Employees were helpful and friendly. Parking was secure and easily accessible. Hotel is older, but overall clean. I had no hot water in my shower, but the sink did. The other room we had did have hot water.

The parking was safe in a bad area. The hotel property itself is nice. The lounge area is nice. Staff was friendly and kept the property clean. It’s in east Hollywood which makes it a rough area. We felt safe on the property itself.

Very good experience overall, neighborhood wasn’t the best but still felt safe. Especially liked the gated parking gave us a good peace of mind. Pil from the front desk was top notch!
