事前の認識が足りなかったのかも知れませんが、空港から徒歩で行ったところ、13、14分かかり、結構遠かったように思いました。翌日空港へはシャトルを利用しようと予約したのですが、有料という説明はなく、乗る直前に払うように言われました。車で2、3分の距離でしたが、500円少々は高いかなぁ。

We had dinner at the property. The gentleman who took and delivered our order we remembered from previous visits . He suggested the special of the evening and a Caesar Salad, both to share. It wad a perfect meal. Service was prompt but unobtrusive. The shuttle worked as promised, departed on time and got us to our terminal promptly. The room was clean and quiet. This is a five-star property.

Mostly excellent; however, I paid the night before for a morning shuttle, but in the morning the receptionist could not find a record of the payment. So I paid again for the shuttle. (In fairness, the receptionist offered to let me take the shuttle without repaying, but I felt awkward about that.)

Property was conveniently close to the airport however our room was right below the office and we could hear staff all night including walking, opening and closing closets, talking, etc and got about 2 hours sleep before our overseas flight. No rest and the room was not that clean

Very thoughtfully designed rooms with lots of space for luggage and plenty of shelving/storage. Many of the reception desk staff tend to be indifferent, but efficient. Breakfast spread is excellent. Our room however was uncomfortablly warm (27⁰C) as the windows don't open and we were told that the A/C system is shut off towards the end of September, regardless of weather conditions - so we had no way to cool the room. I think this is unacceptable in a hotel at this price point. Have stayed here a few times but will consider other options going forward.

We loved this hotel. We were given a welcome drink of sparkling wine. In the evenings, hot cider and snacks were put out in the lounge/reception area. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were good. It was within easy walking distance of the sights in the oldest part of the city.

The hotel was perfectly position to all the must-see sites. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet. Wr had great meals at the restaurant both inside and out.

Stay was perfectly fine for a night! room was a bit warm but other than that, spacious and appeared clean. My only issue is that the walk to the airport is about 15 minutes which is more than the 6 minutes advertised in their app. We had no issues being young and able to walk, but others may not love this.

Værelset var ikke godt lydisoleret, - jeg kunne høre snorken fra naboværelset. Derudover var der utrolig høj larm fra et værelse på den anden side af gangen (efter kl. 23 om aftenen). Det kunne jeg også høre, og konstatere, at en receptionist blev tilkaldt for at få ro på! Ellers et super dejligt værelse.

This is the kind of rating you get for placing a rude young girl as a clerk in the front desk. And to top it off, we had to go back twice to reception due to failure of the card keys. I will not comment on the hotel condition because the experience at the front desk was enough to ruin our short stay

The staff is amazing.We arrived very early in the hotel & was able to check-in 4.5 hours ahead of check-in time. We only waited 30 minutes for our room to be prepared. Hotel site is very accessible to go to the city.Every 5 minutes a bus from airport pass through to the place where to get subway train to go city. Highly recommended 👍

Hotel de instalações excelentes e ideal para quem vai pegar voo muito cedo. No geral, tivemos experiência ruim e muito constragedora ao ser surpreendidos com a entrada de outro hóspede em nosso quarto, que abriu a porta com outro cartao por erro da recepcao. Sentimos-nos inseguros e sem privacidade. Além, atendimento no bar e recepcao nada cortez.

Zero stars. I booked the room weeks in advance. There was no room available when I showed up at the hotel. They made me move to another hotel. When I asked for compensation, they offered me a drink ticket at the hotel where I wasn't staying. Are you kidding me?!?! If you want your room guaranteed, I suggest you find another place. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.

I ask for Ice bucket they refuse, I ask to use microwave they refuse, I ask the restaurant for heating element they refuse. Just keep on refusing and feel so rejected about having to pay for a stay and not be able to feel welcomed at all.

Arrived early at 11:30 and was allowed to go to my room. It said it was only a single but was actually a double (2 singles together) which was nice. Good facilities and great shower. Breakfast had great choices. Great location being only 10 minutes from the airport

Good room and bathroom. Very polite staff. We arrived around midnight and couldn’t find anything to eat… just chocolate and soda machine. It isn’t 6 minutes walk from the airport… about 15 minutes on irregular pavement carrying suitcases. We found just 1 towel in the room. Hot chocolate taste water…

The hotel was great, clean, tidy and very friendly and helpful staff. Was in walking distance of the airport and to say we were that close it was very quiet. I would highly recommend for anyone who has an early flight and needs a stopover.

Great hotel with airport amenities and near-to-perfect rooms with everything needed. The beer price in the bar is ridiculously high but that seems to be the trend in the whole airport area. In comparison to e.g. Ramada HI clearly wins.

En general, mi estancia en el hotel fue muy buena. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, el personal fue amable y atento, y la habitación cómoda y funcional. An average airport hotel. I would have rated it three stars overall due to condition of the property, basic amenities and one surly staff member, but the breakfast was amazing. That alone gave it an extra star. A better breakfast than even the Grandeeza Hotel in Brno. They had a spread of everything you can imagine hot and cold - even crème brûlée .
