Very comfortable 1-night stay on a road trip. Level 2 EV chargers on site. While I loved the convenience of charging my car overnight, I was a little annoyed at having to download a somewhat obscure "Stay-N-Charge" app to use the charger, and VERY annoyed that I had to pre-load my account with money to charge my car. This meant I had to guess how much it would cost to charge my car to full without adding way too much since any left over would be wasted. As a result, I ended up paying almost double what it cost for a charge.

It’s a little noisy at night not terrible but you hear traffic. Wish the dining area was opened later just so there’s a spot you can eat if you get take out. Pool was very slippery around it even with mats. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars on cleanliness and property condition- used the hot tub and pool, my husband and I were the only ones in the pool and the tile on the top of the pool above the water level was grimy and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. In fact there were names written in the grime from other people. They should close and drain the pool to properly clean the pool. Walking out of the pool area, looked up and saw ceiling tiles that were damaged and discoloration on them. Our room was very comfortable, shower pressure was good air conditioning a little loud, but nothing that was unbearable.

The room was both comfortable and clean and had I not fractured one of the bones in my foot while exiting the hot tub, I would have rate dour stay as Excellent. I did report the issue to the front desk and the agent did say that she would notify the maintenance team. I also explained that as the large tile located at the edge of the tub forces (due to the sliding action of a wet foot), the foot of an exiting bather towards the edge of the deck, having missing small tiles at the edge of said deck will result in an injury.

Convenient to Hershey. The lady who does the breakfast was so nice and worked so hard. They should give her some help. There was no one to clean up between guests and it got pretty gross and crowded. People were eating in the lobby. They also did clean the room daily. Maybe that’s a new thing? The room was clean but the pool was not the cleanest. The pool heater and hot tub was broken the whole time and I got a rash that I think I got from the pool.

The staff did a great job. Room was clean. Very basic with the tiniest of space to get the luggage rack in. The hotel overall was average but clean. Breakfast was rubbery. I would not stay here as a destination, but it’s decent for a heading thru just need a clean place to sleep overnight situation.

There was no housekeeping during our stay. We called front desk to get clean towels and we had to go to front desk to get them if we wanted them. The bed was very worn and uncomfortable. On a good note, the room was clean upon arrival.

The internet was absolutely terrible! We’re traveling and we require internet for our next destination and you couldn’t get on the internet. The woman at the desk said it is for the whole hotel (which I understand), and there was nothing she could do. They desperately need to improve their internet service.

The beds were HORRIBLE, springs were coming out of the mattress. We paid extra to have a pull out sofa. The mattress was so thin that you could feel the two bars. Ended up sleeping on the floor. Blanket was so thin, had to use extra.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Country Inn & Suites in Hershey! The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hersheypark, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was very clean, and we often saw staff vacuuming and cleaning the halls. Our room was spacious with an updated layout, a comfy king bed with plenty of pillows, and even a pullout couch, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom — always a big factor for me — was spotless, modern, and the shower was sparkling clean. The value here is incredible. The rates were very reasonable for such an updated hotel, with nice parking and multiple entrances. There were two elevators, so we never waited long. It was also quiet — we didn’t hear neighbors through walls, floors, or the hallway, which made our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, including hot foods and five different cereals. The hotel also provides free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7, which we loved. Overall, this is a clean, quiet, updated, and family-friendly hotel that honestly felt like it should cost more than it did. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

We loved this hotel. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, breakfast was excellent and the staff was lovely. They're very serious about quiet hours which makes for such a nice evening. The only thing I'd say that wasn't absolutely wonderful was the bed. The mattress was worn out, still comfy enough, but had worn pillowtop areas and valleys. The parking is also really good, excellent location and easy in/out.

We had the suite, room with separate living room, overall it was very nice. However, if you are a light sleeper like me the freeway traffic might keep you up if your room is on the freeway side (I did ask for a different room on the other side immediately after getting in our room, but was told there was no availability). I tried the sofa sleeper the first night to avoid the traffic noise, it was not comfortable at all. The second night I was so tired from walking all day I slept back in the bedroom, the traffic sound didnt bother me. Breakfast was good, typical foods. We didn't use the pool, but it looked ok. It was about 20 minutes from Hershey World. There is a Sheetz store for gas and snacks and a McDonald's close by. The price of this hotel was $250.00 cheaper than other similar hotel rooms I looked at. As long as I could get the non-freeway side I'd stay here again. Lol

Room hot as hell, AC wouldnt work so i clicked it off after 2hot days, then it started coming on. WiFi didnt work, toilet seat very loose, elevator slow & to shaky at end, DoNotDisturb sign wont even stay on door, tv SUCKED!!old & volume to low. Just a horrible stay, and an apology without a credit should only be sent written on toilet paper. Thank you.

We were a little disappointed in the room amenities. No facial tissue, alarm clock etc. Our Room key card was deactivated 30 minutes before check out. Which caused an inconvenience because someone had to stay in the room at all times to gain entry to our room. And to load up all luggage to take to our vehicle. Also, we have several checks from the cleaners checking to see have we checked out , an hour before it was checkout time.

As an Expedia Gold Member. I stay at hotels frequently. This hotel stay was dissapointing to say the least. I checked in around 5pm. The woman that assited me was incredibly rude. I was unaware of the $100 incidental fee. I scanned my card under the impression that it would just put my card on file. It charged it and declined. She had a smirk about it. I then had to transfer money so it would go through. I normally stay at the ramada in harrisburg and never have that issue. The room was not worth my $113 rate. Tv and room were outdated. I could have got a 2 bedroom suite at the ramada for less if not the same price! The pool and hot tub were better than the ramada and the breakfast. I still would have rather stayed at the ramada. Where i wiuld have received the best bang for my buck and impeccable customer service. Im just glad check out was noon because i needed the extra sleep. Will NOT waste my money and stay again!

Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained, reasonably priced and had very good customer service. After a day at Hershey Park we came back to find our air conditioner not working and it was in the 90s all week. They offered to relocate us or have maintenance come the next morning to replace the unit. We opted for the second option. They brought us a fan for the night and the next morning maintenance was there to replace it. We went to have breakfast and then to the pool and after only an hour and a half the AC unit was changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was below average. The only other criticism I have is that we put the do not disturb sign on the door handle outside the room two out of the four days we stayed because we left cash and a few other valuables behind so that we would not lose them at Hershey Park. They ignored the sign went in and cleaned the room anyway. I would definitely recommend the hotel putting those little room safes in if management has the cleaners enter the rooms even when the do not disturb sign is on the door handle.

Customer service is not great! We had a tight vacation schedule pre-planned & the main reason we chose this location was the indoor pool & hot tub. Advertised open from 10AM to 12AM. My kids were excited to swim, we arrive at the pool at 10AM to find it closed for cleaning, would not be ready for an hour! It should be open when advertised, should be cleaned when it’s closed! I stayed for two days. The staff entered the room while we were gone although I did not have made service requested. The cleaning staff also knocked on the door & woke us up 2 hours before check out when we had the do not disturb sign posted. Also tried to open the door while we were in bed!!! Creepy!! Checkout was at noon but while we were loading our car, they shut our keys off from working 15 minutes early! When I went to the desk to checkout, I told the attendant what occurred & was told oh it must be a error. No apology & was short & rude! We won’t ever return!

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Country Inn & Suites in Hershey! The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hersheypark, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The night desk clerk made it seem as if our check-in was an inconvenience. When we asked questions about restaurants he curtly replied, “I don’t live around here so I don’t know.” Also, important to note, the hotel backs to I-83 so the road noise is horrible. Sirens interrupted our sleep multiple times. I’m not sure the ease and proximity to the interstate was worth the lost sleep.

Nice place totally clean. Room was super clean same for bathroom. Ac unit working well and not noisy. Pool was good and clean same for spa. I'm a bit surprised because these hotels tend to be not that good. As for the breakfast, thats was below what's I'm used to. Only apples, no peanut butter, only jam, no cream cheese. Eggs, sausages and tater potatoes were not warm. Good place to sleep but super strict minimum for food. It would be perfect to put the bar a bit higher and the place would be super.

The staff did a great job. Room was clean. Very basic with the tiniest of space to get the luggage rack in. The hotel overall was average but clean. Breakfast was rubbery. I would not stay here as a destination, but it’s decent for a heading thru just need a clean place to sleep overnight situation.

Breakfast has lots of choices and food for everyone. They kept refilling the breakfast quickly so no wait and the food was hot and fresh. Options of yogurt, eggs, waffles, sausage, cereals, apples, oranges, bananas, english muffins, toast, and oatmeal. Also, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate along with juice options. Bed was super comfortable with many sheets and blankets to keep warm!
