Better than a motel 6. The room itself was very clean. Sketchy area if you plan on walking, and don't count on being able to park in the hotel lot. Spaces are first come first served.

Hotel was ok what i did not like is that they charge you 10 dollars for parking and is on a first come first serve basis so if you pay for your parking and you want to go out in your vehicle parking is not guaranteed when you come back which sucks right. It only has like 10 parking spots for a hotel that has double or more in rooms.

There are less than 10 parking spots for at least 20 rooms. We arrived and parked, went to check in and the staff member was rude when telling us we couldn’t park because apparently the spot was taken by another customer who wasn’t there. When asked where we can park he said “I don’t know. Take your things to your room and find somewhere else”. We walked two blocks and found public parking that cost $30.95 for overnight parking. The room key had to be swiped 15-20 times before working. The room itself was ok but the bathroom toilet seat and faucet were both broken. We would not stay here again.

I didn't like that you have to pay an extra 10dlls for parking when they don't have enough parking I ended up having to pay xtra to park out side the Hotel on top the 10dlls I had already paid because when we came back from dinner all the 7 spaces they have where already taken

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. And for such a price, absolutely not worth it. The price of a night stay in this sub-par hotel got me a mind-blowing experience in a 5-star hotel on the Las Vegas strip a day before. The room was so dirty. From the bathroom to the chairs in the room, everything was that bad. I barely stayed in the room for more than 5 hours. If proximity to Hollywood is what you're looking for, then you'd be better off staying somewhere nicer but further.

The room could have been cleaner overall, and the blankets were dirty when we arrived. However, it’s not a bad place if you just need somewhere to sleep. I stayed for 4 nights. The room was so dusty and had white sticky stuff in the tv and dresser. I was so discussed i bought wipes and decenfect to clean the room. The floors looked like they have not cleaned in weeks. The property looks pretty but so dirty like it was a pimp motel at one point.

The towels had a bunch of hair on it when I checked in and there was a roach half the size of my hand in the tub when I woke up to shower so I didn’t shower & I left this nasty place

We had to park 15 minutes away walking distance because their parking was full. We stayed in room 202 up stairs and the room was not cleaned properly. The floors were dirty and so was the counter. I would recommend this place if you’re desperate for a night stay

The location is very convenient to get to many places in Hollywood and the price was one of the best in the area, so as a whole it was as expected and has been upgraded with a newer and clean look. However I realized the sheets on the bed had not been changed from the previous guest. I called the front desk and they provided me with two clean top sheets..but it was very disturbing to think about had I not noticed.

The location isn't bad if you have business downtown Hollywood. But the site has errors. They said the lobby is available. It is not. I tried to use it due to the internet, which keeps dropping. The staff also changes the internet PW and you have to call in to get it. Now, not all the time someone is by the desk - which sucks for someone like me who remote-works. Also, if you get a room close to the road, there is a lot of traffic noise, including buses and dump trucks. For some reason, the guests are always screaming, and there are vagrants who will pass through, rummage the compound, and the staff won't say a thing. This creates an unsafe feeling. There is also no late check-out. After staying for nearly 2 weeks, they insisted I pay for an extra night. If you're just there to crash and head out, it'll work, but if you want to work after-hours, think twice. Lastly, it's odd to see them charging for handicap parking. Pretty distasteful tbh.

Over all the stay was adequate. Shower head fell off the first shower I took. The area tends to have a lot of sirens for what ever reasons. It was close to Hollywood Blvd so that was nice.

Theres no parking. It was noisy all night. The upstairs neighbors were loud and it sounded as if they were going to come crashing through the ceiling. The shower was literally HOT or COLD... not warm. The AC unit in the room sounded like itbwas going to explode and was making rhis awful screeching noise. Dont waste your money on this hell hole.

Relatively clean. Loud - walls were paper thin. I could hear the person mext door snoring so clearly that i thought it was my mom whom I shared the room with. Other than that, it was about what you expect from a motel like this.

To be clear, this is a motel, not a hotel. I was on the first floor and the noise from car engines in the parking lot was distracting at night and woke me up in the morning. Good location in Hollywood, but parking was extremely limited and cost an extra $10. The room was clean and modern, though the bathroom mirror was cracked and its light was not working. Bed linens were thin and it got cold in the morning. I didn't try the split heating unit. Overall, it was a bit cheaper than Motel 6, and comparable quality. Given that it's at a central location near the Walk of Fame, I wouldn't rule out booking it again if I'm in the area and need a quick cheap place to crash.

The room was nice however a few things that were a bit annoying! Outlets! No where near enough outlets to plug in devices. Toilet doesn’t work all the time. The tank will not fill up so you have to add water to the tank to flush it. There was no comforter on the bed. 2 sheets and that was it! Parking is a complete nightmare! They over sold the parking permits and people were double parked! Such a hassle! Location was awesome so close to the areas we wanted to see. Room was somewhat clean lots of stains on the bathroom grout so made it appear as it wasn’t properly cleaned!

The check-in was the only not so great part of our stay. The person behind the glass could NOT be less friendly. Seemed like a soulless robot. Other than that it was great. The room, and the area were great.

The hotel manager on duty was extremely rude. Parking is a challenge to say the least (limited space), after asking the manager for suggestions on where to look close by to park the answer giving was "Not his problem, no parking available". I do come from a customer service background, and I could use this as top 3 things on what NOT to say to customers.

It's decent, not bad not great. Works if you're on a budget and don't have high expectations. However, one of the front desk employees was rude and unprofessional. I asked for a receipt at checkout and from the start of conversation the man dragged his feet. He did not provide an itemized receipt, because from what I had to figure out myself, my payment was to Expedia directly. But the guy could never explain why, and instead he repeated over an over again, if I'm lying ask your bank. (among other unprofessional comments) He spoke in broken english with a heavy accent, which I normaly don't mind. But the man had the nerve to say something like, do you not understand english? All this with a heavy pakistani/indian/ect accent or whatever his background is. Something that could've been easily and quickly been explained turned into an unnecessary and aggresive back and forth. Left with a bad impression of the place because of that man.

I would 100 percent stay here again! It was a clean, well kept building, felt safe to walk the area at night and it is minutes from Hollywood walk of fame on foot with plentiful restaurants around. The office staff was friendly and had no issues checking in or out.

What I like is that it is 4 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard and the Walk of fame., Pantages Theater and about 20 min to Universal Studios.

This place is surrounded by homeless people. While checking in we saw a guy walking in the hallway peeking thru the windows. It was super noisy al night long, cars and drunk people. The inside of the room had dirty walls, the bed was so flimsy, and the floor was sunken in right by the bathroom entrance. Really close to Universal Studios which was nice, but definitely will be looking to stay somewhere else next time.

This property was in the perfect location to walk to the Pantages. It was quiet and well maintained and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is a great cheap weekend option. Its only 1 or 2 blocks from the hollywood walk of fame. Lots of walkable food options. Closed parking, though limited. Clean rooms. Would definitely stay there again if in town.

Location is good. You can walk to the Metro. I stayed Saturday and Sunday night. I have no noise complaints. There is a fridge & microwave. A store across the street. They charge 25 cents for ice. I think for the price I got what I paid for.

There was a homeless encampment literally outside the property. The clerk who checked us in was a bit rude because i didn't get my credit card out fast enough to suit him. You have to stand outside to check in even though there was a perfectly acceptable lobby. People arguing right outside our window at 7:30 a.m. and lots of door slamming going on

The motel was fine for a visit to the Hollywood area in L.A. Very bare bones but clean and comfortable. You have to check in using a window from the outside as the motel office is closed to visitors for security reasons. The room only has a microwave and fridge with no coffee and no safe to store valuables in. The room was just fine otherwise and surprisingly quiet considering it is on a very busy road. I would stay here again.

The room was very comfy and well-appointed. I felt safe in the room even though the neighborhood around the hotel had several homeless tents around, which one would expect in Hollywood. The staff were very friendly. There was breakfast advertised in the room guide but we were told it was discontinued, however, there was a great diner on the next corner. Just a short walk to Hollywood Boulevard and the Pantages.

If a room is available and someone with a reservation arrives early, there should not be a charge to get in the room early. Travelers cannot arrange their flights to arrive in Hollywood around your check in convenience. Housekeeping were nice people and did a great job. Do not state that you offer breakfast when you clearly do not offer one at all.

Absolutely terrible surrounding areas. Homeless, abandon buildings, tons of trash. did not feel safe, needed to be moved from our room that’s window was floor level facing the busy rundown sidewalk less than 0.10 of a mile from homeless encampment. Several Homeless sleeping outside lower level rooms. Had major fear that the room would be broken into. Found hair, several bugs and pieces of dirt in between sheets. Could not walk on floors without shoes on. Felt extra itchy after laying on my be bed. Extra fees upon arrival that were not fairly disclosed in original booking. Fan was super loud, Could not sleep due to door slamming, loud street noises, and fear that the area and hotel wasn’t safe. Went to return the room key in the morning to see the manager was actually not even on the premise, leading me to believe there was no overnight security. The pictures look nothing like the actual property! No access was even provided to the lobby, for the complimentary juice, coffee and water shown. Could not even get a brochure from the counter! Only thing available in vending machine was gum. If you’re trying to save a couple bucks upgrade for 30-40 a night more. This was horribly uncomfortable and unsafe feeling for families
