got to charge $150 for a dog.(this is my fault since I didn’t read the legal document the hotel gave me to sign.) I’m sure the room isn’t being cleaned properly after my 4 legged friend stayed the night.

Nice, quiet property. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen well stocked. Bed was relatively comfortable. The only reason for the 4 star is the furniture was old and the lounger was very uncomfortable and stained.

Very nice accommodations. Rooms are spacious. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was heavy dust on sections of the wall behind one of the bedroom doors. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Otherwise the rest of the rooms were clean.

Generally upheld the Residence Inn standards. The staff was great and a good location. The only annoyance was the noise level of the HVAC unit. To be fair, they were in the process of servicing all of the units at the location.

Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was clean but the AC in our room was sooooo loud! Either is was ramping up then super loud while it blasted freezing cold air directly in the bed. Neither my husband or I could sleep. We woke up each time it cranked on which made for a long night 😔

Looks nice in some areas but the rooms are very dated and worn. For the price they ask, I expect better. To add to that, they double charged for the room.. online cc and then a mix up on their part when we went to Check in because the agent put the reservation in someone else’s name ( yet got the cc info right!) So in order to have a room, I had to get another in my name and pay the price. Figured it would be easy to e plain the mistake to corporate. But no, I’d read they are getting very good at double charges. Make sure you check and recheck that they have it right. I am in correspondence with corporate and believe me, they will not refund your money. Their mistake but my loss. I dont think so. Mr. Marriott took pride in what he had started… he’s rolling over in his grave now. Too many others to choose from now.

We were charged one price, however our Recept reflects a different price. We asked at the desk what the total charge would be but instead of verifying for us the receptionist at the desk told us “I’ve already gone past that page so I cannot see the price”. We were told we would get a receipt upon check out but once check out came, everyone was told the same thing. “I’ll email you your receipt”. Maybe better experience elsewhere.

property was undergoing renovations while we were there.Lots of couches lined up on driveway and hallway to deliver to rooms. The property was clean tho. front desk were always friendly. Our room hadn't been renovated which is why the couch sunk deeply. One cleaning lady was annoyed i wanted clean towels. Said I had my sign on door which i didn't. I requested rooms for our family to be on same floor but alas on 3 different floors.

We booked two rooms for two nights. We had car trouble and a lot of construction that delayed our arrival. We called ahead to let the front desk know and they said no problem. We arrived at 6:23am and were told the computer system canceled our rooms at 6:00am and that we would still be charged the full amount, and they could not book another room for us. After driving and being up all night, we were faced with no where to sleep in a town where all rooms are booked due to college football. We called around and found another hotel who was happy to not only book us a room, but would waive the early check in fee and we were in our new room and sleeping within the hour. The new hotel overheard us talking about needing to wrap gifts for a baby shower we were attending and they offered to wrap our gifts for us while we slept. They also learned it was our anniversary and had champagne in our room that night when we can back. The juxtaposition of the two customer services was amazing!

Very quiet location. We had a bit of a mechanical issue with the room, but staff was very responsive and handled in a professional and timely manner. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Very pleased.

This was a trip with my Mom, we both felt very safe and comfortable. The room was quiet and we didn’t have any issues from hallway noise or room noise from other guests close to us. I would only suggest some fresh fruit options besides bananas and apples for the breakfast buffet.

This property was amazing! It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I had left a previous hotel I booked because the previous place was horrible and not at all like the photos showed. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when I showed up at 2:00 in the morning hoping to get a room. The breakfast provided was decent, but the hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here!
