What was unique were the cookies and flavored water in the afternoon. The breakfast in the morning was superb. Good variety and filling. The rooms were clean and the hallway smelled fresh. The quality of the hotel made a stressful situation less stressful.

We weren't able to use the pool because of rain in the area for two days. However, the main thing about this hotel is the finishes. It's showing signs of disrepair from chipped wood etc. There was also a terrible odor on the first floor near the elevator. Lastly, it seemed understaffed. Had to go to the front desk to pick up towels

They did not have any vending machines but they do sell drinks and snacks near the service desk. HOWEVER...after paying $42 for a water, 3 pops, a Gatorade, and a Totinos party pizza, I found myself walking away with one hand holding my purchases and the other covering my posterior because I felt as if I had been violated...and I had to by the dinner and drinks.

The motel was wonderful. From check-in to departure the staff was wonderful and super friendly. Everything was clean..our room was great! The breakfast was good with a variety of food. We especially enjoyed the lemonade and fruit water offered daily in the lobby with freshly baked cookies as treat after a long day of sightseeing. The motel is conveniently located between Tybee Island and Savannah. There are several resturants within just a few miles. It's a great place and we would definitely stay again!!

The included breakfast was excellent- a wide variety of choices including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, fruit, and all the fixings. Plenty of free parking. About 15-20 minutes from the historic section of Savannah, an easy ride in and out. All in all an excellent choice!

Overall, the stay was okay! We only stayed for 1 night so we didn’t complain like we should have. Water was leaking from the floor above causing mold and water bubbles underneath the paint. Everything else was pretty well taken care of but the moldy area should definitely be handled. There was paint splatters down the back of the door and on the blow dryer bag from where they have clearly tried to cover up the issue previously. Lots of scuffs on doors and stains on carpets.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in since I can’t remember when, and I travel almost every week for work and stay at various hotels. I found a cockroach in my hotel room and that was rather unsettling. If I can find a live cockroach lurking around my room, what else is in the room. I have a video to prove it with date stamp. Please y’all do something about it. I’m now considering never staying at any Holiday Inn moving forward.

The carpet in the room I and my husband was given was old and extremely worn and looked dirty with stains. One of the pillows on the bed had an unpleasant smell and needed to be replaced. However, The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good.

I have always loved holiday inn. Great service and always very clean, but the bed was extremely hard during this stay. I was unable to get comfortable throughout the night as well as my daughter and wife. I woke with back pain and overall just a bad night of rest.This stay was a very big let down since being it was for my daughter’s 18th birthday. I would request that you could please do something about this inconvenience. For this stay our rooms price did not amount to it’s condition. For all of these troubles you would think that I would deserve a refund…. Thank you for your time.

The guy at the desk who welcomed me, young guy, was most excellent! The dog in the room across the hall who barked all night it seemed and the guys constantly knocking on my door (even with the “Do not disturb” sign were obnoxious in wanting to change out the lock!

The hotel is very nice & upscale. I checked in around 9pm. Tom was very friendly, helpful & professional. The room itself was very clean, the temperature was cool like I like it. Upon checking out, AJ was professional as well. I inquired about my incidental charges. He said it would be refunded back to my card once he checked me out the system. That hasn’t occurred yet…even though it’s been about 12 hours, but I’ll give it 3 business days before I begin to inquire about it.

Breakfast wasn't up to par: no hot foods, there was a sign indicating that the oven was out. Coffee cups were approximately 6oz. Staff was nice, but this property is showing it's age.
