Comfort Inn Warner Robins - Robins Air Force Base Area

This hotel was a disappointment. The room smelled, the security lock was broken on the door, the smoke detector was hanging from the wall, and the toilet moved when you sat down. Additionally, there was no lighting in the parking lot--complete darkness, and only 5-6 parking spots in the front where there was limited lighting. People/staff stood at the entrance and smoked cigarettes--and this was a smoke-free hotel.

First room we were assigned to was not cleaned. 2nd room was ok but dated. TV did not work. Breakfast was ok. The front doors were stuck open, they are waiting for parts. So breakfast was extremely cold. This does not make you feel safe.

My title says it all. There was a roach in the room. The front doors were non-functional, and we were greeted in the lobby with chilling cold. The space heaters were ineffective versus the spaciousness of the lobby.

The A/C in the room didn’t work properly. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

Room was clean and ok. Wi-Fi did not work. Had to connect to Starbucks next door which worked sometimes. Accessible shower was awful. Nothing to keep water from flooding the bathroom. They said they were aware of the problem.

It was very quiet, which is very nice. It is just an old property. The back entrance has a moldy smell to it and the roof had a leak which they had a trash can under. The breakfast was good - eggs, and some kind of meat - bacon, ham, or sausage and the coffee was decent. it just needs some cosmetic upkeep.

The check in was simple and quick. The clerk was nice. The room is clean and well maintained. The only issues I have are the parking and outdoor lighting. All the parking is in the back of the building except for a very few spaces in the front. After nightfall it is rather dark in the front which creates an unsettling environment. Even with the outside issues I’ll still give it an overall 5 rating.

The property was not secure. The back entrance was not secure. The key entry did not work but you did not need it because the doors would not latch shut so anyone can come in.

This property was dirty and unsafe. I had two rooms. One room had blood everywhere and the other room beds were unmade and garbage cans turned over so they gave me another room that was hot and unclean. I moved both my rooms to another hotel. This was completely unacceptable.

It was disgusting. The hallway smelled like marijuana and mildew. Red stains in the hallway. My room smelled terrible. And to top it off the towels in my room obviously weren’t clean because they had long black hairs all over them. I left within 15 minutes. When I went to talk to the front desk no one was there so I slapped my room keys down and walked out.

There was trash up and down the halls. Trash in my room, all over the floor. There was blood on the bedsheets. Our door was broken and wouldn’t lock or stay shut. The hotel was humid and smelled terrible. Staff was apologetic but not able to fix the issues.

After I checked in, I tried to charge my electronics and on one entire wall the electricity was out. I was able to change rooms and in this room there was mold in the bathroom and a cockroach crawling on the bed! I was then given a third room and this room was filthy! I didn’t bother asking for another room because at this point I was leaving in about four hours to drive out! This place was severely underrated. I was not happy. I wasn’t compensated anything for my inconvenience. No one deserves to have to go to sleep with roaches in the bed.

The staff was friendly but the facility needs some love. For the price I paid I was expecting a more well kept facility. Damage in the lobby. Ladders leaned against the wall, exposed insulation, missing ceiling tiles. Hole in the wall in my room. MISSING smoke detector. Gritty sheets. Dirty mirror. I didn't want to touch anything. I skipped a shower to wait until I got home. Toilet was wobbly. Bed was lumpy. Room was damp. Very disappointed. Additionally, no signage on side of building with portico, didn't know I was in the right place because the GPS brought me in the back way from the light in the dark. Parking lot was sketchy after dark. Coffee was cold with breakfast. Needed fruit option.

No comforter on the bed just a sheet and a thin cover. Took a bit for someone to come to the counter for check in and check out. Distinct odor in the hotel itself that was not pleasant. Parking is very confusing and no direction given. TV was small and poor quality. Air conditioning was sub par and the room was very humid even with it running. Ok for a quick stay, but definitely could use some improvement.

A/C unit in room wasn’t working properly. The TV didn’t work. Bed/ mattress looked like a taco/ concaved…no support, in great need of replacing.

The room was not ready 40 minutes after check in time. They explained they were short staffed, i understand that happens, but it's not my problem. I didn't have any wash cloths in my bathroom. I saw 2 bugs crawling on the wall, not roaches. I think they were stink bugs. The back door to outside never locked during the night. Making me nervous. Anyone off the street could walk in and gain access to the room. The room was very hot, the air-conditioning did not work well. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. The TV options were very limited and there wasn't anything i was interested in watching. Will not stay here again.

My room has a inoperable TV and had to change room. However the night clerk work with me and eventually changed my room.

Comfortable room, carpet and chair were questionable but the rest of the room was clean. Comfortable bed with clean linens. Parking was kind of weird, all behind the building, with a few spots up front. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfort Inn always has the perfect soft mattress and pillows for me. I sleep so well on their mattresses that I try to always book a Comfort Inn when I'm traveling. Wendy, the floor over-seer in Warner Robins was always there for me. She had breakfast stocked daily; the breakfast menu consisted of the largest variety that I have experienced. They served a variety of hot items; eggs, meat, grits, waffles (strawberry or plain), oatmeal and biscuits with gravy. There was so much food to choose from. The breakfast sitting area was large. I enjoyed the roomy feeling. So many hotels have a small sitting space for breakfast. Wendy always greeted me with a smile and spoke with me personally. She was always on the floor checking the people, the food, and the overall cleanliness of the area. I appreciated her so much! I have to say, my good experience in the hotel was mostly due to Wendy. Also, Kathryn, a general manager, met me at the counter during check in and helped me take care of various computer transactions. Because of her assistance with some important personal business, I was able to enjoy my grandchildren at the GA National Fair. Thank you, Kathryn! I can't forget to mention the convenience of the location. I needed a knee brace; Walgreens was practically next door and Walmart was across the street. A great big THANK YOU to Comfort Inn staff for making my stay in Warner Robins the best so far.

Floor was dirty and A/C wasn’t cold.

Our stay was over night on 5/2 from check in to check out the staff were very friendly. Jacob met me with warm and welcomed customer service. I was very pleased! Lori checked us out she was amazing also. Very friendly and polite. The hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and comfy. I will definitely stay here again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Check in time was listed for 4pm, at 7:30pm the room was still not ready because the desk manager said there was only one person cleaning rooms for the entire hotel. Then she left the left the premises and the staff member that was there stated she had no idea what to do. By 8:30pm another staff member arrived and stated the previous manager had gotten into a car accident and would not be there. At this point I cancelled the reservation

We arrived early evening but couldn't check in because the person at the front desk wasn't trained for that position & didn't want to make a mistake (we had reserved & prepaid through the hotels.com app). We waited for the actual front desk staff to arrive, but after about a half hour we decided to go get dinner & come back. We returned about 9p & got checked in immediately. We suspect someone didn't show up for a shift & there was a gap in the coverage of the desk, but of course we don't know what happened or why. However, the rest of the staff were talking about it as we got settled in & even the next morning at breakfast. (Management should train the staff in a bit of professionalism--the gossiping was quite audible to any guest in the area!) As far as the hotel itself & the room, it was decently clean & modern. We had a king size bed that was quite comfortable! The bathroom was nice as well. Breakfast was ok. My husband didn't care for the rubbery omlet but liked the biscuits & gravy. I had either grits or cream of wheat with maple syrup, which was tasty, & the coffee with real half & half was good. I will say if you want fruit or yogurt or juice, go early to the breakfast. None of that was available when I went, & breakfast was supposed to be available for at least another hour. All in all, though, a comfortable stay for a night.

Check in was wonderful. Check out not so much. As I walked over the 2nd level walkway to elevator I could see the gray haired bearded man behind the desk. He was yelling at girl below in the dining area. He was so loud ( 6:30 am) I could hear him from above on the walkway to elevator. Yelling who the f cares! I was planning to eat my free breakfast, but was uncomfortable so I grabbed a wrapped muffin and milk and walked to the desk. He did not greet me, I had to repeat my desire to check out. He said just drop the key and go. He wrote something but not sure what and at that point didn't care. Also toilet was not clean I have a picture showing filthy brown streaks /marks down the inside of the bowl. Also room had no air on and due to the extreme heat temps it took forever for my room to cool. Beginning start with check in was great, ended in a disaster due to the unclean toilet and gray haired man and his filthy mouth. Paid way too much to not have very good service and no breakfast.

Very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and gracious. The first room I was assigned was clean and well set, but the HVAC wasn't cooling. I waited sometime before reporting just to see if the unit just needed time to work. Nothing changed. I made the front desk aware of it and the attendant promptly assigned me to another room. Very nice! I still rate this place 5 stars because of how this situation was handled. Great value for the money! I would stay again.

We evacuated from our Florida home when hurricane Milton approached our area. The Warner Robins Comfort Inn provided comfort for us for 3 days. Huge shout out to desk personnel: Avery worked long hours and helped us multiple times with adding days to our reservation, etc. Always a competent professional dealing with so many people’s anxieties about the storm. Katherine, a supervisor, I believe, also helped out with questions and backing up Avery when demand was high. Didn’t get her name but the breakfast supervisor kept warm food coming as well as becoming a “ nurturing Grandmother” to so many scared and weary travelers. Our door key wouldn’t work so the maintenance person had to remove the device to fix it. He was also cheerful and competent. In sum, the Warner Robins personnel provided all the help and information we needed at a crucial time. Comfort Inn is now our new favorite hotel! Many thanks!

Catherine (concierge/manager) was exceptional! Her team had been sick and she worked to get rooms cleaned, food set, and a lot of people in their rooms due to Hurricane Milton. She worked many long hours during our stay and absolutely above & beyond in every way!!! She made our stay excellent.

It was very comfortable and plenty amenities. Staff were very nice and accomodating. Location is excellent - an IHop right across the street and many restaurants in the area (we enjoyed O Charley's about 1 mile away)

The room was clean and okay for one night. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and bacon along with cold cereal options. The area is a bit sketchy and the doors to the outside and to the main hallway were unlocked. There is also a pungent/ musty odor when going from the back parking lot into the building. Staff seemed nice enough but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

The property is old and in need of renovations. The grounds are not taken care of. The parking is very limited in the front. The lighting is poor in the back and there were men hanging out at the back door of the badly lit parking lot when we arrived in the dark. The room was fairly clean but the sheets smelled not very fresh. Parking lot was cracked up and dirty with oil stains etc.

The breakfast was very good! And the staff were very nice. The WiFi service was kind of irregular, but overall the stay was great

The rooms were dusty and the part of the carpet that was behind the chair and eating table which was visible to the guests were not vacuumed they were out of most of the breakfast items and was having to limit the amount of food put out the lady said they was having to stretch the food wasn’t worth the money that was paid

Heavy dust build up in room on shelf next to refrigerator. Breakfast had no juice, coffee not had, water to make hot chocolate not hot (had to microwave it). Someone asked staff member about juice and staff member commented she hadn't restocked everything yet as she was trying to do everything. She then made a comment about someone named Erica (obviously not happy with her). A guest opened 3 different milks and returned them all 3 saying they were bad. Disappointed.

Pool area to small 1 table with umbrella. Choice inc only allows certain food supplier's to fill tbeir orders for the breakfast bar. Which meant because they couldn’t get their order due to some bacl log. No eggs, butter, cream cheese sometimes even milk for our 7 day stay

Position and hotel were fine, showing its age a bit Staff were ok but the breakfast was dreadful Never been in a hotel that didn’t have a juice dispenser,orange apple etc. have now.Very limited, we went out for breakfast, we won’t go there again
