Older hotel, shows its age some. All other entrance doors lock and disable by 11pm, makes parking on bad weather days ridiculous. You then have to park in back and walk all the way around to front doors to get in.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay! The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was wonderful. My kids especially loved the pool, which made the trip even more fun. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay became insecure due to my truck and two other vehicles the same night were vandalized and the hotel did not do anything about it and had no security guards on the premises that sucks. I will never stay at this hotel again

Provided hand soap and conditioner was watered down to the point of being barely usable, hand soap was also empty upon check in. We had to talk to the front desk twice to get it refilled. Water pressure in shower was very low, had to hold the shower diverter for a few seconds to even turn the shower on. Pool was not very clean. Provided breakfast was good with many options, bed was also good and clean. Staff were friendly.

I liked being able to get a room that was a 2 bedroom suite. The hotel was clean in general. The elevator was very slow so we started taking the stairs. The stairwell smelled very bad and had a lot of stains as if something had been dragged down the stairs leaking. In our room, the light on the microwave did not work. The light above the sink did not work. The pool was nice. The key readers on the pool gate and doors to get back into the hotel didn't work half the time. Our room had a sofa bed but no linens available for it. We had 5 people in our room and 4 bath towels. We requested more towels, bedding for the sofa bed and an additional blanket. We were told that they don't do turn down service on the weekend and would see if there was any towels or bedding available. We never heard anything back. The price was good. There is a lot to do around the location. We were there for 2 nights. Just ended up buying an air mattress instead of using the sofa bed. The room was clean. Wifi was free and good quality.

I never really got to stay there. They did not have hot water and I got to know about it just as I called to say that I was going to check-in late. I had to find a different hotel at midnight.. not the best of experiences. They did offer to find me a place at Fairfield inn which is like a sister property. But Fairfield is not pet friendly.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and no problems with the facility itself. Really nice and roomy. Clean and nice ammenities. Seems like it may have been a Residence Inn at one time so it's a good value at the price that I paid. This time things didn't go as smoothly but still 5 stars as it wasn't something they could control and the employees were great. Unfortunately they were experiencing a facility wide hot water issue outage for a couple days. I also had an issue with the lock on my door which kept me from being able to get into my room when I was in a big hurry. Initially they thought it was the battery but they literally had to use a wire under the door to reach up and grab the handle from the inside to get it open. Pretty impressive manever really. The combination of the problems from the facility were frustrating but the manager (Daniella) was great. I'm sure she was dealing with a lot of unhappy travelers but she is so empathetic and kind that it would be impossible to leave with a negative overall impression of the place. She ended up transfering me to another hotel on the other side of the parking lot which was just as nice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Austin as any facility can have mechanical issues but very few will have the staff to handle things so well.

Room was filthy at the onset. No toilet paper either. Had to beg for three days for housekeeping to show up and when they finally did, they didn’t actually clean. Just replenished towels. Also the room smelled like wet dog. Never again.

I recently stayed at here (Room 408) over the weekend 5/23-25 and I am compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory. The ceiling had a noticeable leak, and I could see what appeared to be mold growing in the area. The furniture was in poor condition; the sofa bed was ripped, and the mattress was stained. To make matters worse, we found a roach on the kitchen counter, which was quite disgusting. The comforters also had stains, which made it uncomfortable to use them. I requested additional blankets because we chose not to sleep with the comforters. The whole room had an unpleasant smell of mold, further adding to our discomfort. Given these issues, I believe the price we were charged was unjustified. Overall, I will not be returning to this hotel chain in the future. I hope you take these concerns seriously to improve the quality of your accommodations.

I would like to start of by saying that I am very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. We checked in late ant night due to our flight getting delayed and the check in process was fast. Upon entering the room it seemed in good clean condition. Wanting to shower after airports all day, the first thing I noticed was how long it took for the water to get hot. It took over 10 minutes of letting the water run for it to get hot. Then the black mold around the caulking in random places in the shower. The water pressure was weak but I figured there was a lot of people taking showers or using water. The next morning we went down to check out the breakfast, we took it back to our room to eat. The fruit was not ripe enough to be consumed and the hard boiled egg was sour the first bite. The coffee creamer was also empty. My daughter got sick instantly and we did not return to the free breakfast the rest of the trip. That night, I wanted to take a bath from the weather being so cold and the water pressure was so incredibly weak, it took over 45 minutes to fill the bathtub 1/3 full. I eventually gave up because the bathtub water wasn’t stating warm. The next morning I noticed there was dusty baseball sleeves left (for who knows how long) from a previous guest. It was under a bed, but isn’t staff suppose to check under beds? One morning the fire alarm went off (no fault of the hotel at all, someone burnt toast) and looking around the room I noticed MOLD on the air ducts.

Our stay could not have been better. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast food wonderful and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We'll stay there again if our travels necessitate a stay in that area.

Expected a little better located room for our stay of 12 nights. Was allocated Room 208 on 2nd floor opposite the lifts and right above the pool area. Quite a few nights we were awoken from our sleep by people congregating outside the lift to chat before departing to their rooms. The pool (we got advised by Ashton) can be used till 11pm and after that there is no time limit for people to sit out there. Once again we had extremely rowdy people on the big College football/F1 weekend who paid no heed to the request to quieten down and consider others. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and it was handy having a small kitchenette with full sized fridge, microwave, 2 electric hotplates and some saucepans and frypans etc. The shower water was hot and strong so they were plusses. Our room was definitely showing its age and each time my husband entered he would cough incessantly. There was also a bad water leak each time the unit above used their shower, this was evident by the constant dripping and the wet patch on the walls and floor. Although we are returning to Austin next year I think we will find alternate accommodation.

Tried to book a room for 6 comfortably. Staybridge exceeded my expectations! One bedroom with King bed & bathroom, another bedroom with queen bed and bigger bath, and a livingroom with pullout sofa, plus a tv in each room (3 total)!?! Can't beat that! Loved the outdoor pool, fitness room, and complimentary breakfast also!

The room was exactly how you would expect an extended stay location to be. The full kitchen is a blessing for those nights you want to cook. Pots, pans, utensils, and a cold frig were included which made staying here so much better. The bed was on the hard side for me, but some people may love a firm bed. There's a decent sized dresser with 2 drawers to put clothes or what have you. The room is well lit with 2 night stand lights, the kitchen lighting, and a stand up light in the corner. Bathroom area had fresh towels and linens as expected. The place isn't 5 star, but you feel like theyve done their best to be 5 star. The only downfall of my experience was that their wifi was unstable and not very fast. Download speeds were about 5M with upload at about 1M. If youre streaming services, this might be enough, but if youre a gamer, like me, you need high speed. The game would dusconnect and cause issues while in raids making virtual life very difficult. BUT... the overall room and comfort are fantastic

This was a great place to stay for an extended petiod of time. But some small details is the reason why I couldn't give it a perfect score. During the 8 nights we stayed, our room keys stopped working 4 different times. Don't get me wrong, I would stay here again simply because the staff were so wonderful and attentive. We also found the location to be convenient. But those small details should be taken care of.

Everything was good except on our first day, when we told the lady in the front office to talk to the people staying on top of our room. It seems like they have a kid who’s constantly running around & jumping. It feels like we’re hearing thunder. And this kept going on for hours. One of the worst hotel experiences. The beds were very uncomfortable for everyone in the family. I slept on a sofa bed - it was a cheap, low-quality spring bed, probably several years old and never replaced. I'm still suffering from the back pain I picked up during the stay. I regret staying in this cheap hotel.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast was actually good and fresh including the eggs and strawberries. Everything was great besides the service. They honored a long forgotten IHG membership that I haven't used since 2017 and allowed us that privilege. I stayed here a few weeks ago and no problems with the facility itself. Really nice and roomy. Clean and nice ammenities. Seems like it may have been a Residence Inn at one time so it's a good value at the price that I paid. This time things didn't go as smoothly but still 5 stars as it wasn't something they could control and the employees were great. Unfortunately they were experiencing a facility wide hot water issue outage for a couple days. I also had an issue with the lock on my door which kept me from being able to get into my room when I was in a big hurry. Initially they thought it was the battery but they literally had to use a wire under the door to reach up and grab the handle from the inside to get it open. Pretty impressive manever really. The combination of the problems from the facility were frustrating but the manager (Daniella) was great. I'm sure she was dealing with a lot of unhappy travelers but she is so empathetic and kind that it would be impossible to leave with a negative overall impression of the place. She ended up transfering me to another hotel on the other side of the parking lot which was just as nice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Austin as any facility can have mechanical issues but very few will have the staff to handle things so well.

Our check-in started rough, our room was not ready at check-in time (3p), however, this was due to IHG members get late check out. WOW! We became members to take advantage of this benefit. The service was great, very nice and accommodating. The hotel's location was great. It was near restaurants and not too much traffic going or coming throughout the day. Definitely would recommend it and stay here in the future.

The staff was SO friendly & helpful. The location was very near the HEB Center which is what we were in town to attend an event at. It was clean & safe & the breakfast buffet was really good! Lots of options - hot- if you left hungry it was definitely your fault!

I would like to start of by saying that I am very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. We checked in late ant night due to our flight getting delayed and the check in process was fast. Upon entering the room it seemed in good clean condition. Wanting to shower after airports all day, the first thing I noticed was how long it took for the water to get hot. It took over 10 minutes of letting the water run for it to get hot. Then the black mold around the caulking in random places in the shower. The water pressure was weak but I figured there was a lot of people taking showers or using water. The next morning we went down to check out the breakfast, we took it back to our room to eat. The fruit was not ripe enough to be consumed and the hard boiled egg was sour the first bite. The coffee creamer was also empty. My daughter got sick instantly and we did not return to the free breakfast the rest of the trip. That night, I wanted to take a bath from the weather being so cold and the water pressure was so incredibly weak, it took over 45 minutes to fill the bathtub 1/3 full. I eventually gave up because the bathtub water wasn’t stating warm. The next morning I noticed there was dusty baseball sleeves left (for who knows how long) from a previous guest. It was under a bed, but isn’t staff suppose to check under beds? One morning the fire alarm went off (no fault of the hotel at all, someone burnt toast) and looking around the room I noticed MOLD on the air ducts.

It was solid me and my wife stayed for my birthday and I had no real complaints. The breakfast on Saturday was mid and the soda fountain had no fizz and the apple juice was unsweetened.
