I enjoyed the stay here, the one thing I didn’t like was the pool was FREEZING. There was no way you could go in . No heat to that water at all. The outdoor hot tub was nice but they didn’t regulate the amount of children in there with no parents in site. For the amount of $ I paid for a balcony suite , I would probably stay in a air B&b next time

Great location and great hotel. The common areas are so nice for gathering. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the outdoor fire pit daily. The in room fireplace was a nice touch and room was clean and comfortable. There was a place on carpet that needed repaired and the fireplace did make a loud noise when the timer went off but minor inconveniences. I highly recommend this location.

Great location walking distance to downtown area. Didn't try the food. There was a barking dog in someone's room that was very annoying. Be prepared to pay $15 night for self parking, not well advertised on the website.

No air conditioning downstairs in lobby. 1 of 2 elevators was broken causing major delays going up and down to/from the room. The one elevator that was working was very hot. Digital key on Honors app never did unlock the room door (worked on all others) - front desk just said “yeah we have problems with the app”. Very unlike Hilton in all my stays across the southeast. Very surprised during this stay.

This place was so conveniently located the whole entire. Staff was very nice great bartender in the little bar. The food was above average. But compared to everywhere else that was a win all around. I will stay there again.

Great location, close to everything but not directly in the middle of all the bustle. Hotel was clean and in decent shape. Two complaints were the pool didn’t look too clean, filter didn’t appear to be working so bummer we didn’t use. Air conditioning unit was louder than most hotel ACs. Staff was friendly, parking was easy and overall a good stay.

Hotel is in great location. Cleaning was not up to par, dirty mens underwear left on floor and blood on bathroom floor and door (319), moved to (305) worse shape. Stayed in 319 and cleaned it ourselves, gave us breakfast for 2 days. Hotel is pet friendly so do expect some barking. Will stay elsewhere upon a return visit.

We thought the listing said free breakfast, but we had to pay for buffet. There was a few hair on our bathroom towels on arrival and hard dog food and bobby pins on the floor in our room, so i dont think it was cleaned very well. The rest of the grounds were clean. Our bathroom sink was clogged, and the vent fan didnt work. Bathroom ceiling paint was falling off and pieces of wallpaper were missing(probably from no vent fan). We didnt interact with staff much, but check in was easy and the waitress was nice for breakfast. Patio area was pretty nice.

Exactly the kind of stay I would expect from Hilton. Exceptionally clean room, quiet atmosphere for bed time, looked like a great continental breakfast was provided (even though we were going someplace else for breakfast). Staff were congenial and helpful. Great experience overall!

They clearly purchased an old, existing hotel and just slapped the Hilton name on it. The room was extremely dated and the conditions in the bathroom were awful. Mold, chipped paint falling off ceiling, grime. The staff were all wonderful, the lobby and 'community' areas fine. But the rooms are nowhere near the Hilton standard and certainly not worth $250a night.

We booked a room with a balcony and fireplace which was really nice. Room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the shower/on the shower curtain when we got there, and some of the towels looked dirty and also had hair on them. Most places are about a 10-15 minute walk so it’s convenient, and it has its own parking lot which is a nice plus.

Stay was fantastic the staff was great real friendly. Only small if any issue was you could hear the neighbors next door. Oh the bed frames, kept knocking the s--- out of our shins and knees. But everything else was great, balcony had view of the mountains. Real quiet peaceful, walking distance to the strip. Shower and bathroom was clean.

The room was not the room we booked and paid for from Expedia! We had a view of a balcony instead of the actual balcony pictured! Then our tv was messed up and we had to call for service. Finally, our room was not serviced/cleaned and we had to go get towels from the front desk at 8pm! Overall bad experience!

It was my husband birthdays and I mentioned it to Robin at the receptionist. Immediately she said she will do something. We got out and when we come back to the room it was 2 cupcakes with 2 water glasses nice decoration in plate and a beautiful card. Thank you Robin !!! Because of this we decided to stay longer. We also like Tony and the kitchen personal. They were amazing. Thank you everybody ‘nn

Staff advised I walk my dog in the grass behind the parking lot, but it escaped their mind to mention a medium size bear frequented a route through that area. After getting the daylights scared out of me by nearly walking right into the path of this bear walking my dog, I went back and reported the incident to management only to be told how that bear has been hanging around the area the last 5-6 months, but the loose bear has not injured anybody yet. Turns out staff did not think it prudent to warn other guests who had similar scary experiences during my stay. 😳😳

Kurtis was extremely helpful, they were cleaning the carpets and he was able to get our room done quickly so we could get in without much delay. The property was clean and quiet. Walkable to the Main Street.

The hotel was clean and in convenient location. Did not like the fact that request needed to be made to front desk for the room to be cleaned daily. That is the reason we choose hotel over getting a cabin. Also, on Saturday there was about a 10 to 15 minute black out in the morning around the time we were leaving for the day. The front desk clerk was rude and snappy as I was asking for my daily room cleaning. I will not stay there again and would not recommend. For the money we could have got a cabin and been a lot less irritated and more comfortable.

Unfortunately check in staff was new or did not have enough experience to work the check in computer system so it took 20 minutes to check into just one of our two rooms. The second room was not ready for some time but eventually that check in was very smooth. Staff was very nice and apologetic but still not ideal check in after a 7 hour drive. Everything else has been just fine. Very nice accommodations.

Gatlinburg is a very busy town. I loved that this hotel was so well located. After a day of exploring Great Smoky Mountains NP, it was perfect to park the car in the hotel lot and walk to any dining or entertainment experience in Gatlinburg. The hotel was very clean and the staff provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a nice view of the courtyard with the firepit and seating area. The jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the room was awesome. The ease of the location was great! We could just walk out of the hotel and walk directly on the strip where all the shops and restaurants were located. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the only place we stay at when visiting Gatlinburg, TN. The location is the best! Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and very clean. People at the front desk were polite and helpful. Definitely will be back!

Room was clean and comfortable. Fireplace worked great.... almost too great since it got the room hot, quickly. Lobby has a big beautiful fireplace. Outside was in great shape. There was ample parking. Breakfast was convenient, but rather mediocre for the price.

Room was good, breakfast was not so good no eggs at breakfast buffet and was told that the bacon was not included, went to the bar for happy hour and was told whatever mixed drinks you want we can make, my wife asked for like 3 different drinks and she didn’t have the stuff to make it.

We w Ere very happy with everything the hotel Offered except for the food. We ordered dinner one night and we were served frozen food that was mediocre and overpriced. We did not expect a gourmet meal but something fresher and more appealing would not be so hard to make, even if it was just sandwiches or good quality pre-made food. The other thing we disliked was having to walk through a public parking garage to get to the Main Street - otherwise it’s a very long walk around the block. The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful, and our room was impecable.

The first day we arrived at the hotel, we had a terrible recepcionista, rude, unfriendly and bad manners. This was on August, May 13th, about 5PM. That was unacceptable!!! She doesn’t deserve this job! Friendly people only please. The guy in the bar, name Byron, and David, wore wonderful!! Really nice and friendly, we went everyday and had a ball chatting and drinking. Great experience. The breakfast food was terrible! Charge more and bring better food.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! We loved that it was in walking distance of the parkway but still away from the busy traffic. I will say the breakfast buffet was not up to par but it was nice having that option. We will definitely be staying here again!

It's a newer hotel in the area. Although not located in the center of the main street, it's sort of walkable to downtown area. The parking is easy and about $17 per night. Breakfast buffet was simple and it's $12 for adult, $7 for kids. If you have Hilton membership, you can apply your daily credits to this buffet. Ask them because restaurant staffs won't remind you. And their "policies" on kids' breakfast fee are inconsistent. Swimming pool is cool, which is awesome after a daytime activity outdoor in hot weather. Laundry room is very clean and dryer is extremely efficient. The lobby area has a natural gas smell during our entire stay. Staffs are friendly.

My husband and I just stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary weekend & thoroughly enjoyed our cozy, clean & comfy stay! Great conveniently located hotel by local attractions & chef prepared meals. Clean & comfy bedding with cozy fireplace. Nice staff! Will stay again
