Great location, with very friendly staff, loved the home feeling and breakfast in bed in the morning. The parking is a bit weird to find but once you've found it is very easy and convenient. Super quiet and safe.

Very comfortable bed and modern en suite. On site parking and close to town, through the park opposite. Clean and tidy although decor is dated and would benefit from an updated refresh. On a busy road but double glazing does cut out a lot of noise. Breakfast was in the room delivered in a basket. No cooked breakfast offered except sandwiches and fold up table to eat off. Disappointing as the gallery images show a dining room. Reasonable for the price.

Had a lovely stay at the Ashgrove, Iain greeted me in a friendly manner and it was easy to find. The location is perfect for exploring Stratford. The room and bathroom was very clean and all of the details had a personable and comforting touch. The toilet is down the hall which wasn’t expected but it was fine. I appreciated my room being freshened up during the day and even my coats being hung. Would love to stay there again next time I’m in Statford! Thank you

Have stayed before just after lockdown when they were bringing your chosen breakfast to the room. We didnt realise they were still doing it that way, we prefer to eat in a dining room. Everything was hot & as requested so perhaps just down to personal preference.

Location is good as near Railway station. The house is lovely and the room is tidy. The host is very kind as well as her rich breakfast. Highly recommended

Clean room. Super friendly hosts. The location is great- close to the train station and the town center. Less than ten minutes walk either way. They even bring breakfast to your room! If you are looking for a posh, expensive place to stay...this isn't it. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable, friendly lodging at a very, very affordable price...come here!

Very comfortable bed and modern en suite. On site parking and close to town, through the park opposite. Clean and tidy although decor is dated and would benefit from an updated refresh. On a busy road but double glazing does cut out a lot of noise. Breakfast was in the room delivered in a basket. No cooked breakfast offered except sandwiches and fold up table to eat off. Disappointing as the gallery images show a dining room. Reasonable for the price.

We had a fantastic stay. The bed linen was immaculate and the towels were soft and fluffy. The decor in the room was very bright and clean. Breakfast was really good and brought to our room at the exact time we had asked for and the hot food was piping hot. Definitely value for money. This would be my first choice if I were to visit Stratford again.
