I like they have cold water bottles to give away to guests. Breakfast was ok and the lady preparing was awesome. I don’t like their coffee it’s tasteless and bitter. I like the cookies and popcorns in the afternoons. My kids like these perks. A little outdated rooms but nice space with family of 4 with separate rooms. I don’t like they accept pets and its owner was irresponsible to leave the poop inside the first floor and did not clean afterwards. Shameful guest but the hotel cleaned it for him/her. Henderson is a progressive area and so I hope there is a plan to upgrade the rooms.

Perfect, except they really do need some parking for vehicles with trailers. I also think that the $15/night fee for parking a car was unjustified. All hotels should have free parking for their guests. It's not like we were in a downtown parking garage or something.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was friendly. Our nieces thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was a hit, and the friendly smiles made it even better. Overall, a great experience!

I didn't realize we would have to pay for parking. I don't know if I just missed that fact or if it's not well advertised. However, I would stay here again. The hotel is great, we loved the pool. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The location is great, lots of food options and grocery stores. They serve a good breakfast, it was well worth the stay!

Several kids running the halls on all 4 floors..knocking on doors and running. They were also playing hockey in the halls. Couldn't use pool or hot tub due to 20 kids in the hot tub and pool til closing including families from the hotel next door.

Pool was the highlight of the property, mainly cause the wifi didn't work in my room. And they tried to fix it multiple times. Breakfast was normal it was overall a decent stay.

Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable, only downside was the hot tub wasn't available at the time of our stay. Had amenities I wasn't expecting (dishware/washer, wine bottle opener, free water bottles by front desk). My girlfriend and I had a lovely time in Vegas with this place as our homebase.

Nice roomy place to stay. Loved that we had a big fridge, laundry facility. Pool was clean and relaxing. Kind of loud. Garbage truck came at 5:30 am outside our window to empty 5 dumpsters. And the folks above us came alive every night at 1:30 am slamming doors and stomping. My only other complaint is there is only one mirror!! For a family with girls this was very challenging! Breakfast was great for a continental. Staff was kind and helpful. Overall a great place and safe area. We would stay here again.

5 night stay for a holiday trip to Vegas. This hotel was away from the strip which i loved but not so far as to be inconvenient. We used it as a base camp for our visits to area 51, Hoover Dam, Lake Meade and the MOB museum. We loved the location, very convenient to the highways and area seemed very safe. Property was clean, and common areas seemed well kept up. Pool looked great, but it was December weather so we did not use it. Rooms are comfortable, but lacking a full length mirror, and the sitting chair in the room is flimsy and sinks in so much as to be uncomfortable. Bed was great, shower and bathroom good, but my husband did have to pull a nasty hair clog out of the shower drain in order for the water to drain out. Did not anticipate having to request daily housekeeping, and 2 of the days were holidays so no housekeeper available. The included breakfast was nothing fancy, but enough selection to keep you fueled until lunch. Overall, a great stay with very little complaints, and I'd consider booking here again in the future if the need arises.

Room had dirty dishes in the cupboard upon arrival when we called down to let them know bc we needed to use some clean plates they said they’d send someone up shortly and they never came. 24 hours later I had to call and complain again and finally they sent up a few clean plates albeit there was dust on them bc they had been sitting in storage for awhile.

I stayed in this hotel before, but now there was dirty bathtub, bath sealers on the bathtub floors. There was broken pullout bed, and stained carpet. I thought at first maybe it was just that room but it was not. The staff place unauthorized fees on my card. Besides lying about hotel policy. Never again!

Hotel and room were very clean and comfortable, only downside was the hot tub wasn't available at the time of our stay. It’s an older place, needs updates. The floors were dirty, I dropped some cream and when I wiped it up the napkin was filthy from the floor. A few stains on the towels. I don’t know if it was just our room but it was crazy loud . Sounded like air conditioning unit or something. It was a very loud humming noise that never stopped. We were too tired to change rooms we got in late . We didn’t want to chance changing rooms and still hear the noise . Staff seemed nice

Pros: VERY comfortable beds., convenient complimentary breakfast every day of the week that had something for everyone, TV in every room, clean Cons: Thin walls, Housekeeping was only available once during our 2 week stay Overall would absolutely stay here again without hesitation, was a very convenient and comfortable stay!

The bedroom did not come with a queen or king size bed and we were a group of 4 people. Only two people fit on the bed (not comfortable) and one on the floor, the last person couldn't sleep on pull out sofa bed; he had to put the mattress on the floor. The mattress was old and and in bad shape; still better than sleeping in the car. The floor were sticky, even the bathroom which felt it was not properly clean. The AC was very cold but better than sleeping outside over 100 degree weather but was hard to sleep every time it turned on, the sound was so loud, it scared us and was hard to sleep over the sound. It is nice to have a bedroom and the price was okay for it. The lobby and staff were very nice. New policy that I was surprised is the $40 accidental pay which $30 of it was to cover my two night parking fees. IF you do not sign up right away to yet another APP, and register your vehicle, you get fined $80, not cool to charge for parking it should come with the room stay.

The beds in the suite was older and not the most comfortable. The pillows had something to be desired. I woke up with a sore neck and headache. And whoever had the idea to put the bed right next to the bathroom door, you might want to rethink that, or change the direction of the door.

Our booking was cancelled the day of our arrival due to a pipe breaking and water damage to our room. The front desk gal was exceptional in that she offered us beverages and chance to sit and call places to stay. She did the same. We booked a place further away than we hoped from our planned activities but it was a great hotel. As we finished all the confirmations with the 2nd hotel, the receptionist actually found a hotel nearby but we had already booked our reservation. The new hotel was twice the price but because we booked through Expedia with hotel booking protection, we should receive the difference back. So, I cannot really evaluate the hotel other than the receptionist was exceptional.

We liked the comfort of the room and location. Our only complaint was breakfast was very limited. And when asking the girl to refill the food at 8,:00 a.m. she was rude and rolled her eyes at us. (1 bagel left for several people). I watched this same girl be rude to several others. When we were finished with breakfast this same girl was complaining to the front desk man making fun of all of us asking for more food. Just very unprofessional.

Convenient location not far from Sunset Station Casino. Perfect for those wanting to avoid the crowds of the strip. Excellent value for the money. The kitchenette and one bedroom suite with lots of storage space would make for an excellent long-term stay. The free breakfast is also a slight step up from similar chains.

We skipped breakfast because it was from 6:30-8:30. We were on second floor and our neighbors above were very loud and stomping around at all hours. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet kept clogging . May have been clogged Before we checked in. There was a swishing sound we heard every 10 mins during our stay. No plunger found in room. Parking is $15/night which we thought was pricey. The stay was okay for what it was.

Great breakfast and the staff kept hotel very clean. Seemed like no matter what time we came and went a staff member was cleaning elevator doors , bathrooms off lobby, cleaning and waxing chairs in breakfast area, on and on. Great job to all off staff. Thanks for all your cleanly as well as friendliness. Highly recommend staying here.

The property is located in a centric & safe area. The there were 2 issues. 1. We stayed 3 nights & the room was never cleaned. I reported it to the Lobby attendant & still, RM was not cleaned. 2. Breakfast was not good, very limited, the hotel made salsas were spoiled, & bagels were old. I tried to report it to the kitchen person, but wouldn't get off the phone with personal matters. Other than that, it was ok.
