The room I was put in was in desperate need of a refurb and was way below the standards. Ripped headboard, mould on windows, rusty radiator and bathtub, toilet that blocked, door handle that was broken. As I only stayed one night, I didn’t bother to complain.

We had a twin room at the front which was very nosy as you could hear constant traffic noise, the beds were small singles which I thought odd as the room was large enough to have ordinary size singles ?

Breakfast poor for the money. Eggs Benedict was a sandwich. Eggs cheap quality with light yokes. Coffee stale as standing too long so not drinkable. It was bitter. No bathmat Need hook behind the door as lack of hanging space.
