Well first of all the tub was not clean. I didn't like the location of the coffee machine which wqs in the bathroom. When me and my wife went to the pool area i went to sit down and the pool chair broke which caused me to hurt my wrist. The spa tud did not work, i want a compliment voucher

Nice clean hotel, the only things I would change are the hours breakfast in available closes around 9 and the pool area closes at 10 vs the normal 11.

I love the area I stayed in. But there was no parking space for us to park last night. When addressyit with the lady at front desk she just stated she didn’t know what to tell me except park at the other hotel next door. I thought that was not good why park some where I am not staying. They need more parking space and I am handicapped so this was not a good stay for me.

Hot tub was warm but the bubbles were poor. we had to ask for towels which 2 were promptly brought, but the next guests didn't have any. I asked for more for them as we left the pool and it seemed like an imposition for the desk person to take more to the pool. The room was nice and spacious. The property is close to the I75 but we didn't hear any road noise. Breakfast was nothing special. The juices seemed watered down.

Keep in mind they went were there at peak spring break time and the hotel was at capacity. We still had a quiet night, and our room was clean and spacious. We had 3 young kids, one teenage and my wife and I. Two kids in the pull out, teenager and 8 year old in a bed, and my wife and I in a bed and we all were comfortable. The exercise room just had a few treadmills so I wouldn’t consider that an exercise room. Overall, nice stop on our way to Florida.

BEWARE: Do not stay here! We woke up and discovered a BED BUG on our pillow. Staff was not helpful. Didn’t seem to have a process for containment, so good luck. Management called me back and said they would only refund my money if I didn’t write a review. This is not appropriate or safe for their customers. No refund was given. Don’t risk it… move on to the next hotel!

The only clean areas of the room were the bathroom and sheets. The floors were so so. The curtains were stained and had holes in them. The corners of the floor had serious build up of dust and debries. The common area floors looked like they had not been mopped all week (this was an end of week stay). The elevator was disgusting to say the least.

For a well reviewed hotel that was priced higher than others, this was very disappointing. The room was not very clean, water from the back of the toilet, stains on the glass median in the room, a needle in my carpet, various areas with random crumbs and other stains. Towels with stains, and obvious signs of poor effort into cleaning. Located right by the highway so noise is expected, but you can hear everything going on outside of your window and I was on the fourth floor. I had the complimentary breakfast and arrived around 8:30 so lack of food was expected as well. But there was one singular piece of toast, 3 hot breakfast items that didn’t look appetizing, a few off brand cereals, and a waffle maker or yogurt. I could have opted for gas station breakfast and been more satisfied. And didn’t go back the second day. Every single employee that works the front seat was on a personal phone call/FaceTime when I approached the counter for snack items or check in/check out. Chose this location for the hot tub and was splashed by children in the pool for the 30 minutes I went. Only two towels were at the pool for any guests. I rarely leave reviews, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was so dirty. The duvets were filthy, not sure the sheets were clean? they were soooo wrinkled but we arrived so late and tired, we just went to bed. Other things in the room were dirty too.

I read the reviews so we stayed here. Our experience was not as good as I would hope. Floor in the main hall was dirty, floor in the elevator was crazy dirty. Floor in our room was dirty and sticky. Tv was dirty, bathroom didn’t look cleaned..The bathtub did not drain well. Disgusting..Elevator doors were sprayed with some explosion that was not cleaned. Breakfast was ok. Just a half way decent place to lay your head during travel. Not the most spic and span. My suite was frosted with dust and I purposely observed stains in the elevator floor for over 24 hours.

When we walked into the lobby, we were overcome with the scent of mildew. The hotel has 4 floors, we were placed on the first floor. Walking to our room, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. Apparently the rooms two doors down (opposite of each other) had flooded. We asked to be moved. The initial response was a little snarky from the Front Desk employee. We asked why we would be put next to two rooms overcome with water. She then moved us to the third floor. Why put ANYONE next to that?!?! We have stayed here several times in the past and noticed a decline in the cleanliness/aesthetic of the place. In the mildew room, we were in a handicapped room with a handicapped shower, and there was what looked like mold along the bottom of the shower wall. Super gross.

Property is older and in need of renovation. Most windows have a middle piece that is dislodged laying at a diaginal or horizontally inside the window. There was a dead stink bug on the ceiling and another dead bug on another part of the celing. Room was facing back parking lot and deisel engine running at times overnight as well as engine reving kept us awake for 30-60 minutes at 2am. There was low sound isolation and we could hear people running down the hall from the room. Water pressure was good but ventalation in the bathroom was not. It was hard to clear the fog from the mirror to shave, etc.

The room was spacious & perfectly accommodated our family of 4. The staff was friendly. A typical breakfast: cereal, yogurt, bacon, eggs, waffles. We had to hold the handle to flush the toilet & be care to have the shower curtain closed in a certain way because the shower head leaked & would spray out. No staff was available to discuss upon checkout (just a box to drop keys), but would stay again.

It was great, the hotel is a bit dated, but the room was very Clean & Specious. The Best Experience was the Customer Service. Heather received us at check in and She was Just Incredible, going that extra mile, which sadly enough is not so common now a days.

The front desk was horrible. Woman at front desk extremely rude and should not have been holding that job. She refused us service at approximately 1015pm WITH a reservation. We had to go to another hotel in town.

We reserved three rooms for out of town family to attend a family member’s funeral. Reservation said check in was at 1. None of our rooms were ready at one and we had to be at the funeral home by two.staff at check in was not friendly ir concerned.

Divya, at the front desk, was very welcoming. The lobby was well maintained. The room was large. We like having a section with a couch and another with the bed. The breakfast was OK. It had waffles, eggs, and sausage, along along with other regular breakfast food. We wish they had some gluten free options (muffins or bagels).

The overall stay was great. The breakfast area was horrendous with the way it is setup. Had to wait in a line because of the congestion and others waiting on their toast or waffles. Need to have a better setup.

Hot tub was warm but the bubbles were poor. we had to ask for towels which 2 were promptly brought, but the next guests didn't have any. I asked for more for them as we left the pool and it seemed like an imposition for the desk person to take more to the pool. The room was nice and spacious. The property is close to the I75 but we didn't hear any road noise. Breakfast was nothing special. The juices seemed watered down.

Maintenance team need to check rooms for things that need replacing or fixing. I don’t know how the pool is maintained but found a few bugs/insects swimming with me. The room is real comfy and spacious. Handy washer and dryer on site. Little mini store next to the front desk.
