I don’t like the fact I can’t ride the elevator without assistance of the staff, I don’t have time to call yal everytime I need the elevator…. It’s Ridiculous

This place is great. Checked all of the boxes with 7 people traveling. Plenty of room and 2 bathrooms. Free laundry , great pool, friendly staff,breakfast ,free apps and drinks in evening. How can it get better??? We will only stay at these for now on.

I would have given this property 5 stars. Staff and overall stay was excellent but the elevators where on manual mode only. Had to wait on someone to take you up and call ahead to take you back down so we took the stairs which was annoying from the 3rd floor. We where not told ahead of time. When I pay full price for something I expect it to be in excellent condition this was not.

The rooms were great! The breakfast choices were plentiful! The pool was clean and maintained. The staff thay we interacted with was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that in the second day there was a smell. It was in the pool area and we also noticed it in our bathroom. We saw the city was doing sewer work outside. So we think maybe the hotel itself was having sewer problems.

The man at the front desk was so kind and accommodating. The elevator was broken but they did their best to help. The staff was nice and the breakfast was fantastic!

Staff was very helpful to get me checked in early!! Room was great with the separate kitchen/den for early risers. Breakfast had great choices. Pool/area around it could use a little sprucing up, but it was ok. Have already booked again for end of July!!

Wonderful room, very spacious, and really clean, but they do NOT have and ice machine and the refrigerator ice maker drops ice once every 30 minutes. The last thing i want to do is have to leave my room to get ice when I've been on the road all day.

The breakfast was great! Loved the pool and very comfortable beds. Breakfast staff was extremely nice:)

I never complain about hotel rooms or ask for a different one. The first room we were in, I stepped on someone else’s dirty sock on the floor. The room smelled like smoke was trying to be covered up. I asked to be moved. The second room smelled better, but the hall had an overly strong air freshener smell. All looked ok in the second room until I saw the shower. It looked like some had poured paint on the bottom, then tried to chip ot off after it dried. I was pretty disappointed based on the reviews and it being Marriott brand. I booked another hotel and asked for a refund. That took 30 minutes. The front desk person was super nice though and the lobby was nice, so that was the reason it scored as high with me. The property definitely needs a renovation.

Great clean room- comfy & quiet

Staff extremely friendly. Our suite had plenty of room to be comfortable. Because the hotel allows pets, the room had dog hair on the floor and bed spread. Even still we enjoyed our stay.

Run down facility and just did not feel safe for a solo traveler. There are other hotels in the same area that looked more updated. Room seemed dirty and very dated. Couch had gross stain on it and carpet felt dirty in room. Bed just ok. Sketch people hanging around back where I was told to park car and sign at front desk stating they've had break ins in cars

I had prepaid for this thru Expedia. It was rated highly so I decided to choose this hotel. First of all, I had my 2 daughters with me and 3 babies. Our room was on the fourth floor. After we checked in, we realized the elevator was broken. They had signs taped to the elevator, saying they would not give any refunds due to this inconvenience. We could use the stairs or wait for someone to manually hold the buttons to get us to the floor we needed up and down. I would call down to the front desk and let them know that we would be coming down and to have someone available to let us down. There were times that we would sit for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come up with the elevator. Mind you I have 3 babies in car seats so walking up and down 4 flights of stairs is very difficult. Also, our room had cockroaches I saw at least 6 during our trip. In the middle of the night laying in bed with my grandson one was on top of him. I did notice they had traps all throughout the hotel. Our room was next to the stairway. With everyone using the stairway to go up and down, the door would slam all hours of the night and people walking up and down the stairs it was very loud. We were unable to be moved since this was the only room available. Another reason we picked this hotel was for the Buffet breakfast. It was terrible. The food was soggy and cold and you could tell it had been sitting for a while. I will definitely not choose this hotel ever again. Very disappointed.

Clean and spacious rooms

Great place, awesome staff. Extremely clean and comfortable.

The bed is not firm enough. It sinks slightly and is not good for side sleepers. The couch isn’t firm enough for sitting either. Same issue. Water pressure is great and stays hot. Window leaked when it rained. Breakfast was good daily. I like the late hours of its opening. Could use some non dairy milk options and better cereals without sugar coating. Fruit and tea daily is a plus! The evening meal was subpar except for one day, nacho night. I was there for two weeks. The rooms need blenders. I couldn’t make smoothies that I drink daily. It’s a good hotel. I would stay again for an extended period.

Great stay. Will be staying again. We have a big family with a total of 6 of us so the suite was the perfect size. Beds comfortable, towels clean… Great stay.

Suite included a pleasant sitting area. Good breakfast, full kitchen, bathtub and comfortable bed were much appreciated after several days on the road.

Love the room - comfortable like home

Lots of noisy people but it was actually pretty quiet in the room. Very clean with a great breakfast spread.

We were very pleased with our stay! We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was so spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The kids loved that they had their own room and bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful! The buffet breakfast had so many options! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very comfortable and roomy

Things were a little out dated. Couch had a hole in it, Could have been more updated.

The front desk staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. I am appreciated them listening to my concerns and always seemed willing to give more than I ask for especially the tall quiet guy that works the night shifts. The custodial staff were not as polite. The area is full of food options, trampoline spot for children, shopping for adults, movies and mall next door. It was minutes from historical sights and a good selection of churches.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful for my wife who just had surgery.

Everything was fine until I checked out. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and they just charged me $100 because they said we broke a leg on the couch. Mind you we weren’t even there except to sleep. They wouldn’t let me talk to the manager, so I went up there. I asked to see the room and the couch and they told me that it was already had guests. I said it’s not even check in time yet so they finally let me in. Of course the leg was off and a sliver of wood was off the leg. I told her that she had lied to me about the room being occupied so I felt like they couldn’t really say that we did it. The manager Nicole Pelino called me a “f$&(); b$&@( and then slammed the door to the room. I started recording her because she was very abusive with her language when she slapped the phone out of my hand and it hit me in my face. Of course I left because I was getting very angry. Long story short I am out of $100 over a little sliver of wood.

Wonderful! Staff was extremely accommodating and seemed to care about our stay. The suite was exactly what was needed--and more! Very pleased. Would stay here again.

I would highly recommend the Quail Springs Staybridge to anyone traveling to the Oklahoma City area. The hotel is centrally located near lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered, from front desk to housekeeping to kitchen staff, were friendly, kind, and helpful. Our one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four. The rooms are updated, clean and quiet.

Rebekah at the front desk was very welcoming at check in. The room was clean. The place was quiet. Parking was right out front. Breakfast bar had everything we wanted. Overall great place to stay for a great price.

We chose for its proximity to our family gathering. Very good value for the price.

This felt like a safe location, close to Quail Springs Mall and a variety of eating places. Pleanty of parking and helpful staff.

Excellent stay for three nights. Food for breakfast was very good not just the usual carbs. Also encouraged to take food for later as Carrier bags and plastic tubs were provided.

First and ONLY Staybridge Suites i stayed at (and I've stayed at over 35 in he past 15 years) that didn't have wine and beer at the 5:30 social.

The property was easy to find and check in. We were only on-site for the breakfast which was well stocked even at 15 min before end and clean! The chairs in the bedroom unit we stayed in could use a cleaning and the unit's furnace filter, but overall the bedding, mattresses, towels and kitchenette were clean well stocked. The pillowcases marked with soft and firm were a nice touch. We traversed the entire midwest in the past week and this was by far the most clean and well appointed location we have stayed in!

Our stay was excellent. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and spacious for my family of 5. The breakfast the next morning had a variety of options and was what we need to get our day started.

Friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was not very good. Waffle makers didn't cook correctly. Bread items were stale and dry. But, overall it was a great place to stay.
