The hotel is old and smelled. In need of lots of repair. Found ants in my room, and they had no towls for the pool. The rest room floor was lifting, i would stumble on that piece with my house shoe. Curtins were broken, my husband tried standing on the chair to fix it so the morning light wouldn't be so bright. The breakfast was horrible, sausage and bacon was not cook right, the juices and milk were water down. The biscuits were kinda hard.

It's a decent place to stay. The property looks in good condition including the pool. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not so good. I stayed 4 nights and almost everyday there were men drinking beers (glass bottles) in the pool area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hallways and elevator smelled awful, it was not clean, not well maintained. The floors in our room were weak and felt like we were going to fall through the floor. The hot tub was not hot. But I will say the hot tub and pool was very clean.

It was a good experience but the hot tub did not work and the ice machines on the first floor was not working but otherwise was a good experience, all the staff was very friendly and was very flexible with my stay there

The air conditioner fell out the wall we had no air till the next morning. The problem was it wasnt bolted to the wall. The power went out the next day but only for a short period of time. The pool and sauna qater had a bad odor I dont think or nor did I smell any chlorine. The staff was nice but the building was horrible

The carpet in the second floor hallway smelled of (pet?) urine. The carpet overall needs to be replaced or changed to a more modern floor. The walls are dingy. The elevator floor was filthy. The exterior of the hotel and neighboring were fine. We will look for another nearby place to stay next trip.

Waited 10 minutes before I could get booked, had to find a house keeper to ask where the desk person was. Also be before I paid for my stay we called and asked if the pool was open and they told us it was. When I get there to check in and after I paid I was told the pool was closed. Was given his word we’d get a refund from Expedia for the inconvenience but now I’m not getting a refund from anyone

The staff were nice and helpful, but the hotel laundry room and laundry machine were old and dirty. The sidewalk on the side and back of the hotel was showing rebar coming off of the ground rendering the facility’s safety questionable. The door to the room showed signs of it being pried open, and there were no towels in the room except for the bath mat towel. Drawers were old as well. There were two (2) broken benches on the side of the hotel, with one leaning with the sidewalk

I have stayed at La Quintas and these were the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen. Walls, doors, floors, and bathroom were all dirty. Would not recommend this hotel.

Entire hotel smelled like mildew, bathroom floor had really bad water damage and was sunken in. Dirt and brown stuff on the walls. Mold under the room fridge. Whole place felt dirty. I highly value clean hotels and this definitely wasn’t it.

To start, I booked based on pictures. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t look anything like advertised. There was a weird smell from the moment I walked into the building and into my room. The lamps were loose. The sofa in the room had stains. There were marks spotted on the walls and doors , including stains. The shower head was dirty. The small wash cloths were staind and dirty. Door didn’t want to close after trying to leave for my meeting in the morning, had to slam the door several times, until it finally locked. On my back in, my card didn’t work, had to get it reprogrammed 3 times. I finally had enough, grabbed all my stuff, and made my way back down to the lobby. I explained my situation and all the issues, they just said sorry, but no effort to make it right. So, I left, paid more at the Holiday Inn, for better comfort. I should have known better from the start, trying to stay for cheap, instead of chosing comfort and quality. I’ve stayed at some beautiful La Quintas, but I guess it depends on who owns and runs it. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you live like this, then you’ll fit right in. I should have taken more pics.

Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. This is a “I have no choice” kind of stop. The place absolutely reeks. Dank, musty, rotting, moldy smell. Everything in there is wet. Puddles of water everywhere. Everything is absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere. The freezer in my room was frozen OPEN. The floor in my bathroom was wavy. Big bulges and divots. I was so creeped out and uncomfortable I changed underneath my clothes so I was never exposed. I was out of there as humanly possible.

The bed and the hard surfaces were clean but everything else was dirty. The walls, the hallway, the floors, the furniture even the sink was cracked in the bathroom. The lampshades were even covered in stains. The place needs serious updates.

Bathroom was dirty, (found a toenail clipping), light switch by the door was controlling the plug by the bed, when you turned the light switch off then the plug by the bed wouldn't work. Something on the wall by the desk, looked like some kind of liquid or food splashed on the wall. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, the doors in the hallway to the other rooms all looked like a 5 year old painted them. We decided to not stay the night and drove home.

Our room was awful. The door wouldn’t lock properly. You’d have to lift the door and shove it back into the frame. The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The metal bed frame wasn’t properly assembled.

This is a pretty nice hotel, but it seems to have fallen into disrepair a little bit. There is torn carpet, and the elevator is pretty bad. The rooms smell like paint really bad and you can’t open the windows to air it out. The electrical outlets accessible to the user are wired to the main light so that when you turn off the main light all the power is cut off. Good luck trying to charge your phone while you are sleeping. It is pretty nice for the price, but it definitely has issues.

The AC unit in the room #305 froze, and half of the carpet in the room was soaking wet. I noticed it because I slipped and fell. When reported to staff at front desk, staff member smiled and kept saying ,"thank you". Not sure if staff member comprehend that the issue is a health hazard. Another guest told staff member that her room was dirty and has not been cleaned, that she found hair from the previous guest in her bed.

The room itself was clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows suck. The tv had no channels, only static. When we let the front desk know, apparently he was busy eating his food and didnt come fix the problem for 15 min. He had to auto tune the tv but everytime we shut it off we lost every channel and had to tune it everytime we turned it on. Our key card didnt work, had to be reformatted. Theres holes in the walls where things use to be hung and our bathroom floor was rotted, you could feeel it sink everytime you stepped in front of the sink. The hotel is in rough shape overall, alot of scratched up paint in the halls, one door had the number written on it in sharpy. I think there are better places to stay.

The property was clean, well kept. The service was excellent. The only things I noticed were the water pressure wasn't fantastic (but not too bad. not a deal breaker); and I could hear entire conversations from the next room. The walls appear to be a bit thin. Thankfully those guests weren't up late making noise.

We booked last minute and were pleased with the price. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, however, the toilet would not refill and we had to remove the tank cover and giggle the float every time to flush. We received an email right after confirmation of the booking stating we could pay $30 for late check out, but I was told I had to call down in the morning to request that. We had a very late evening and having to wake up to request a late check out defeats the purpose. I got up at 8 to call down and was immediately told they did not do late check outs on weekends. Would have been nice to be told that to begin with. Breakfast was your standard powdered eggs and such, nothing notable and we left before 11. Would possibly stay here again.

My husband and I were in the Stockyards for one day/night and this was an affordable, decent stay. The check-in was smooth. The room looked a little old - there was a crack on the bottom of the closet mirror/door and some scratches on the bottom of the bathroom vanity but those are simply cosmetic things and did not affect our stay. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows could have been more firm for us. The AC, TV, and refrigerator all worked great. We did not use the microwave. Overall, no complaints.

Good place to get some sleep but the place needs a face lift. TVs are on some kind of app or something. I had to let my TV adjust itself till i could see it. Wasn't the tv but the signal. Carpets were badly worn. Need was comfortable and the shower in my room worked very well. The breakfast was pretty good as well. They had the waffle machine. They also had cereal, bagels and yogurt. If you can get the city view rooms it is s nice view. I reserved a city view room but they have me the parking lot view instead.

I waited at the front desk and no one showed up. I had to look for someone to help me check in. By the time the manager showed up he started questioning my reservation (I made it on Expedia) he acted like he didn’t even care. It’s like the saying goes “You get what you paid for.”

First check in I was there at 6 pm, I waited for an hour or two with many otter people were waiting and pissed to where they left. I came back at 8 pm nothing it wasn’t until midnight they showed up. This will be the last time I stay in this place!

Property was nice and clean but TV wouldn't work. Reported it, went to dinner, and reported again after dinner. Desk attendant came up, couldn't fix it and left. No offer of different room. Clerk was pleasant but could not speak English well enough to communicate.

Front Desk Staff, Mr. VK, Mr. Pravi, from the breakfast area the breakfast employee is awesome she is very nice she will be good in front desk as well. Ms. Delmar in the housekeeping department is outstanding and takes pride in her job, she goes above and beyond for the guests. It's like being home away from home.

We visited Forth Worth for a concert at the Dickies Arena. The location is convenient since there are restaurants near by, shopping centers, even a movie theater less than 5 minutes away. The best part for us was that we could bring our 55lb. dog with us since this hotel is pet friendly! We had a pleasant stay over all.

The hotel room was not the cleanest. Luckily I travel With my own linen. The chair in the room had several stains on it along with the comforter. The location is perfect! It is next to the freeway so everything you could possibly need is just an exit away. I only stayed one night so it met my needs.

It was a nice little getaway for me and my wife. Not super clean but it is a hotel. The breakfast the next morning was free but was very processed. No complaint just wished they used real eggs instead of whatever they used. The shower head also needed some work. It had 3 settings but all the nozzles were kinda gunked up so it didn’t really spray right. All in all I would recommend but just know it’s not perfect.

Upon check-in we found the toilet seat in the room was broken. Told the front desk and all they said was sorry. No cups or coffe in the room for the coffe maker. Overhead light in bathroom was out. Toilet paper roller was barely hanging on wall. Signed posted outside of elevator saying " Dont leave cat litter beside trash can". The breakfast was terrible, eggs over cooked, sausage under cooked. For the price paid this was a bad experience. We mentioned all of this at checkout and again all they said was sorry.

Just okay. This is our 3rd year to say here and it just seemed mediocre compared to the other years. Breakfast food was lacking - eggs were watered down, no syrup for the waffles, lemon water was gross/old. Room was clean but hallway was not. It just was okay, not terrible, just ok. May look for a different place with better breakfast next year.
