Pool could have used a little attention it was disgusting where we couldn't swim but wasn't clean either. Probably could have been a little cleaner in the halls and such but we enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and anytime we needed anything they were sure to get it for us.

Our room had trash under the sink from the previous guests. The kitchen area was missing several items - very few things left for guests to use. We had very little toilet paper with no extra in the room. There were no ice machines for guests - I had to ask front desk who went into the kitchen to get me ice. There was a refrigerator and ice maker but there was no ice when we arrived. It did make ice eventually but took a long time and was only half full after 3 days. The water was scalding hot. We had to turn on all 3 faucets and run hot water so the shower would be cool enough to actually use. We called and told the front desk- they said they were aware of the problem. There was no warning for us that the water was a potential burn hazard- we had to figure it out for ourselves. There was construction going on at the hotel - hopefully some of these issues will be fixed when they are done.

There aren’t tons of options in Stillwater but this one was one of the more expensive hotels and did not offer much. No restaurant or bar and the pool was tiny with no lounges. In other areas in OK I would expect to pay $75 less or so a night for what we got. Nice location though.

For $500.00 a night I would hope to not find dirty dishes in the cabinets and half drank soda bottles and trash under the beds. Breakfast was from 7-10am. I arrived at 7:45 all breads and muffins completely gone. I will say when I checked in and when I came back in at around 10:30pm everyone at the front desk were very friendly and nice! I do believe the front desk people are great!

The hotel lobby was always extremely hot. The hallways, elevators and room had foul odors. One of my business partners found cockroaches in his room and had move rooms. The eggs were cold in morning at 630 when just opened up.

I stayedf at this Residence Inn 10 years ago and it was amazing, but unfortunately it looks tired now and needs to be updated. The rooms were pretty dinged up and not very clean. The first room 310 had a bathroom that was disgusting. Fortunately they were able to move us to a new room that was much better nad had been cleaned. The new room, although better still needs to be updated with new furniture, paint and carpet.

Usually stay here and love it. This time, we had an air conditioning issue that no one seemed to care about. They brought us a fan & said the maintenance man had gone home for the night. He did come the next day, but it wasn’t any better. Disappointing.

Very disappointed in this Marriott property. The property was a bit old and everything was outdated. The service was blah and when I requested assistance with the army of kids above me playing football, they told me nothing could be done. I would not recommend staying here and would not stay here.

The most positive thing I can say about this property was the women who checked us in was very kind and helpful ! The rooms were fairly clean when we got there , but they never cleaned or brought new towels . The elevator floors were dirty and sticky our entire stay ! The front desk help seemed More interested in being on their phones than actually helping anyone. I usually really enjoy Marriott residence inns but I won’t be going back to this one again!

Very clean and quite. Spacious suites, it made for a really nice stay for me to work remotely while my daughter attended a week-long camp at OSU. We will definitely be back! Loved the neighborhood and area to take walks in.

A wonderful property well worth the cost. It was clean, well kept, easy access, great location. The only thing not a 10 was the front desk, and perhaps she was just not having her best day - she was ok just not super friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Stillwater.

The suite was great and the staff was kind. The gentleman who oversees the breakfast was particularly attentive, and a young woman who works at the front desk was especially helpful. This property is newer and nicer than other Residence Inns I have stayed at recently. My room was a spacious suite with two queen beds and a separate sitting room/full kitchen. I stayed a week and breakfast offerings were more extensive on some days than others. The days with bigger breakfasts had breakfast potatoes, which I wish had been available every morning. I also wish fresh fruit had always been available. But even on the days with the smaller number of offerings there were eggs, sausage, cereal, and waffles to chose from. The only real issue I had was that the Wi-Fi went out halfway through my trip and was not restored while I was there, even though someone had purportedly come out to fix it the day before I left. It may be the fault of the internet provider, but I’d brought my laptop so I could work during my stay and was unable to do so all weekend, Monday, and Tuesday morning before I checked out. But despite the lack of Wi-Fi I would definitely stay again.
