The hotel and staff were fine it was the parking situation that was really bad. Too small and the casino people parked where the hotel guests should. I suggest a tag to hang on your mirror and tow or ticket everyone else. Also it wasn’t until I was several miles down the highway heading home that I discovered that someone started to cut off my catalytic converter. It slipped off going down the road from the bolts being cut. Poor security. Once again the hotel was fine just too bad being connected to the casino puts it in a bad location

The staff was great. The rooms were fine. The lobby was closed due to construction so had to enter through the casino which was really inconvenient. Parking was not good at all. Breakfast was $14! We had a large party, 4 rooms so we opted out of that.

Didn't like the lack of parking and the pump dispensers in the bathroom. Much prefer the individual soaps, shampoos, etc. Did like that the casino is an indoor walk thru the hotel and doors/elevators require a hotel key to get in/use.

We thought there was a restaurant in the hotel but found out the bar only served a pizza. Just not a very welcoming hotel. It was clean, modern & the room was comfortable. Hotel was pretty dirty. All of the carpets , rather in the halls, elevator or in the room was dirty and needed a major cleaning. We were there 4 days and the tile from the lobby to elevators REALLY needed to be mopped. Same spots on the floors all 4 days. Front desk staff acted uninterested in people coming and going. We wo t stay there again.

Staff barely talked and could barely hear him when checking in, went to put food in fridge and there was a very old cheeseburger in there, comforters were dirty spiders in the bathroom, view was a roof with a ladder and a bunch of garbage. Beds were hard as a rock pillows looked comfy until you laid your head on them and they went flat. Will not stay here again or recommend it. For the price I expected better.

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and quality of the hotel based on the price. Our only issue was temperature, the common areas were very warm and our room never cooled down fully. It was June so I know the system was working hard, but we run hot so temperature is very important.

The property was walking distance to the convention center, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our shower leaked onto the floor, we told the staff about it but not to work on it until after we left. We pointed the shower head towards a wall so it would not spray onto the floor.
